"Every time I travel, I choose Wyndham, but for the Dragon Boat Festival, due to the rooms being fully booked, I opted for Baoting instead. Although the gym is shared, and the lobby is split into two sections on the first floor, I still feel Wyndham's service is superior, though my experience here was also quite good. I'd especially like to mention Yoyo, whose service was incredibly helpful! My request for a late check-out, based on room availability, was granted, which was a huge plus. The fish-feeding in the lobby is also a must-do activity for kids. I'll definitely choose them again next time I'm in town."

"Highlight is the amazing breakfast for the price. The room was clean, which is what matters the most. There are 2 issues: even when i got the non-smoking room, the room still somehow smelled like smoking room, even if it's still acceptable for me. It's totally not acceptable if you bring in your kids though. Another issue is some of the lights, like hallway light didn't work. Otherwise everything else was great, the reception was polite and hospitable, checking in and out didn't have any issues."

From the 9th floor window, you can see a continuous range of mountains, like an ink wash painting of a blue-toned landscape from Jiangnan. The room facilities seem relatively new, and the mattress firmness was just right. The pillows were a little high. The room's color scheme was harmonious and natural, and the layout was comfortable. I especially liked the small round table, a perfect spot to have some tea and chat. There was one toothbrush left by the sink, which might have been left by housekeeping, so they should be a bit more careful with that. Overall, it's pretty good and offers great value for money."

"The rooms, facilities, and location are all impeccable, making it the top choice for accommodation in Lishui. However, the staff training is truly a disservice to the Marriott brand. Headquarters should really pay attention! My family of five checked in at 4:30 PM, reserving two rooms. We were given rooms on the 20th floor (a lower floor). I asked the front desk if we could get a higher floor. She replied that all the good floors had pillars. I said, “Okay, we’ll take what we get.” Upon reaching the floor with our key cards, I found that they had given us two rooms at the very ends of the 20th-floor hallway. Specifically: one at the far left and one at the far right. Not only were they trying to get rid of less desirable rooms by giving us a low floor and corner rooms, but to intentionally separate a family into the furthest possible rooms on the entire corridor is incredibly unprofessional. But the show was just beginning. I called the operator to request a room change: two rooms closer together. The front desk first said there were no rooms on the same floor, then that there were no king beds, only twin beds. I agreed to everything, but stressed that I didn't want rooms with pillars. After a short wait, new key cards were delivered. We went up to the 22nd floor. Opening the door, one of the rooms had a pillar! My request was completely ignored! I was furious! During the back and forth, I tripped over my suitcase, which only made me angrier. I called the front desk and demanded two things: 1. To speak with a manager. 2. A room without pillars. I was told there were no more rooms on the 22nd floor either... Finally, after speaking with a manager, rooms magically became available again. Is this how it works? Do you have to negotiate for an hour to get two nearby rooms, of any type? It was already dark outside! This was terrible!"
