"A Worry-Free and Heartwarming Accommodation Experience in the Ancient Town This accommodation deserves full marks! When we arrived, the roads in the ancient town were closed, and we couldn't drive in. The owner proactively contacted us, explained the situation carefully, and waited at the intersection beforehand, patiently guiding us to the guesthouse on foot. Communication was timely and courteous. The guesthouse itself was a pleasant surprise. It was spotless and very clean, with a beautiful and comfortable overall environment. The owner also warmly led us to the rooftop terrace, showing us the view and offering to take photos for us – truly thoughtful. The breakfast on the second day was a highlight – simple yet delicious, especially the owner's fried eggs, which were excellent. What reassured us most was a small incident after check-out. We accidentally left our credit card and some personal toiletries in the room and later went back to retrieve them. The owner had already carefully tidied everything up and kept them safe for us, allowing us to retrieve them smoothly. This responsible attitude made us feel very reliable. Overall, it was a smooth-communication, comfortable, and reassuring experience. "特別漂亮的里亞德，屬於摩洛哥傳統庭院式民居，環境沒話説，從庭院到房間到露台，每個都在我的審美點上，精美而且打掃得特別乾淨。 民宿位置很好，走路五分鐘就到了藍色大門，遊覽麥地那老城特別方便。就是在一條小巷裡，不太好找。其他老城裡的里亞德應該有同樣的問題，畢竟菲斯老城有9000多條小巷子，太複雜了 早餐是每人一份，精緻而豐盛，有三種麪包或當地麪餅類主食，橙汁，水果，酸奶，煎蛋，咖啡或茶。 服務人員態度特別好，我們是自駕，到達第一天導航把我們導到了一個禁入門口，顯示衹有300米，於是我讓先生停在那裡，我自己走路去找，但導到一個三岔口目標消失，眼前出現兩條很深的巷子。當地人問我要了20迪拉姆，結果到了才發現不是我預訂的這家，而是另外一家也叫Zamane的民宿，在我的央求下，工作人員帶我去了位於另一條小巷裡我要找的Zamane, 我看了一下門口的牌子，寫的是“Riad Zamane Maison d’hotes ”，而不是攜程上“Riad Zamane boutique &spa”, 不知道是不是這個原因，導致無法正確導到。當天會英文的經理生病了沒來上班，也沒有做好安排。特別感謝負責房間打掃的Nadia女士，放下手裡的活，跟我一起走到我們停車的地方，指引我們從另外一條路開到民宿附近停好車。 還要感謝一位H開頭（我忘了他全名）的帥小夥，幫我們去買礦泉水，他總是面帶微笑，見面就熱情打招呼，很親切。這裏想建議民宿能在房間裏放幾瓶礦泉水，至少一大瓶，菲斯很乾，太需要了。"
