"The room itself was decent, though the hotel's decor is a bit dated. The bathroom's exhaust fan was quite weak. The hotel entrance is located on a slope, which can be a bit of a climb, and the area right outside the entrance is a bit narrow, making parking not very convenient.
We were experiencing some mild altitude sickness, and the staff were very helpful, readily assisting us with our luggage. Both the staff and the front desk were proactive and eager to help whenever we had a request, which was much appreciated.
They offer a free airport shuttle service, which is a great perk. However, it would be beneficial if guests were informed about this service upon check-in. I spent a long time trying to book a Didi ride that day with no success, and only found out about the shuttle service when I went to the front desk to inquire. On a positive note, I accidentally left an item behind when checking out, and they promptly helped me mail it back."

"During check-in, they were indifferent. I booked a deluxe smart twin room, but they gave me a room with a tiny window. Strangely, both the window of the room next door and the window of the adjacent room faced a small space with absolutely no air circulation. It felt like a disguised wall separating us, which felt like a rip-off. As for the oxygen concentrator, after I informed the front desk, a guy came and fiddled with it for ages before finally managing to get air out of a vent. I've stayed in many Vienna hotels, and this is the first time I've encountered anything like this!"

"Friendly staff, clean room, hot water, fast wifi. Comfortable bed. It's about a 10min walk to Gesar Square. The hotel is a bit uphill.
Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. A taxi from the airport to the hotel is 80 yuan.
Staff doesn't know much about getting around, they have to ask the boss.
It can be a bit noisy when people walk through the hallway as the sound echoes through the building.
It's a bit dark inside and there is no elevator.
Eventhough the minor things, it's a good and affordable place to stay in Yushu!"

"The Vienna Hotel is located in the city center. You can get off the plane and take the airport express directly to the hotel. The front desk clerk is a *******, very enthusiastic and responsive to all requests. I had high reflexes. The front desk clerk promptly sent an oxygen concentrator to the room, gave me a drink to slow down high reflexes, paid attention to our precautions, asked about the cold and warmth, and helped me place an order online. Glucose water, and accompanied my friend to the pharmacy to buy me anti-altitude sickness medicine. I am grateful. I would like to thank the hotel manager and waiter, Tashi Delek!

The hotel has a publicarea of 2000 square meters and is equipped with a gym, laundry room, andindependent dining rooms that can provide Chinese and dinner meals. Theconference room can accommodate 80 people, with 2 liquid display screensprofessional audio equipment, and an entertainment and leisure room. Thehotel is 28 kilometers away from Batang Airport, a 30 minute drive away, andis equipped with a business shuttle bus to pick up and drop off the airport(advance reservation is required with the front desk).
"It's undeniably remote, incredibly spacious, and undeniably grand.
I understand that Ji Hotels generally cater to business travelers, but this one, due to its spacious location, has been designed to look like a five-star hotel. The parking lot is enormous, with easy access and no registration required.
The front desk was crowded, but the staff's efficiency was mediocre. They spoke slowly and reacted slowly, which was incredibly frustrating. A simple check-in process took a long time; they need more training. A group of older women, who didn't seem to be wearing hotel uniforms, were chatting and laughing loudly. They appeared to be hotel staff; I encountered them again later in the gym. I'm not sure what their specific role is, but it felt quite out of place.
The rooms were fine; being newly opened, they were all very clean and beautiful. The adjustable brightness of the lights was a particularly nice touch. The Wi-Fi can only be used on mobile phones, not computers. Business travelers please take note.
All three dryers in the laundry room were broken. Fortunately, the manager was quite customer-friendly and helped us send our already washed clothes to another branch for drying. Hopefully, they'll be fixed soon. If they can't be fixed immediately, it would be best to put up a notice so people know what to do with their wet clothes after washing.
As for breakfast, the coffee was very good."

Our stay this time was truly delightful! The room was spotless and well-maintained, the bedding was incredibly soft, and I slept soundly through the night. The staff were all incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to assist and even thoughtfully shared recommendations for local attractions. The value for money was exceptional. Traveling through Yushu City, choose this hotel to stay. Located next to the main road, close to Yushu Bayi Hospital, not far from Jiegu Temple, State Museum, and Earthquake Relief Memorial Hall. There is a paid parking lot in front of the door, and the 24-hour charge is 10 yuan; There is also a separate underground parking lot, but only a few cars can be parked. The room is fully equipped, it feels newly renovated, but there is no smell, the bathroom is separated from the bathroom, the smart toilet, the bathing facilities are good, the hot water is sufficient, the bedding is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is quite satisfactory, you can eat enough. The service level needs to be improved. XingyunnvshenaibaobaoThere is a big river outside the hotel. The gurgling water is very relaxing. The room is clean. There are many restaurants around the hotel and it is relatively prosperous. Parking is 10 yuan in the parking lot next to it 24 hours a day. Parking in front of the hotel is from 8pm to the next day. It's free at 8 a.m. because the traffic police will post a note and they get off work after 8 a.m.
