Shanshan Hotels with Free Parking.

After we encountered a bad experience with a desert glamping resort in Dunhuang, we were a bit cautious with Dune when we booked it. However, after I communicated with the manager in Dune via WeChat, I was more confident as he was very polite and helpful. He helped us to booked a transfer from Turpan Airport to Dune resort. As our flight arrived Turpan in the evening, it was late when we arrived at Dune. The manager and another staff came to the entrance of the driveway to welcome us and helped us with our luggage. They took us straight to our tent, and they upgraded us to a bigger tent, too. We woke up to this beautiful Kumtag Desert Sand dunes, right in front of our tent! It was so beautiful. As the off peak season started, we were the only guests there but the staff were serving us with delicious breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious and plentiful! The manager and staff were very attentive to our requests. One of the staff has helped us to arrange a local guide/driver to take us to the Kumtag desert for an exciting ATV ride and sand sliding. We had a great time. We ended up hiring the same guide, a pleasant and calm Uygur young guy to take us for some sightseeing and dropped us back to Turpan. I would say to anyone who is looking for a real desert glamping, please come to Dune in Shahshan near Turpan instead of Dunhuang.

This stay experience is perfect! The moment you open the door, a fresh breath hits you in the face. The marble floor is as smooth as a mirror, the bedding is smooth as new, and even the decorative ornaments in the corners are spotless. Every detail shows the hotel's professionalism and care. The parking lot is well planned and the signs are clear, so you can easily find a space even if it is your first visit. Free parking tickets are also provided when you leave. The biggest surprise was the breakfast session, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, the freshly cooked noodle soup was fresh and rich, the freshly baked bread was soft and sweet, and the freshly ground coffee was fragrant. You could feel the chef's superb cooking skills in every bite. From the environment to the service, it's impeccable. Next time I come here on a business trip, this hotel will definitely be my best choice!

The price was affordable, and the room facilities and bedding exceeded my expectations. The central air conditioning was powerful, and the fragrance was lovely. There were also many value-added services, such as free pick-up and drop-off at the station, free laundry facilities, free use of desert photography clothing, and even many emergency medications provided free of charge. It was truly excellent value for money. There are supermarkets, shopping malls, KFC, No. 9 Sichuan Pepper Chicken, Lao Wei Dao Rice Noodles, hot pot restaurants, and other food options nearby. The most satisfying accommodation experience of my entire trip! [Wow!] Five-star recommendation!

The hotel's newly replaced carpet gives people a brand new feeling and is very comfortable. The front desk service is as warm, thoughtful and professional as always. My friends and I like living here very much. The hotel also has a free laundry room and gym. It is worth staying for friends who are on business trips. The hotel is located in the center of the county town, which is very convenient for travel.

This is one of the best hotel I staied in China. Very good location, lovely staff, room is super clean and comfortable. Once again, trip.com customer service has been amazing helped me with issue with a previous reservation and they have been able to relocate us to this hotel instead. We felt so glad to have the opportunity to come here instead. Very high recommended!

The facilities are brand new, and the hotel is very clean! We were given watermelons upon check-in, and the front desk lady was incredibly friendly and available 24 hours a day! We checked in late at night and were completely comfortable. The hotel is surrounded by a plethora of amenities, including restaurants and a mahjong parlor. The night market is nearby, and there's a barber shop if you don't want to wash your hair. It was a truly worthwhile night in Xinjiang, and the price was incredibly reasonable. If I hadn't been short on time, I would have stayed longer. I'll definitely be back next time!

I was passing by on a business trip. I went in and saw that the hotel was very good, so I placed an order. The winery started out as a wine producer, and the newly added accommodation industry has a strong winery flavor in the design of the rooms. The decoration is very high-end, the sanitary environment and service are very good. Parking in the yard is free, convenient and safe. The breakfast is also great. You can also visit the wine cellar. It is the best choice for business trips and tourism. I will come often in the future

This stay exceeded my expectations. The room was very spacious, and all the home appliances were readily available and easy to operate. The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the desert, just a few minutes by taxi. The biggest plus was the complimentary hotel shuttle service, a thoughtful detail that made a real difference. If you're visiting Shanshan, this is definitely the place to choose!

During the National Day, the hotels passing by Shanshan were more than 400, and the town tens of kilometers away was also borrowed from tourism. At this price, I lived in a guest house. The carpet in the house was probably not cleaned for a long time. I closed the door and dusted my nose and slept with a mask. Quietness is OK, hot water is sufficient. It’s difficult to travel on holidays, it should be said that there is no money.
