I understand that Ji Hotels generally cater to business travelers, but this one, due to its spacious location, has been designed to look like a five-star hotel. The parking lot is enormous, with easy access and no registration required. The front desk was crowded, but the staff's efficiency was mediocre. They spoke slowly and reacted slowly, which was incredibly frustrating. A simple check-in process took a long time; they need more training. A group of older women, who didn't seem to be wearing hotel uniforms, were chatting and laughing loudly. They appeared to be hotel staff; I encountered them again later in the gym. I'm not sure what their specific role is, but it felt quite out of place. The rooms were fine; being newly opened, they were all very clean and beautiful. The adjustable brightness of the lights was a particularly nice touch. The Wi-Fi can only be used on mobile phones, not computers. Business travelers please take note.
