For a hotel, the front desk is the first link that guests touch when they check in. This efficiency is really difficult to have a good experience. In addition, the hotel's restaurant area is also obviously small, especially the breakfast time, there are more people, it is not enough, often need to queue up. In the morning, it was originally a time for guests to hurry, but it took a lot of time to queue for seats, and it became very troublesome to have breakfast. Overall, the hotel hardware may be OK, but the front desk service efficiency and restaurant capacity obviously can't keep up with the number of occupants. If the hotel itself has a large passenger flow, it should be improved in front desk staff training, processing efficiency and breakfast restaurant capacity. At this price, I don’t think such an experience is worth it."
