The accommodation is clean enough, but the service is excellent. The receptionists are friendly, willing to help, and speak English better than most locals. Overall, it's a very good place.

It was my first time at Colo Colo Valencia and I love it. The self checking-in and check-out has very easy steps and fast. I arrived around 7pm and there was no staff (I’m not sure if is always like that) however I will highly recommend to have staff during the night as some of the guest where in the common facilities chatting loud with music at 2 am and I needed to tell them to stop which they did right away. Regarding to the cabins, the beds are very comfortable, with a good height and space, in addition a curtain to have more privacy. I haven’t used the IPad but it’s cool to have it available. The concept of the cabins makes the experience more private which is positive comparing to other hostels. The hostel facilities was very clean. I will definitely come back.

The hostel has an excellent location just in front of the river and a few step from the centre of the city and the old town of Valencia. The room is very comfortable as has lots of space however the shower and the toilet are in the same floor but far from the room. The staff were really friendly but some of them don’t speak Spanish.

The place is wonderful. The girls at the reception are incredibly nice and kind and are there to make sure you have a great time in the hostel. The location is convenient - not far from the train station, and the hostel is surrounded by grocery stores and things like that. The hostel is very pleasant to look at; there are curtains to close your bed, and everything looks new. I loved that there were a few areas to just kinda sit there or hang out. The separate bathrooms are a wonderful touch. I just had one problem - no matter what I tried, hot water wasn't working in the shower. I tried 2 to no avail. My roommate said she had the same problem, so it wasn't just me. If there really was hot water, and we were just stupid, I would recommend explaining how to use the shower. Overall, I had a nice time there.

The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Close to the city center and attractions. The common area is clean and large, allowing for socializing. Various activities are offered every evening by the staff. The dorm bed is comfortable and the curtains provide privacy. On the downside, the shower doors are too small, barely able to pass through (perhaps the locking system or the direction should be changed). Overall, a very good hotel, I recommend it.

Location is perfect. Just outside you can find many restaurants, shops and plazas. Really easy to find the nearest metro station. From the hotel location everything is really close to reach. Room is not quite spacious but it’s nice and clean. The only thing is that you can hear everything from the rooms beside but nothing to noisy. I included breakfast for every morning. They have coffee machines, pastries, bread and cereals, cheese and ham, juices, yogurt and different kinds of milk. If you don’t include breakfast, there’s a bakery and many restaurants just outside the hotel so you can figure out. The staff was nice and kind.

Unreal! The place was so clean the residents were all respective of peoples sleep and even made some good friends and shared wine and tapas on my last night I never made it out it was that fun!

The hotel was very noisy and was very noisy and was very noisy. Before that I lived for the same price in a stunning apartment that has everything, so I will never return to this hotel. A guest came to me by night, was forced to leave your passport data, the address where he lives, etc. I first met this, i.e. if you invited someone to a hotel for **************, then you need them to have a passport

The place very far away from the centre. But there is bus to the centre near by. 20 minutes to the airport by car. Also they have bus to the airport. The area very quite at night. If you are scare regards safety as you are coming home drunk in the late night better not stay here.. Very expensive as the room very small.. TV on Italian language. The staff so friendly. Never leave any your stuff as very hard to get it back.
