"I stayed in Berlin for a short weekend as a female solo traveller and got so lucky with this hotel. I was initially apprehensive due to the location but took a leap of faith because of the pictures 😅 and I would stay again! Mind you it was my second time in Berlin so I am familiar with the city, but not this area. The area is a lil sketchy at night but you just need to cross the road from the subway station (which is a main road with loads of people around!) The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, amenities provided in the little kitchenette including teabags, nescafe coffee machine etc. Room was cleaned daily with amenities topped up and front desk staff were nice. Thank you for a lovely stay, would definitely return :)"

"A few steps away from Berlin Hauptbahnhof. The room is clean and comfortable.A bit on the expensive side, at least on the day when I booked it. For my room specifically, there was a long walk from the lift.Nothing more to add in positive or negative.."

"The breakfast spread was fantastic! Getting around was super convenient, with a subway station just a short walk away. For those who enjoy a leisurely stroll and sightseeing, the Berlin Cathedral, Red City Hall, Opera House, Humboldt University, and Hanns Eisler School of Music are all conveniently located along the same route. We also easily caught the RE train to the airport from Alexanderplatz."

"Very good location in Alexander Platz and you can't get a better location than this one, because there are so many shopping malls, food trucks and restaurants around. The hotel is a little bit old, but everything is in good shape and the staffs are very helpful. I wish I could get a bigger room, but I got what I paid for. Overall, it's a great hotel at a very convenient spot."

"Great location for me, as I was attending a conference nearby. Great facilities. Great service - upgraded me to a suite for no fee! Nice and quiet location, walking distance to city centre. Nice small cafés nearby for breakfast or a coffee. I didn't book the breakfast."

"A Mixed Stay Near Hauptbahnhof We stayed at this hotel for one night and found it to be a ok option overall, especially for its convenient location. On the positive side, it’s situated right near the Hauptbahnhof, making it an ideal base for a quick day of exploring the city via public transport. The breakfast staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, creating a pleasant morning vibe. While the breakfast selection wasn’t extensive, it covered all the essentials:fresh bread, fruits, cereals, and hot items—to fuel you up for the day ahead. That said, there were some notable drawbacks that detracted from the experience. As soon as we stepped out of the elevator on the 5th floor, there was a strong, unpleasant plumbing odor coming from the toilet area in the hallway. Unfortunately, this issue persisted in our room (583), where the smell emanated from the bathroom. Even after leaving the window open all day, it lingered upon our return, which was quite off-putting. The hotel was fully booked, according to the receptionist, so we didn’t pursue switching rooms. Additionally, the Hocker near the tea table was heavily worn and tattered, almost as if it had been chewed by a cat for years. The mini-bar was disappointingly empty, with just a single bottle of water provided. Sauna was off at 10:30am. At €150 per night, this hotel feels overpriced for what it offers— I’d recommend exploring other nearby alternatives for better value and comfort."

"Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. It was clean and comfortable. Really loved the breakfast in the buffet with a view. Staff are professional, polite and enjoyed my overall stay at this hotel because of the excellent service. Highly recommend for business travelers."

"well located, spacious room, the temperature's good. the elevator was a bit scary because of the noise and it doesn't lead to every floors so you need to carry your luggage and walk up stairs"

"Firstly, I was disappointed to find that the apples provided for breakfast were rotten, seriously rotten, which is not something I expect from a hotel of the standard. More seriously, on the morning of July 10th at around 9:00 AM, despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being clearly displayed on my door, a member of cleaning staff entered my room without knocking. At that time, I was in the middle of an important online meeting and giving a presentation, and this intrusion was extremely disruptive and unprofessional. I visit Berlin often and have stayed at many hotels, but I have never encountered such issues elsewhere in the city."

"Very nice place, super clean and front desk people very lovely. Super good location, 200 mts away is a shopping mall, metro station and a ”hop in - hop off” buses, very convenient for visitors.. 10 / 10"
