The hotel service is impeccable, and the butler service is very good, especially the YY butler, who gave me welcome fruit and took me to the room. The staff is warm and friendly, always smiling, which makes people feel warm. In general, this is a highly recommended hotel."

They even came to my room and used a translator when needed to make sure they could help with my requests. I’ve stayed in hotels in Beijing, Shanghai, and Chongqing, and for the price, this hotel is seriously underrated. The rooms are spacious and the price is very reasonable compared to those cities. I highly recommend the queen room, even for two people, as I found it more comfortable than the twin-bed room. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!"
