Aswan Hotels with Wifi

First, the hotel picked me up at the ferry dock by their own boat, which really helped me relax after a tiring journey. When I arrived, everything felt very new furniture and very big room—especially the bathroom—and the whole place was very clean. One thing I really appreciated was how quiet it was, so I could sleep very well. The owner is also very kind and helped arrange the trips I wanted to go on. I originally booked for just 2–3 nights, but ended up staying for a full 7 days.

The owner, Abu, was very hospitable, and the other staff members also deserve praise; they helped us carry our luggage when we arrived and helped us cross the river to the other side when we left. Honest Egyptian youths.

We stayed in the old building. The view from the window was beautiful, though photos probably look better from the new building. However, if you want to experience the hotel's traditional charm, the old building is definitely better. The hotel restaurant combines North African elegance with Baroque grandeur. The staff were well-mannered, polite, enthusiastic, decent, and attentive. Since we couldn't have breakfast at the hotel due to our trip to Abu Simbel, we asked the front desk to prepare a breakfast pack, which was very substantial. At sunset, a flutist plays in the lobby, adding a delightful ambiance.

This is a great place. The island where the hotel is located is the best spot in all of Aswan. The people here are nothing like the Egyptians who constantly bother you. Here, you can relax more. There are many good places to eat nearby. The room is comfortable, clean, and has Nile views. You have a shared 'kitchenette' with another room in the hallway just outside your door on the same floor. The rooftop terrace is great for sitting and having a drink (which you bring up yourself) and enjoying the Nile views both day and night. The staff are very friendly and even give you a farewell gift – a bracelet with a scarab for everyone in the room. Plus, you get a welcome drink both when you arrive and when you leave. The bathroom has a shower gel dispenser and a shampoo dispenser. They also provide tea and coffee as amenities, and there's a kettle and a fridge to store your things.

Aswan said that this place is worn, except for the old waterfall, no one can live in a hotel. Instead of spending more than a thousand unpleasant, it is better to come to this homestay. There is hot water, breakfast with egg cucumber cakes, air conditioning, and hygiene in the local area. If it is not for the local driver, it is difficult to find. The location is relatively biased. Although Egyptian security is OK, women are not recommended to go alone at night.

Very friendly and responsible front desk! Because the driver temporarily increased the price, the front desk has always cared about our safety, and even negotiated with the driver for a long time. Finally, we sent a car to pick us up to the hotel. The scenery is beautiful. There is a market nearby. It is a collection of eating, drinking and playing. There is no problem in staying for two or three days. Wash the soul. The front desk can also help to book boats, sailing boats and cars, the price is very affordable! The only thing to note is that there is a group of dogs next to the hotel. People who are afraid of dogs recommend staying in a river view room, because they will stay in the main hotel, there is a very cute kitten! If you live in a common room, you must often pass by the road in the dog stronghold, which is a very test of courage.

This is a very contradictory B&B hotel that I don't know if it is worth recommending. Its shortcomings and advantages are very prominent. It is suitable for Internet celebrities to make photos (the following photos are all original photos without retouching), but it is not suitable for anyone who has certain requirements for ”accommodation” itself. If you can find any cheap + clean + similar scenery alternative hotel, it is recommended to change it, but if it is just for taking pictures and scenery, it may be ranked at the top in Nubian Village. First of all, you have to be able to tolerate: 1. The hotel price is not cost-effective in the peak season, and the B&B offers the price of a five-star hotel. 2. Poor room facilities, rough-style furniture and narrow rooms, worrying bed sheets, bathroom shower water overflowing and drainage is useless, no slippers, toothbrushes, hair dryers (phone front desk can provide). 3. The balcony of the room can see the unbeatable sunrise on the west bank of the Nile. We witnessed the first light of 2025 here at 6 am. 2. The various poses in the cultural buildings of the Nubian Village are very photogenic. 3. The desert next to the hotel is very photogenic. 4. A very special cultural experience of a group of tourists jumping up and down the mountain in a row of three-wheeled vehicles. 5. The hotel service staff is relatively friendly. Finally, it is explained that Egypt is not a country where tipping is allowed. Carrying luggage is a basic service of any hotel in their country. No one asked for tips during the entire stay.

Benben is a beautiful place and the service is top notch. Why the 3 stars? Our room jacuzzi was way too hot to enter. On the first day they send someone over who added cold water so we could enjoy it. Then on the second day as we are coming back from our day trip and want to relax, we find out our jacuzzi is again way too hot. It’s not fun to wait for them to fix this issue when we want to go in right now and not in an hour or so. Also as a 5 stars hotel, the hot water kept running out in our shower after 15 minutes which is quite crazy. It shouldn’t be like this. Or else we loved everything. The food is really good, and as I said the staff/service is amazing.

Amazing time ,basic rooms ,but clean beds towels. Hot shower and the best view but 100% of the credit for our amazing time goes, to helma the manager and his staff especially khalid who was there for everything we needed , Helmy went above and beyond driving us to the sights for less than.a taxi , but the most amazing was. The Nile under our Balcony full of. Feluka boats to take you to ancient temples and delicious waterside cafes and historic islands this hotel might look nothing.but if you want the true Nubian experience of aswanth8s 8s the place for you ,basic breakfast of bread honey eggs and cheese with tomatoes for the price amazing ,, Linda and ivy uk x

The hotel is located very close to the Nile River, and the view from the room window overlooks the Movenpick Hotel. The breakfast area also had a great view. The bathroom was spacious and had plenty of hot water. The heating was a great help as it was cold at night. The receptionist was very kind. The location is also good, just a 10-minute walk from Aswan Station through the souk. I highly recommend it.
