GGuest UserThe room is large and clean. There is a museum right outside the door, and it only takes more than ten minutes to walk to Jiegu Temple. The boss and his family are very welcoming, and the chartered car driver who helped to call is also very familiar with Yushu culture. It was a very happy trip and I plan to come again.

GGuest UserThe room itself was decent, though the hotel's decor is a bit dated. The bathroom's exhaust fan was quite weak. The hotel entrance is located on a slope, which can be a bit of a climb, and the area right outside the entrance is a bit narrow, making parking not very convenient.
We were experiencing some mild altitude sickness, and the staff were very helpful, readily assisting us with our luggage. Both the staff and the front desk were proactive and eager to help whenever we had a request, which was much appreciated.
They offer a free airport shuttle service, which is a great perk. However, it would be beneficial if guests were informed about this service upon check-in. I spent a long time trying to book a Didi ride that day with no success, and only found out about the shuttle service when I went to the front desk to inquire. On a positive note, I accidentally left an item behind when checking out, and they promptly helped me mail it back.

BBendong2023The location is very good, next to the museum and the square, and you can also walk to Jiegu Temple. The surrounding is very lively and convenient for eating and shopping. The front desk service was friendly and helped me upgrade the room type for free!

YYaoyaoThe Vienna Hotel is located in the city center. You can get off the plane and take the airport express directly to the hotel. The front desk clerk is a *******, very enthusiastic and responsive to all requests. I had high reflexes. The front desk clerk promptly sent an oxygen concentrator to the room, gave me a drink to slow down high reflexes, paid attention to our precautions, asked about the cold and warmth, and helped me place an order online. Glucose water, and accompanied my friend to the pharmacy to buy me anti-altitude sickness medicine. I am grateful. I would like to thank the hotel manager and waiter, Tashi Delek!
The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel's breakfast was also rich!

GGuest UserThe room is very close to the commercial area and it was very noisy after 1am. It was around seven in the morning and I had to collect garbage again. I couldn't get any rest because there was no air conditioning and I couldn't close the windows. There is no place to put things in the bathroom, and there is no partition, which makes it very inconvenient to change clothes after taking a shower. The toilet flushes very hard, like a flood, and I have no choice but to unplug it. The service was pretty good. There was no hot water in the bathroom, and they immediately came to fix it when I reported it. The facilities in the whole room are actually good, but the details still need to be improved.

GGuest UserThe location of the house is very good in the city center. It is very convenient to go to Kangba Style Street and watch the performance of King Gesar Square. The proprietress is very good. Seeing that we are not oxygen-free, we have changed the room with windows and did not add more money. Thank you, the boss.
Friends from the mainland should not live in windowless rooms, because Qinghai hotels are basically without air conditioning.

HHuakaihualuocong旅行路過玉樹市，選擇這家酒店入住。位於主幹道旁邊，緊鄰玉樹八一醫院，距離結古寺、州博物館、抗震救災紀念館都不遠。門前有收費停車場，24小時收費10元；還有獨立地下停車場，但僅能停幾輛車。房間設施齊全，感覺是新裝修的，但無異味，衞生間與洗手間分離，智能馬桶、洗浴設施都不錯，熱水充足，床品乾淨舒適。早餐中規中矩，能吃飽吧。服務水平有待提高，入住當晚發現衞生間地漏堵塞、缺紙簍、缺衣架、缺遙控器等多個問題，最終換房間都給解決了。。。總體評價，硬件設施很不錯，服務標準和能力有待提高，還算滿意吧。
