While it's not a brand new hotel, the amenities are thoughtfully provided, catering to almost every guest's needs. The complimentary laundry service, where your clothes are washed, dried, and delivered to your room, surpasses what 90% of hotels offer. They were incredibly attentive, even setting aside a sun-protection mask I'd left in the restaurant, and promptly checked about a shawl I'd forgotten after checking out. The most impressive moment was when I found a forgotten pillowcase on the table after first entering my room; upon reporting it, they immediately dispatched staff to re-clean, handling it very promptly. All the hotel staff are warm and welcoming, always greeting you and diligently answering every question. The hotel is also conveniently located near attractions and restaurants. The lobby has a pleasant tea area where you can also purchase Pu'er tea. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pu'er!"

"Facilities: Overall good, relatively new, with comprehensive amenities. Hot water is instant, and the shower pressure is excellent, making for a comfortable wash. Cleanliness: Very clean and well-maintained. Environment: The room decor is lovely. It's a bit far from the bustling city center (a few minutes' drive). The only minor issue was that our room faced the road, but with the windows closed, it wasn't a problem at all. Service: The service was superb! The front desk staff were always smiling and gave helpful directions. The hotel also offered discounted prices for nearby attractions, and they were happy to provide recommendations for dining. In the evening, they even gave us free yogurt and flower cakes. Overall, it was a great experience!"

"Facilities: Fully equipped and complete. All facilities are in use, except for the outdoor pool which is currently under renovation. Hygiene: Five-star rating. The bedding is comfortable and soft. The disposable toilet seat covers, disposable face towels, disposable toothbrushes, and toiletries are all excellent! A big plus! Environment: A quiet oasis in a bustling area. The biggest highlight is the rainforest landscaping – you don't even need to go to a scenic spot to get amazing photos. Service: They truly embody the feeling of being 'at home away from home.' During breakfast, if you stand in front of the coffee machine or toaster for more than 10 seconds, a staff member will come over and ask if you need help. Finally, I don't have to wander around like a lost child looking for assistance!"

"Came here after spending three days in Xishuangbanna. I chose this hotel primarily for its location. The entrance is small, but the facade decor is quite nice. However, there are a few things I really didn't like: 1. The soundproofing is terrible. On top of that, there were wood-knocking sounds in the middle of the night, coming from what sounded like an attic. The rhythm was very consistent, with several sets of knocking. I barely slept the first night. 2. There was a disposable toilet seat cover next to the toilet with a sign saying it was for-pay use, but the bathtub cover didn't have a similar sign. Either don't provide them at all, or charge for both, or make both free. 3. The front desk staff seemed unprofessional and in need of systematic training. Their service felt inconsistent and chaotic. 4. The breakfast selection was limited, and tables weren't cleared promptly. When I went for breakfast at 9:00 AM, there were no seats available except for the high stools at the bar. 5. There aren't many hotel options in Pu'er. I'd suggest sticking with chains like Ji Hotel or Home Inn. Paying so much for this hotel just isn't worth it."

The restaurant offers free late-night snacks that are incredibly delicious – I'd even say they're better than Yang Ji's sour rice noodles. The chicken soup is freshly made daily with very fresh ingredients. Service: The service attitude is absolutely fantastic. The front desk staff are welcoming, beautiful, and have sweet voices. They are thoughtful and attentive, and they even upgraded our room for free, which instantly elevated our experience and made our Pu'er trip even more enjoyable! The hotel provides a complimentary laundry service; clothes are washed, dried, and delivered to the room. This was a lifesaver for all our dirty travel clothes, so we could go home with everything clean. Environment: The room is very spacious, and the bathtub retains heat exceptionally well, making for a very comfortable soak. Disposable toiletries are promptly replenished, and the hygiene is impeccable, making for a truly pleasant stay!"

Opening the window in the morning, Meizi Lake was enveloped in a thin mist, like a flowing ink wash painting. The lake water was emerald green and clear, reflecting the green mountains and blue sky, with golden sunlight piercing through the morning fog. Walking along the 4-kilometer wooden boardwalk by the lake, the air was filled with the fragrance of tea and fresh vegetation, creating a tranquil and healing atmosphere. Every step was a scenic view, and every casual shot looked like a professional photograph. The hotel service was attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the electric carts were readily available on call, which was very convenient. Overall, the experience was perfect. This is my top choice for a Pu'er vacation, and I will definitely come again!"
