"The room was clean and tidy, with a smart toilet in the bathroom that flushed easily. The shower had great water pressure and heated up quickly. However, the TV picture quality was poor and blurry, which affected my World Cup viewing experience.
The location is excellent, about a 10-minute walk from the Grand Bazaar. The Unity Theater is nearby, and there was a show playing at the time. It's also very close to the subway station.
It's situated on a Uyghur cultural street, with many food options to choose from."

"The family room was great, but the booking details page didn't mention bunk beds, which I only found out about after calling. I hope the platform can improve its room descriptions to better inform guests. Upgrading the toilets to electric ones would also better match the hotel's caliber. Additionally, the front desk staff seemed very busy; they were trying their best to provide good service, but their hurried tone and sense of urgency suggested high work pressure. I hope the hotel can be kinder to its employees."

"Location: Near the railway station, just a few minutes from the subway, and close to the Taibai business district. Right outside, there's a food street and banks, so you can find everything you need for dining, clothing, and daily essentials all in one place.
Transportation: Limited parking spots, so it's not very convenient if you're driving.
Environment: The lobby design is stylish, and the guest lounge area is elegant and unique. The overall environment is clean and tidy.
Room: Well-equipped facilities, comfortable bedding, and a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The cleanliness is decent!
Food: Breakfast includes 4 cold dishes and 4 soups (milk, soy milk, corn paste, millet porridge), 6 main dishes (egg-fried rice, steamed bean buns, meat buns, fried dough sticks, etc.), and 4 side dishes (corn, sweet potato, pumpkin, fried eggs, etc.). There's also freshly cooked rice noodles and watermelon with cantaloupe. Everything is vegetarian, but it's filling and tastes good.
Service: Warm and attentive. They reserved a room with a window as requested! Housekeeping also cleaned promptly every day, and the room supplies were well-stocked.
I stayed for several days straight and had a good experience overall."

"The room was very clean and well-maintained, feeling quite premium, and the service was excellent. Right next door, Elijiang Cuisine offers authentic local food, and the fruit market nearby has incredibly cheap fruit, just 2 RMB a jin! You can totally indulge in roasted buns, naan, fruits, Xinjiang lamb skewers, and Da Pan Ji (big plate chicken) to your heart's content. The location is fantastic, and I'll definitely stay here again next time. Plus, with police on duty 24/7, it feels very safe!"

"The place is okay for a short stay. The room was clean. However there are some things that bothered me during my stay:
- Bathroom is very small, and the water was leaking to the room after the shower. There's no towel to put on the floor to make it dry
- Every day I returned to the hotel my key card was unable to open the door. I had to go to the reception to reactivate my card
- Laundry room has 3 washing machines, however they are always occupied. People load the machines, and not coming back to take their clothes after work finished. You also can't unload the machines, because all baskets occupied as well. I saw some people just take the clothes from the machines and put it randomly in the room, then the owner coming back and can't find it. Very messy."

"The room layout was great, both my child and I were very satisfied. The breakfast was also good. I especially want to thank the staff because when we checked out, we left three pieces of luggage at the hotel's front desk. After visiting the Grand Bazaar that evening, we stayed at a nearby hotel. We tried to book a car to pick up our luggage, but couldn't find one. I called the front desk, and the lovely lady there suggested they could arrange a car to deliver the luggage to us! We're so grateful for their thoughtful and attentive service! Thank you! If we come back to Urumqi, we'll definitely stay here again."

The room was super clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, which was nice. She proactively brought a foot bath and filled it with water for me both nights. The room was also cleaned thoroughly and meticulously. Definitely worth a high rating!

Anonymous UserOverall, we had a pleasant stay. However, I would like to share our experience with the complimentary photo session so that future guests know what to expect.
If you book through Trip.com, please check carefully what is included. We were informed by the photo studio that our complimentary photo session did not include the traditional costume, while if th guests who booked through some other travel agencies were able to use the costume free of charge. We found this difference quite surprising.
Another disappointing experience was the complimentary photos. The hotel receptionist told us that we would receive 3 free photos per person, so as two guests we expected 6 photos. However, when we arrived at the photo studio, we were told that the offer was actually 3 photos per room. The inconsistent information between the hotel and the photo studio caused unnecessary confusion and disappointment.
I hope the hotel and the photo studio can provide consistent information in the future, so guests know exactly what is included before they arrive.

Kseniya1999During our 2 week travel we choose this hotel because of its location (which is great) - the hotel is literally just a few steps from the metro station, which was a lifesaver during our 2-week stay.
Considering the quality of the service, the comfort of the rooms, and the prime location, I felt this hotel offered excellent value.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Whether you are traveling for business or leisure :)

Guest UserCheck-in for the hotel is on the third floor. The room was great ā clean, hygienic, and the service was excellent. Very satisfied! The front desk staff were warm, thoughtful, and very polite. They handled check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly, patiently answering all my questions with a kind and attentive attitude. Any requests were promptly addressed, demonstrating great professionalism and making me feel very well taken care of.
The hotel's attached parking lot is very convenient, with plenty of spacious spots, making parking easy and hassle-free. Security management is well-organized, and entry/exit is smooth, which is a huge plus for those traveling by car. I felt very secure leaving my vehicle there.
The room itself was fully equipped and well-maintained, with brand-new hardware. The air conditioning, bathroom facilities, lighting, and internet all worked perfectly without any issues, ensuring maximum comfort during my stay. The room had good natural light and ventilation, a practical layout, soft and comfortable bedding, and excellent soundproofing, allowing for a peaceful and quiet night's sleep.
The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch; every corner was spotless, and the toiletries were of good quality, making for a clean and reassuring stay. The surrounding area offers convenient access for getting around, and the overall service was attentive and meticulous. From the environment and service to the hardware facilities, everything reflected quality. It offers great value for money.

The room environment is pretty good, though there was a hair on the bed. The walls looked a bit dirty, possibly due to age, which was a bit off-putting. Other than that, everything else was good. The water temperature was great, the room was very warm, and the soundproofing was excellent; you could barely hear any noise once the door was closed.
