"Good location, clean room and value of money is good. They give me a room with river view which really nice, the room is clean, the breakfast is nice taste, lots of Chinese cuisine options but not too much of western options. The things need to be improved: in some rooms the smell of cigarettes smoke still linger, need to clean or categorize for non-smoking room, room key access sometimes error and need to back to front desk few times and need at least one staff who can speak English for communication with guest who can't speak Chinese."

"1. When we entered the gate, we saw construction everywhere. There was no staff to guide the parking. There were two construction workers next to us. We asked, otherwise we would have thought we were in the wrong place!
2. We live in a family room, but you can see the outlines of people using the bathroom through the bathroom glass. We are a few girls living there, so we are a little embarrassed. What if parents bring their children, and the children are older? ! ? It’s not a couple’s room, so it’s really hard to comment on this glass!"

Check-out time is at 14:00 this is very intimate.
Breakfast is posted with the hotel next door, the middle waiter gives 2 sides hot powder, there are not many types, but you can eat enough.
The big deduction item is that the smell of smoke is too strong. I don't know if the last guest is a smoker. When I enter the room, there is a faint smell of smoke. When I turn on the air conditioner, the air conditioner blows out all the smell of smoke. I have a pain in my throat for one night. I hope to improve the setting of some non-smoking rooms."

This is a newly opened hotel with no odors. The location is easy to find, with convenient parking, but it's difficult to find restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, bright, and clean, with separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. The front desk service was decent, and the value for money was excellent.

Guest UserWe chose this hotel specifically because it was close to a place where We wanted to go do some underwater swimming movies.  and it served that purpose. The Wi-Fi worked. The shower was good. The room decoration was good. The bed was harder than I like. A soft bed is one of the things I really like. The breakfast was good. There was free parking and access to chargers for our electric car

The hotel stay experience is great! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I didn't want to get up as soon as I lay down. The front desk lady was super caring, the check-in was fast and enthusiastic, and she also took the initiative to introduce the surrounding food. The view outside the window is wide and the night view is especially beautiful. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes great. High cost performance, I will choose this one next time, highly recommended!

Guest UserFrom the moment I arrived until I left I was very well looked after by Joyce who ensured I had a wonderful stay. She even walked up to the museum with me so I wouldn't get lost and kindly enquired when it rained and I was out and about if I was ok. She also helped with transport to a village and to the bus station. Superb service! Thanks, Joyce- I very much appreciate how you looked after me!!! Similarly the staff at the spa was very kind and helpful to me. I loved how relaxing it was to hear the stream from my room. I slept very well after the spa and I liked the great variety at the breakfast buffet. If in the area, I would happily retun! Thanks again
