"As expected from a long-standing five-star hotel, the quality truly stands out. The check-in reception was warm and efficient, and they proactively upgraded our room. The hotel's location is excellent, right on the street but not noisy, and it's just a few minutes' walk to Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street. There's plenty of parking available. The bedding is comfortable, and everything is clean. We had a very quiet night's sleep. Plus, there's a subway station right outside the hotel, making getting around incredibly convenient."

"The hotel environment is great! What impressed me most was the front desk staff, I think her name was Peng Beibei. Her service attitude was exceptionally good! She's a very enthusiastic young lady; when I forgot my room card, she even proactively went to the elevator to swipe it for me. It really shows the kind of service awareness and enthusiasm needed in the service industry today. I hope your hotel continues to thrive! "I have a special soft spot for Holiday Inn Express, and sure enough, stepping into the elevator, I was greeted by that familiar scent. As with any older chain hotel, the facilities show their age but are still perfectly functional. The service and breakfast are both commendable, and the location is super convenient. I hope you continue to thrive and live up to the expectations of loyal guests like me."

"Hilton Hefei, review: The location is excellent, very close to the train station, with a subway station right next door. The environment is quite good, and the high-ceilinged lobby feels grand. The front desk service was decent; my room was upgraded before arrival. The executive room wasn't particularly large, but the facilities were well-maintained. The elevator requires a key card to operate, which adds to the safety. Guests also receive complimentary fruit upon check-in, which is a nice touch. The executive lounge's light meals offer a decent variety, though the only made-to-order items are noodles and wontons, which were just so-so. Breakfast had a good selection, including special local dishes like Huainan beef soup and freshly stewed chicken soup with small wontons. There was also a cart service offering a unique 'sa tang' (thick soup) which tasted good. The made-to-order egg rolls were also delicious. The chef at the noodle station was particularly enthusiastic, explaining everything and even helping to prepare an Anqing-style wonton soup base. The service was exceptional. Overall, a very good hotel. Highly recommended."

"Service: Absolutely fantastic! I've never seen executive lounge staff work so hard. Our butler, Xiao Guan, was especially wonderful and catered to our every request! We had a very comfortable stay; the kids didn't even want to leave. The hotel food was also delicious. The location is excellent too. Swan Lake is right downstairs, and in77 shopping mall is just a block away on foot. Walk a bit further and you're at MixC shopping mall."

"The location is great, right on Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street, making shopping very convenient. There's a Kawangka and a Zhan Ji downstairs, and it's super close to the Former Residence of Li Hongzhang. Subway access is also very easy, just a few minutes walk, and there are large shopping malls nearby. The hotel's front desk service was excellent; anything I requested was delivered quickly. The Chinese breakfast options were hot and delicious, which was a definite plus. Being on a high floor, it was very quiet, and I slept really well. Areas for improvement: When I brought my own sheets, they weren't neatly made up. The Western breakfast selection was limited, and the small bed in the family room had a rather basic headboard. I hope they continue to improve and get even better. Hefei is definitely worth a visit!"

"Came here specifically for Jolin Tsai's concert, and my bestie and I chose this hotel for our weekend getaway. The overall experience far exceeded our expectations! Self check-in was super convenient, no waiting in line, and the lobby decoration was grand and stylish. The room was spacious, with a projector, toiletries, and a desk and chair all provided. The whole room was smart-controlled by Xiao Ai for lighting, and the natural light was excellent. It felt very spacious and well-designed, perfectly meeting our needs and making us feel very comfortable. The hotel is right next to the subway station, just a few minutes directly to the South Station, making travel incredibly convenient. The location is excellent, we really picked the right hotel! In the evening, we walked to the popular pedestrian street for photos, and it was very vibrant. Staying at this hotel made me really satisfied with the entire city of Hefei. There are tons of food options downstairs. The surrounding environment is fantastic, and there's a huge Metro supermarket right across the street. The breakfast had a rich variety and tasted great. The front desk staff were attentive and enthusiastic, and there were even welcome goodie bags and afternoon tea, which tasted amazing. For just over 200 yuan, the value for money is incredible! I've already recommended it to friends who are planning trips. Whenever I come to Hefei for concerts in the future, I'll definitely choose this hotel!"

"This Atour was newly opened at the end of April. It is less than a month away from this check-in time. It is considered an Atour evaluation~ Facilities: It belongs to the new version of Atour, the lobby environment is shown in the picture. There is a coffee machine and plum juice self-collection, as well as a small ice machine, very suitable for summer! The washing and drying machines are all LG brands (see picture) The room is intelligent guest control, the lighting in the room is automatically turned on, and the lights are automatically turned off when going out, and there is no need to insert a card to get electricity. The room is also equipped with a high-speed hair dryer, but I didn't pay attention to what brand it is. There are wireless charging signs on both sides of the bedside tables, and the mobile phone can be charged. There are two bottles of mineral water in the small refrigerator, and the island platform is also equipped with room temperature mineral water, which is standard for Atour. Bathrobes and towels are covered with dust bags, and they can't stick back after they are removed, which can prevent the risk of not replacing customers. The room area is slightly larger than many Atours, and the pillows are as comfortable as ever. Hygienic: The room hygiene was roughly checked, except for the dust in the dead corners of the hygiene, the rest of the place was quite clean. No dust was found on the full-length mirror. Overall nice. Environment: It is super close to Hefei West Station and can enter the station in five minutes on foot. Standing in the direction of the gym and laundry room on the 28th floor, you can directly see the Hefei West Station (see picture) room is very quiet, or because the occupancy rate is not high, there is no noise or anything. By the way, it is the same building as the whole season next door. Atour is in 22-28F. The lower floor is the whole season next door, but the customer groups on both sides are separated, and there is no situation of sharing elevators. Service: The front desk staff are very enthusiastic, and Atour's tea service has been continuing. There are food delivery robots, takeaway robots directly sent upstairs. The customer is not nervous, the front desk helped delay the check-out until 4 o'clock~ Praise the young lady who is famous and Yangleduo is very patient."

"Finally, we were able to experience the Grand Hyatt Hefei during this spring break, and it was a wonderful 2-night staycation! The Regency Deluxe Twin room was perfect - very clean, spacious, well appointed and with great city views. We enjoyed the onsen style bath in the room; the pool, steam and sauna facilities were all good. Room service was great, satisfying the midnight cravings of my family. Breakfast had an awesome spread - a balanced variety of local and western dishes. Dinner and drinks at the Club Lounge were pretty good, even for vegetarians. Drink selection was curated very well even if a bit limited. It was a great place to hang out after dinner and drinks, especially after we convinced our family friends to check in and join us the next nigh. Also, shoutout to the great service from the lovely club lounge staff! Special thanks to Lily, our WeChat contact, who went above expectations in being proactive and supported all our needs. We brought up something for improvement that aligns with current industry practice and she happily resolved it during our stay. Great customer service for sure!"

"The hotel is very clean and tidy, and the front desk guy is very friendly. Check-in was quick. We checked in at midnight and didn't receive any calls from the hotel until 2 a.m. the next day, which was great. The breakfast selection was also very diverse, with both Chinese and Western options. The customer service was also very responsive, and our takeout order was delivered promptly. Five stars recommended!"
