The parking lot is enormous, with easy access and no registration required. The front desk was crowded, but the staff's efficiency was mediocre. They spoke slowly and reacted slowly, which was incredibly frustrating. A simple check-in process took a long time; they need more training. A group of older women, who didn't seem to be wearing hotel uniforms, were chatting and laughing loudly. They appeared to be hotel staff; I encountered them again later in the gym.
