"I booked this hotel for a business trip and unexpectedly needed to print some documents late at night. The front desk staff, despite it being so late, was incredibly helpful and printed quite a few pages for me. They were so warm and didn't seem bothered at all, and even printed them for free, which I felt a little bad about! This is a really great hotel with very enthusiastic staff. The small convenience store on the first floor is also good; I bought some nice snacks there. Highly recommend, I'll definitely come back next time!"

"The hotel was warm and thoughtful; even the trees were dressed up in long garments, which shows how much effort the knitters must have put in. The Christmas tree at the hotel entrance was beautiful, and the lobby was filled with a Christmas atmosphere. David and Liddy at the front desk were attentive and enthusiastic in their service. They even gave me a bottle of hot water because it was chilly. Amanda patiently explained the gym to me when I asked. The sofas in the lobby were soft, the carpet was comfortable, and the complimentary sweet and sour candies were delicious. The barley tea at the front desk smelled wonderful. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with complete facilities. It was a stay that exceeded my expectations."

You can check the time to take the train and get off the train to the hotel. It is comfortable. The front desk sent breakfast, which is very considerate. The only flaw is that Mudanjiang has been warming up in the past two days. The room is 28 degrees, but the air conditioner does not have cold air. The hotel said that it has just warmed up and the air conditioner is not ready, so they sent a fan."

"Every time I go back to my hometown, I have to transfer trains in Mudanjiang. I've stayed at this hotel many times. It's right next to the train station. You can open the window and get a close-up view of the South Square. The room is clean and tidy, with central air conditioning – cool in summer and warm in winter. The bathroom mirror even has LED lights, and there's a smaller, adjustable magnifying mirror on the side, which is super convenient for makeup. The toilet and shower are separate. Plus, meal delivery is handled by a robot!"

Plus I found the people of Mudanjiang to be really friendly and lovely as I walked around the city."

"This Hanting hotel changed my previous perception of it. The hotel was easy to find, very comfortable, clean, and the service was excellent 👍. The room had a separate wet and dry area, was spacious, and very new. It was super convenient to eat and buy snacks downstairs. Parking was okay, but the receptionist even reserved a parking space for guests who checked in – a big thumbs up!"

"We loved this hotel; we'll definitely stay there again. The photos match perfectly, the toiletries are very high-quality, and the laundry room is convenient with both washing machines and dryers. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. Breakfasts were delicious, with different options every day. The coffee machine was a real plus! The only downside is the slightly see-through bathroom door, which made it a bit difficult to sleep. I wanted complete darkness, but the streetlight filtered into the bedroom through the bathroom window, which defeats the purpose of completely blackout curtains. This isn't a major issue and won't affect my next stay. Perhaps the hotel management will address this issue and improve service."

"I just returned from a fun and surprising winter weekend staying at the Home Inns in Northeast. This winter trip was definitely an experience to remember. The location of the hotel is ideal, with a wide variety of winter activities nearby, from skiing to snowshoeing, there is an abundance of options. The staff at the Home Inns were very helpful, providing information about these activities and assisting us with renting ski equipment. The room was very warm and comfortable, with a soft bed that gave me a restful sleep every night. The bathroom facilities were very clean and provided all the necessities. Compared with Orange, it is simply crushing. Orange's service and breakfast are not as good as All Seasons.
I have stayed in almost all All Seasons in the province, and this one in Mudanjiang is the nicest"

Seriously, this Snow Town hotel is ridiculously close to the ski resort. I could sleep in an extra ten minutes in the morning ⏰, stroll over to the slopes, and still not be late. Ski fanatics, rejoice! 🥳
The Xichaxuan King Room I stayed in was absolutely fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, and the super soft bed made me never want to get up 🛌. The heating was incredibly powerful, completely saying goodbye to the damp cold of the south 👋! Disposable towels, toilet seat covers, and complimentary mineral water 🫙 – they thought of every single detail.
The most delightful surprise was the hotel's free activities! Playing 'splash water into ice' in sub-zero temperatures 💦, the moment the ice crystals flew everywhere was breathtakingly beautiful, simply magical ✨. They also had free sledges available, perfect for both seniors and kids. The crunching sound as it glided over the snow was pure winter happiness 🎿!
Add to that the free shuttle service and a hearty breakfast buffet 🍜, and it was such a comfortable and pleasant stay. I've already been raving about it to all my friends! ✌️✌️✌️

__WeChat263568****Choosing the right guesthouse in Hengdaohezi is absolutely key for a great trip, and this one made our vacation incredibly happy! The owner was super thoughtful; they communicated with us in advance about our pickup time and were waiting for us at the station, immediately helping with our luggage – it instantly warmed us up in the winter chill.
The guesthouse room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the snow view outside the window was incredibly calming. The biggest surprise was the extra activities: they provided free snow tubes, so we could enjoy the thrill of sliding in the snow right in the yard – both adults and kids had a blast. In the evening, the owner organized a bonfire party; everyone gathered around the fire, chatting and laughing, creating a lively and wonderful atmosphere.
The owner also enthusiastically shared local travel tips and food recommendations, being completely genuine and transparent throughout. Whether it was the service, environment, or activities, everything was impeccable. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Hengdaohezi, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a snow trip!

AAnonymous UserGreat location to stay at... close to the scenic site, just a walk over. There are plenty of restaurants around as well as there's one in the hotel.
Reception was super helpful and warm, offering to book rides for us, as well as telling us of the complimentary breakfast, which we only tried on the second day as we headed out on the first early in the morning before breakfast was ready. Great spread of breakfast, too, when we tried the 2nd day.
The room was very spacious, and we enjoyed the Mahjong table... hand a game or two during the late night.
The room was clean and comfortable.
It is likely one of the best hotels to stay near the north gate of JinPoHu.

GGuest UserThis is a newly opened hotel, part of a popular chain brand. It's a bit of a walk from the train station, about 15 minutes. The overall environment is very nice. They call ahead to ask about your arrival time. There's free coffee and tea in the lobby. The rooms are well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is also quite good. I highly recommend this hotel.

PProsecco womenA very good hotel for such a small Chinese city👍🏼The rooms are non-smoking, clean with daily cleaning, the mattress is comfortable, soaps and toiletries in large quantities with the aroma of green tea (very pleasant), breakfasts are quite varied and tasty, a beautiful reception and recreation area (this area is smoked). They checked us in before 2 pm (we arrived at about 10 am) without any extra charge or waiting.

The interior decoration is exquisite, and it seems to have the ingenuity of ”carving out the Qionglou with meticulous care”; the utensils are arranged regularly, showing the meticulousness of ”the windows are bright and clean without any dust”. The owner is warm and hospitable, and answers every inquiry in detail, as if meeting old friends again, very cordial. When you wake up in the morning, you can see the glow through the gauze, and when you return home in the evening, you can hear the breeze blowing through the curtains. Accommodation here is not only a place to rest, but also a place for the soul, where you can forget your worries and enjoy peace. It is really the best choice.

NNaraxiaolvThis is probably the best value-for-money hotel in Xuexiang. The rooms are fully smart, with two floor-to-ceiling windows! Very clean. The hotel offers luggage pickup and drop-off, a water-to-ice splashing experience, and even provides local cotton-padded jackets in the rooms. Plastic sleds for kids to play with are also free. The toiletries in the room are complete, and the service is very attentive. I'd definitely stay here again next time. The only minor issue is that the WiFi is a bit slow.

AAnnaaaaaGHow should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!

GGuest UserIt was getting late on the way to Jingpo Lake, so I booked this hotel in Tokyo town in a hurry. There is a small elevator that only goes to the second floor. The boss is very nice, enthusiastic and patient! An upgraded large room was arranged for us... Although there were slight flaws in hygiene and there was a bit of smoke smell in the room, it was not expensive and cost-effective. For those who don’t have high requirements and are not hygienic, I personally recommend staying here ~ I forgot to take photos
