Zorro MrI waited two hours after arriving at the hotel for a room to be ready, finally checking in after 3 PM. They assigned me room 1720, but the key card didn't work. A floor attendant had to open the door for me. When I went to the front desk to get a new key card, they told me they had given me the wrong room. I didn't think much of it and got a different, slightly smaller room, but the facilities were decent. After a tiring day, I wanted to rest, but there was a constant, distinct noise. I called the front desk, and they confirmed there was no renovation or construction. The lobby manager took the call and said if the noise persisted after ten minutes, they would move me. However, the noise continued. It wasn't until my fifth call that the lobby manager explained there were three cargo elevators next door, used by property management, and he had asked them to stop. Yet, they kept running, and the noise persisted. By 10:10 PM, the lobby manager's solution was to give me two earplugs and offer a discount the next day when leadership was in, possibly moving me to a single-bed room. If I disagreed, I could check out and leave.
**Service:** The on-duty manager's training is severely lacking. I went downstairs at 11 PM to find him/her, and when they couldn't resolve the issue, they just stood there silently, avoiding direct communication. Other staff members had to apologize on the manager's behalf. If there are known issues with a room, they should be addressed proactively instead of sacrificing the guest's experience and time. They should prepare better and avoid assigning elevator-adjacent rooms to customers.
**Facilities:** The much-hyped Dyson hairdryer was broken, only blowing cool air. The entryway sensor light flickered constantly throughout the night due to what seemed like current interference. The electronic curtains worked well, and the whole-house lighting control system was quite good. However, with the flickering entryway light, combined with the incessant elevator and moving noises, it was no different from being in hell. Be wary of room 1726. I recommend the hotel not sell this room; it's too noisy right next to the elevators. And the hotel clearly knows this but pretends otherwise.
**Hygiene:** I stepped on a giant cockroach while waiting for the elevator, it felt like crushing a plastic bottle. Nobody cleaned it up until I checked out. Unbelievable.
**Environment:** I didn't take photos, but the window overlooks the city with no scenic view. I found a similar selfie taken by another guest online for reference.

Guest UserMy overall stay was incredibly comfortable. The location is super convenient, making it easy to get around for shopping and dining. Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient, and the staff were polite and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean, with soft and cozy bedding. The soundproofing was excellent, so it was wonderfully quiet at night, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The bathroom facilities were in perfect working order, with a stable and ample hot water supply. The air conditioning worked flawlessly for both cooling and heating. The common areas were neat and elegant, and the hygiene throughout the hotel was consistently top-notch. It offers fantastic value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

mccccccI had a wonderful stay here and will definitely be back. If you are looking for a high-end experience without the steep price tag, this is the perfect spot. It is located right next to the Marriott Hotel, and the layout feels remarkably similar. You’re getting a very comparable room setup but at a much more affordable rate.
The room was spotless. The room was surprisingly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and work without feeling cramped.

Guest UserI chose this one after comparing several hotels. I was really disappointed ❌❌
Environment: The environment of the hotel is OK
Hygiene: Hygiene is not in place, there is a hair left by the last customer on the floor of the toilet area
Facilities: The smart device is immature, and I have not been able to complete it according to the instructions after shouting several times; as said in the comment area, when the lights in the whole house are extinguished in the sleep mode, the lights in the toilets in the corridor area will suddenly turn on at night and need to be manually turned off; The hotel introduction interface says there is a refrigerator, but there is no actual
Service: I have stayed in many hotels on business trips. This one is also considered to be a poor handling of the sudden situation. I have opened a chain hotel for a small half year. I have no basic service awareness. Because I am on a business trip, I need to have a comfortable rest environment. Before booking, I will specially note: a quiet room is needed. When I checked in for lunch break, I heard the chatting sound and the loud TV sound next door. I didn’t care too much at that time. When I was going to bed at 10 o’clock in the evening, I heard the loud vibration of the room. I thought it was the sound of watching TV next door. I found that there was a KTV behind the window. Very strong rhythm, contact the front desk as soon as possible, the other party said to negotiate with KTV first, see if the volume can be reduced, and arrange for the staff to come up to confirm whether there is really this sound before changing the room, and I am a woman when I call the front desk. As a result, there was no first time to arrange a female room staff, but a male security guard to solve the problem. Such a big hotel, there is no room staff? Can security do the work of the room? The security guard said that he was not satisfied that the room could be replaced. If we wanted to change it, we would immediately collect things to go to the new room (although the tone was friendly, but it was very uncomfortable). The front desk staff asked him to wait for us to complete the room change and get back the old room card before leaving. The whole operation was very speechless. In the end, he repeatedly asked him to go downstairs and give us some time to pack our luggage. After changing the room, we will pick up the original room card. Changed the room opposite the same apartment type. The new room was very quiet except that the hotel light belt outside the window was broken and flashed all night. The road below is also the hotel's internal parking passage, so I don't understand why there is a quiet room that is not arranged for the first time, but arranged a KTV room at night. I really don't understand it. There is no hotel staff to apologize for this matter until 8 am. It was more than two o'clock in the afternoon that I called and said that I could upgrade when I lived in the future. I thought about solving it when I left. It was really bad.

After my first stay at this marvelous seviced apartment I already knew that my next stay will be 1000% here again. So the time finally came and the feeling was not like going to a rented apartment but thanks to Abby it was like coming home.
I am really honest regarding praise for this apartment. The location, the cleanliness, the warm home feel you get from Abby and the staff is just on another level.
You are not just a customer you are almost like family.
Any foreigner or local staying in Foshan region should seriously consider this facility since it makes your stay perfect.
2 major metro lines literally in front of the building entrance, a modern mall with a million of food choices and a huge supermarket etc etc.
This time I am in China for 20 days and I thought for variety I would try 10 days of some other hotel but this is just unbeatable so I just extended.
Guys I am a very honest guy regarding reviews and giving credit to those who deserve it and this place deserves 11 out of 10 points really.

Anonymous UserThe room was spacious and quiet, and the kind lady at the front desk even upgraded our room type.
Facilities: The main issue was that the Wi-Fi was incredibly unstable, and screen mirroring was very laggy. Another big problem was that screen mirroring wasn't linked to individual rooms; anyone could cast to any room in the hotel. This meant our TV kept getting interrupted by other people casting to our screen, which was very annoying.
Also, I'm not sure if it was the mattress or the pillows, but they weren't very comfortable. My husband and I are usually sound sleepers, but we woke up multiple times every night. My husband never dreams, but he was dreaming every single night here.
Didn't take any photos, so I'm using food pictures instead.

Guest UserOur stay was absolutely fantastic! A special shout-out to CRYSTAL at the front desk! Check-in was incredibly fast, and she was so friendly and professional. She even upgraded our room to one with a direct river view. We had a few questions, and she always answered them patiently and was incredibly helpful, making us feel right at home. We'll definitely choose this place again! 🙌

Guest UserI took my child out for Children's Day.
Facilities: To be honest, the play facilities are a bit old, but there are many food options inside, and the prices are cheaper than X-Long. We chose the stargazing room, and my child loved it, but I hope the cleanliness can be improved. Some hidden corners weren't cleaned properly, and there was a lot of dust in the room.
The hotel package included access to the amusement park, but many facilities required additional payment, which felt a bit like a rip-off. What I did enjoy was the swimming and hot springs. It feels like Changlu really wants to be a resort, but perhaps due to the current economic downturn, it hasn't been able to maintain itself well.
Overall, it was still an enjoyable trip. I hope Changlu improves!

The hygiene was quite good. Although the room wasn't very big, everything, including the toiletries, was disposable, clean, and very hygienic. The service attitude was also excellent and relatively standardized. The only downside is that the amenities might be a bit basic, and there might be KTV noise at night, but I was so tired I fell asleep immediately.
