先來説説為什麼叫趙寨練府吧。唐朝練何將軍出生於出趙寨，豐功偉績後獲唐太宗李世民以“精練軍戎”之譽，賜東何姓練，練何成為天下皇封練姓第一人。如今，練氏後人以練何將軍的功績和品德為榜樣，傳承着家族文化和精神。以上，是姐妹兒爸爸作為練氏宗親代表，用一年時間走遍全國各地，通過各種學術和民間研究尋找宗親的成果。當地政府被這尋根問祖的事蹟感動，趙寨以練何故里對外宣傳，並邀請練氏宗親的核心成員作為榮譽村民落户趙寨，於是便有了趙寨練府。
我的姐妹是四川妹子，主理着這個有着極強宗親文化的家，於是便在在大家都不熟悉的河南焦作沁陽、神龍山腳下的趙寨插下了了一枚種子。
