"Clean and hygienic, great value for money. The room was small but cozy and tidy, with a full set of good quality toiletries. The breakfast was quite substantial too.
The service attitude was excellent. They even gave us two bottles of yogurt upon check-in, and surprisingly, they offer multiple services including free car washing! It's the first time I've seen free car washing, very impressed 👍
Parking was also easy with plenty of spaces, and a security guard helped us with our luggage 🧳"

"The hotel is right next to Angel City, and if you turn left upon exiting, you'll find the main entrance. Shopping is super convenient. There was a bit of noise when I first checked into the room in the afternoon, but it quieted down after 9:30 PM, so it didn't affect my sleep. The front desk staff was warm and polite, and they even gave me a thoughtful little gift (a notebook) when I checked out. Plus, I could use my membership benefits for a late check-out – highly recommend! 👍"

"The hotel's location is a huge plus – right across from Angel City, making shopping, dining, and buying things incredibly convenient. The front desk service was also great; check-in was quick, and the staff were enthusiastic and polite. They even proactively informed us about important check-in details, which felt very thorough. Check-out was smooth as well, no delays. The room itself was better than expected; it was very clean, and the amenities were quite complete. What pleasantly surprised me was that the overall facilities were much better than many hotels in the same price range. It didn't feel like I was settling; instead, it was quite comfortable and hassle-free. Overall, with its convenient location, comfortable service, and good room experience, it offers really great value for money. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in the area for shopping or business."

"The environment here is great, and I really enjoyed my stay. When we checked out, the staff even gave us some small gifts. When we first checked in, there was plum juice available at the front desk, which I thought was a really nice touch, especially after driving all day. "Came here with my child for a trip. The room was spacious, clean, and hygienic. There's a supermarket and many small restaurants downstairs from the apartment. The Yousuf Malatang (Sichuan spicy hotpot) was particularly delicious! The front desk lady was beautiful and had excellent service. I'll definitely come again next time!"

"We stayed at this hotel for 8 days, and the location is excellent and very convenient, with many shops just a short walk away.
The staff service was wonderful, especially the room service staff, “鸽姐”Her ever-smiling face made us feel truly at home. Every day when we returned to our room, we would find two hot drinks on the table along with a small handwritten note. Sometimes, she would even leave a message to let me know that she had helped wash my socks after noticing them on the floor. These thoughtful gestures really touched me and made me feel warm and cared for.
Another staff member, Mr. Wang Shuaiju (王帅举), welcomed us when we first arrived and also saw us off when we left. He was friendly and attentive, even reminding us to grab a hot drink before heading back to our room.
Overall, I felt very pleased and grateful for the excellent service throughout our stay."

The room is very smart, and I really love staying at this hotel. It's a convenient location, not far from Pang Dong Lai Angel City. It was an excellent experience, far exceeding the price. "The hotel is located at the crossroads, parking is available at the entrance of the hotel, and there is a parking lot in the backyard, which is very convenient for self-driving tourists!
The lobby service is very good, the lobby has tea and lounge area. There is an elevator upstairs. The twin room we booked is on the 3rd floor. The elevator is out. The right is the Moon Center and the left is the guest room. It may be that the two floors are opened, there is a gap, and it takes two steps to go down to continue.
The room is clean and clean, equipped with disposable towels, and the air conditioning and cooling effect is very good!
It is worth mentioning that the hotel is diagonally opposite the Fat Donglai Golden Triangle. Arrived at the hotel at 4 pm to check in, put down your luggage, and go shopping in Fat Donglai lightly. Bought self-operated beer liquor and food! The next morning I went to replenish the cream again!
After checking out, I went to visit the Spring and Autumn Building again. There were no people in the attractions, and the basic private venue!"

Artem ShakirovI had a very pleasant stay at H Hotel (Xuchang Wuyi Road Pangdonglai Branch) and would gladly choose this hotel again. The location is excellent — right in the city center, close to Pangdonglai, shops, restaurants, and public transportation, yet the area itself is quiet and comfortable for rest.
Check-in was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were polite, professional, and always willing to help. Even with limited English, communication was friendly and effective, which made the stay much easier.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-designed with a modern style. The bed was very comfortable, the linens were fresh, and the room was well soundproofed, allowing for a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness throughout the stay. The bathroom was spotless, with good water pressure and complete amenities.
Breakfast exceeded expectations — a good variety of fresh and tasty dishes, suitable for both Chinese and international guests. Wi-Fi was fast and stable, which was important for work and daily use.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, high service standards, and a comfortable environment. I highly recommend H Hotel (Xuchang Wuyi Road Pangdonglai Branch) for both business and leisure travelers visiting Xuchang.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! I am currently visiting and do not speak a word of Chinese, which can usually make things stressful—but the team here made everything seamless.
We had to communicate entirely through a translator app, and the staff couldn't have been more patient or kind. I ran into a bit of a crisis where I needed same-day dry cleaning, and the reception team jumped into action immediately. They handled the situation with such grace and efficiency, ensuring my clothes were ready right when I needed them.
Why this hotel stands out:
• The Reception Team: All the girls at the front desk are absolute gems. They are professional, lovely, and never made me feel like my language barrier was a burden.
• True Hospitality: I felt welcomed from the second I arrived. Even the security guard at the entrance was incredibly friendly and helpful!
• Top-Notch Service: They go above and beyond to assist with any request, no matter how complex the ”lost in translation” moment might be.

What an Exceptional, Centrally Located, Grand Hotel; Location and Staff were superb. A great experience and decision for my needs. I enjoyed my short stay very much! Only wish I had more time to explore more of its amenities; but I will definitely return. The hotel is peaceful with no problem achieving a good night’s rest. In the middle of Tianyue Square; next to Wanda Mall, so at night it is very vibrant, social, and the whole area is illuminated and beautiful. The people of Xuchang are extremely polite and respectful & this extends to the lovely, young and helpful staff. Only slight feedback would be attention to detail when cleaning (but I am a clean freak), changing the TV to English and I struggled with WiFi the entire time. A place of peace and security nonetheless especially during a busy business excursion. Comfort 10/10; Location 10/10; Amenities 8/10; Standard; 9/10. I will improve my Chinese to improve our interpersonal relations. If I could, I would keep this place to myself. See you soon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ your friend 宝贵的

I was expecting for a reception employees to know a little bit of English. When arrived I was surprised that I have to find a way to translate everything to Chinese. Then next day this was corrected, and I found that they put an employee that knows a little bit of English to the reception. Also, for that type and size of hotel, it would be great that they have something for relaxation and training - either gym, or SPA, or pool, etc. Everything else was great and I could see that they were giving their best to make my stay pleasant.

Guest UserI must give 5 points of praise, if possible I would give 5+! ! ! The service is attentive and considerate to the point that I feel that Seven Star Hotel may not do better than him. From the welcome at the front desk to the parking lot, everything is in place, very friendly, and the hardware configuration is also very comprehensive. Breakfast was not included when booking, but the front desk took the initiative to give it to me and said that breakfast was 29 yuan per person. I didn't expect much at first, but unexpectedly the breakfast was very rich! I really stayed at a treasure hotel. I couldn’t help but ask the lady at the front desk if the hotel had anything to do with Fat Donglai. Of course I got a negative answer🤣The reason why I asked this was really because of their service It can be called the ”Fat Dong Lai” in the hotel industry, haha.

Arizona EdThis is a wonderful property! The staff are very friendly and the location works very well for me. My only concern is that smoking is allowed in the hotel. I believe it is that way in all of China. I think Hotels should not allow any smoking but short of that, they should designate at least one or two floors as completely, not smoking. Cigarette smoke has been proven to be deadly to both the smoker and those people are around them. It is unhealthy and it just smells bad. The staff at the front desk and housekeeping and the security gentleman outside are all wonderful people and have made me feel very welcome here.
