When I arrived at this hotel early in the morning, I actually felt puzzled, wondering if all the surrounding shops and other hotels were closed. It seemed that not only was it not the peak tourist season, but the economic situation might also be unfavorable, which likely explained it. Since I arrived at the hotel too early, no rooms were ready yet. So, I left my luggage with the hotel first and set out for a tour of the western course of Mount Baekdu. When I returned, my luggage had already been placed in the room assigned to me. The condition of the room was impeccably clean. When I woke up in the morning and opened the curtains, the bright sunlight streaming into the room made me feel incredibly refreshed. I went down to the lobby for breakfast, and the hotel owner personally set the table. The food was exceptionally neat and delicious. Moreover, the owner spoke better English than anyone else at other hotels, which was a great help. It was a clean, cozy, and comfortable hotel to stay in. The only drawback was the lack of an elevator, but carrying luggage up one floor shouldn’t be a problem for most people. And considering that the hotel is right across from the western tourism center of Mount Baekdu, its location more than makes up for the inconvenience of not having an elevator. 我一大早到达这家酒店时，其实心里有些疑惑，感觉周围的商店和其他酒店好像都没营业。这可能不仅是因为现在不是旅游旺季，经济不景气也可能是一个原因。 由于我到酒店太早，房间还没整理好，所以我先将行李寄存在酒店，然后出发去长白山西坡景区游览。 回来时，我的行李已经放在分配好的房间里了。 房间干净得无可挑剔。早上醒来拉开窗帘，明媚的阳光照进房间，心情格外舒畅。 下楼到大厅吃早餐时，酒店老板亲自为我摆桌，食物非常整洁美味。 而且，老板的英语比其它任何酒店的员工都好，这给了我很大帮助。 这是一家干净、舒适、温馨的酒店。 唯一的缺点是没有电梯，但提着行李只上一层楼对大多数人来说应该不是问题。考虑到酒店正对着长白山西坡旅游中心，其优越的地理位置完全足以弥补没有电梯的不便。

I was torn between Wanda and Huamei for a while, but ultimately chose this place, and I'm so glad I did – it was a great recommendation from Xiaohongshu! The exterior looks like a Swiss chalet. I booked a room with a view and could see the mountains. B1 has a snack street, and it's less than a five-minute walk to the hot spring hotel. In the evening, you can even catch a performance; the iron flower show was absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff's service attitude was excellent, especially Mr. Mark! He not only helped me find an affordable swimwear store but also went above and beyond to assist with any requests I had. Thumbs up! There's a dryer downstairs; just let the front desk know if you need to use it. The room was very spacious. Initially, I was a bit worried when they mentioned hot water was limited to 20 minutes (because it needed to heat up), but it turned out to be absolutely fine, and the water temperature was great. Breakfast at the Magpie Restaurant on B1 offered a good variety of options. After eating, you can use the vouchers the hotel provides to enjoy the activities. Even though the weather wasn't ideal for visiting Tianchi these past two days, I had a very comfortable two-day vacation here!

Impression: The hotel is so cute and really kids oriented. Its newly built and opened, hence not all taxi driver knew about the location. In Trip.com - English, the name is Sunggari Club Hotel. But if you want to ask taxi driver or bus, you should mention Sungouli instead and search in Amap using chinese name given in Trip.com. Location: West slope of Changbaishan. If the weather permitted, you can see the peak of Changbaishan from far away but very nice view. It was more happening at night around Swissotel area and more shops and restaurant around that area. Hotspring located in Clubmed building not far ifrom Swissotel and Burger King. The shuttle bus will only drop and pickup at Swissotel and not Clubmed, so you have to walk back to Swissotel once you finished with the hotspring. Pros: 1. Kids friendly - decorations, play area, room. All so cute and pretty. 2. The room package inclusive of the entrance vouchers and activities - skiing, deer place, hot spring, special event, breakfast. So it is really worth the money. 3. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful - even tried their best to communicate with us in English. 4. There is laundry room with washing machine and dryer and the detergents to wash and dry your clothes. Cons: 1. The hotel supposed to be kids friendly, but smoking is allowed inside the hotel. We've requested non-smoking room and we've got it. but the problem is, it is not non-smoking floor. Shockingly, there is smoking area in the hallway of the rooms besides the elevator in every level. So the smell will travel to the entire hallway and into the room. Since it was winter and heavy snow, we can't really open the window to let the smell get off. It was so suffocating. Really frustrated in regards of this as I strongly suggest for the hotel to consider implement a strict rules not allowed smoking in the premise and have a dedicated smoking area far from the room and eating place to promote safe place for the kids. 2. Even the hotel considered new, the toilet bowl still old-school, not automated as most of the new airbnb/homestay that we went. So for Malaysian, no bidet is the big concern 😅.

After the Mid-Autumn Festival here, the moon cakes were very sweet, and I saw the fireworks, and the surrounding scenery was beautiful. I brought my parents to live for 3 days and the whole family was very satisfied! In the homestay, quiet in the middle of noisy, there is a small yard at the door, and a small vegetable garden planted by the boss himself. It is very warm and clean. My parents can drink tea and sunbathe there every morning. The boss was very patient and helped us plan a slow tour route that was not in a hurry. The location was simply excellent and it was very close to our attractions. The room is quiet, the layout is warm and distinctive, the furniture in the comfortable room is not sharp corners, the hot water is stable for 24 hours, and the water temperature is also suitable for elders. The hygiene is done carefully, and there is no dust in the depths of the wardrobe. My parents said that it is more comfortable than living at home! No matter the facilities, sanitation, environment, and service are impeccable in all aspects, it is simply the best choice for travel!

The hotel offers a stylish, modern room with a bathroom that stands out thanks to its Japanese‑style WC. Its location is practical — only 10–15 minutes from West Changbaishan train station — and there are plenty of dining options nearby, with Korean restaurant being a real highlight. Breakfast is acceptable, though having eggs cooked to order would make it more appealing. The real advantage of staying here is the access to the hot springs, included in the room price. While several pools were closed during our stay, the outdoor baths were open and provided a very enjoyable experience. A small detail that could improve comfort would be adding a hook on the bathroom door for clothes and towels. Overall, this property combines modern facilities, a convenient location, and relaxing hot springs, though a few small adjustments could make the stay even better.

I forgot to take pictures of the room but I love how huge it is, perfect for groups and families to stay. The host is also very responsive and helpful. He picked up and dropped me off from and to the Railway station, just tell him what you need and he does his best to comply to the requests. The foods are also very local and tasty. The hotel is just few minutes of walk from Wanda Ski Resort. You can also take a taxi from the hotel to Wanda for more or less than 10rmb. The hotel is just near from several restaurants and stores. I even rented my ski suit from the store just near the hotel for only 80rmb/day with a deposit (refundable) of 300rmb which is way cheaper than renting ski suits from Wanda. The hotel is in Guosongcun and the place is perfect for those who want peace and quiet, away from too much crowd. Overall, my stay was absolutely pleasant and if I come back to Changbaishanxi again, I will definitely book the same hotel 👍👍👍❤️

Staying at the E-Hwa Hotel on Changbai Mountain was definitely a great choice. The hotel has a wonderfully peaceful and calming environment, and the rooms offer beautiful views of the mountains and forest. The public lounge areas also have a fantastic atmosphere. I was particularly impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. A special thank you goes out to Manager David. His service was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and efficient, always with a good sense of discretion. He took great care of us throughout our stay, and his gentle and attentive service really added a lot of joy to our trip. Highly recommended!

Staying at the Jin Hua Resort with two kids was the perfect choice for a family trip! The location is superb, right in the heart of the resort area. It's just a few minutes' walk to the town's commercial street and Sun Square, and very close to the Acorn Art Camp and the service center. This made traveling with kids super convenient, as we didn't have to wait long for shuttle buses. The room was spacious and clean, with enough room for the kids to run around. They even provided free children's slippers and toiletries. The lobby also has a BOOMi kids' corner where children can relax and play. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including a kids' dining area, catering to both adults and children. The hotel's included perks were very practical, covering cable cars, hot springs, and the water park, offering plenty of entertainment choices. The staff were friendly and patiently answered all our questions about town activities, stamp collecting, and Momo coins. Exploring the surrounding area was easy, and it was convenient to charter a car to both the West and North Slopes. This hotel is ideal for multi-generational families or those with two children looking for a summer escape. With Changbai Mountain's 22℃ summer, our stay here was overall relaxing and comfortable. We'll definitely choose Jin Hua again on our next visit to the Wanda Resort.

An excellent stay experience. The environment is tranquil and secluded, a perfect escape for a holiday. From post-booking follow-ups, airport transfers, room cleanliness, bedding, toiletries, and turn-down service, everything reflects Park Hyatt's high quality and personalized service. The hotel staff are wonderful, especially Joy and Eric, who were meticulous, thoughtful, and highly professional. The breakfast offers a rich variety, with both buffet and à la carte options. The noodles and pastries were particularly delicious. Afternoon tea and dinner each have their unique charms, catering to diverse guest preferences. The hotel package includes benefits provided by Wanda Resort, making it ideal for families. Looking forward to returning during ski season.

The room is in a community, there is a security guard at the door, the community is also very quiet, and the small forest next door is very beautiful. The landlord is very enthusiastic, helped answer many many questions, and recommended many local food, drink and fun strategies. My mobile phone accidentally dropped in the scenic spot, and the landlord was also very enthusiastic to give the address and help receive it back to me. The heating in the room is also very sufficient, the room is not cold at all, the key things need to be said again: the landlord is very Nice, warm and beautiful!
