"The administrator was very nice. He immediately changed our room as soon as he found out that the main lighting in our room wasn't working. Instead of a room with an unappealing view, he gave us one overlooking a beautiful church. We were pleased. The hot water was indeed hot. However, there was no hairdryer, and water dripped from the pipe under the sink, so we had to place a trash can underneath it.
The room was quite spacious. There were enough power outlets, and while there wasn't a traditional wardrobe, there were plenty of hangers. The towels and bed linen smelled pleasant, and the bed was comfortable.
Attractions were a leisurely 15-minute walk away.
We only stayed for one night, but overall, I could easily have stayed there for several days. Of course, that's not possible in every hotel."

"This hotel is owned by the Best Western chain but has good personality - focused on the literary author Gustave Flaubert (who was born in Rouen).
Rooms are compact but clean - big windows and blackout curtains - comfortable.
Breakfast is an additional 19.00 € per person - pricey.
The biggest plus is the location - in the centre of the old town, right next to the Jeanne D'arc memorial church and within 5-10 mins walk of most key sights.
Staff were friendly, spoke great English (in case your French isn't good) and checking in was easy."

I felt very at ease because the staff were very kind and the languages available were written next to the name.
I felt that the room had a lot of attention to detail in its interior and was very cute. As I'm not a very big Asian person, I didn't think it was that small, but if you have a large suitcase or a large body, you might find it a little cramped.
The bathroom had a slightly handmade feel to it, but the price was very reasonable compared to hotel prices in Paris, so I didn't have any complaints about that."

- no lift, so if you, as we are on the transit night, have to swing with bags of more than 10kg until the third floor is just a little less fun. There are only 4 in total so much worse it can't be happy ... 😉
- on the other side of the street is a small discotheque where music is absolutely no problem, even with a window open in our room ... Unfortunately there is a door through which, when we were there, which were fighting young people out and then put up to 4 a.m. the morning ... There was no outdoor wiper to call them to order ..."

"Very nice hotel! It is located 15 minutes walk from the train station uphill or 35 minutes walk from the bus station also uphill.
Not bad breakfast, delicious juice and fish.
Very clean room and it felt like we were living in a castle.
Pool for an extra fee! 13 euros per hour or 20 euros for two hours
The beds are magical and the pillows too

"The room was clean and tidy, streamlined and comfortable, except for a little small, it was good.
Breakfast is paid 10 euros, I feel worth the price, but I save myself to buy, more comprehensive meals to eat, eat well. There are bread milk yogurt coffee, meat, eggs, fruits, etc., which is quite satisfactory."

The breakfast is not bad, average, but I notice the lack of fruit juices, which is actually incredible.
The room is large and, at least mine, had the particularity of having the toilet in a special room, separate from the bathroom where there was instead a sink and shower"

GGuest UserThe hotel is a few steps away from the train station and the old town. The Jeanne d'Arc Tower, the Rouen Museum of Fine Arts, and the Cathedral Museum are all within easy reach. The hotel's affiliated bar may sometimes knock on the door of the room in the afternoon to offer drinks, cheese, marshmallows, etc. I encountered this once during my 2-night stay. The rooms are spacious, with dry and wet separations, and bathrobes and simple slippers are provided. I had a good impression of Radiossion, such as the one in Etret, which pays attention to the needs of guests, but the one in Rouen ignored the needs of guests when booking, resulting in a delay in check-in. Although the emperor's daughter has no trouble getting married, she should also pay attention to brand and quality.

Breakfast is excellent, even though you have to walk 30 seconds down the street (they even had tea). There's a water station downstairs. Keep in mind that the room has French-style outlets, so you won't be able to use all adapters. I charged my phone via a wired connection; there was a USB outlet. The bed creaked a little. You can leave your luggage without any problems. A deposit is reserved on your card upon check-in. Overall, I'm very satisfied. I recommend it.

KKristinaThe hotel is nicely located, few steps away from the main attractions, hotel has its own parking which is convenient, however the number of places is limited. There are water refill stations on every floor, which is very handy. The breakfast has good variety of products. The swimming pool is on a smaller side and the water is quite cold to our preferences, so it’s mainly for “soaking in cold water” rather then swimming:) the family room for 4 is spacious, beds are comfortable, window sound proofing is not the best.

Afin d'améliorer l'appartement je conseille à l'établissement de nettoyer les encadrements de fenêtres et les rebords de fenêtres,
d'ajouter un tapis de salle de bain en coton et un chiffon de cuisine, nettoyer la tête de lit, faire attention au remplissage
du gel douche (vide à l'arrivée),
ajouter un sac poubelle et un rouleau de papier toilettes en plus,
quelques grandes assiettes ou une planche à découper en verre et un grand couteau pour la découpe des légumes,
ajouter une essoreuse à salade, et
repeindre par endroits.

GGuest UserWalking distance from all attractions within city center. We visited several spots in town and returned to the hotel for a short break. The hotel has no lift! We had to carry our luggages to 3rd floor. Room is compact as expected however the bed is comfortable. Shower and toilet are small. Front staff was helpful as he tried to explain us about the hotel and surrounding in English. He was also kind enough to keep our luggages during our short trip to Mont St Michel.
