3-Star Hotels in Rouen

Overall, these are very decent apartments with a good location. Despite the windows facing the road, it was very quiet; the road didn't disturb my sleep, and the traffic wasn't heavy. The air conditioning worked well, which was crucial given the 35-degree heat in Rouen. Now for the bad part. Nowhere, neither on the Accor website where these apartments are listed, nor on Trip.com where they were booked, is there any mention of a required deposit of 150 euros. This constitutes a failure to provide clients with important, accurate information. This feels rather shady, gentlemen! When you take advantage of your clients, who are tired after a journey, and force them to choose between paying a deposit or sleeping on the street. Especially since the stay was already paid for with a non-refundable rate. As a client, I SHOULD have known about this in advance. But you failed to provide me with this information, which is confirmed in writing by Trip.com support. If a deposit is taken, there should be an inventory of the room's contents, because if there's any damage, you have the right to refer to that inventory. There was nothing of the sort here. Yet, the money was blocked. Now you can just invent any damage for the client, can't you? Don't you value your reputation? I will not stay at an Adagio property again, and I won't recommend them to others.

I was there for the new year solo. I was pepite this hotel is very clean, I was super well welcomed at the entrance really pepite.

The room was ok, quite big. There is no bowl, there is a plate. The most important thing is that there is a front desk. On weekends, I get off work early. No one, the fee is so big. Can you park at the door, the front reception staff don't know. Adventure stopped for one night.

Excellent location, within a few minutes of the city center. Breakfast is combined with Ibis Budget and Ibis Styles, therefore too busy to provide yourself with a good breakfast. So you often get it wrong. Room was well equipped with all amenities and on the road side you don't hear any traffic. This makes it a comfortable location.

A normal hotel, close to the Cathedral and to the church of Jeanne Dark. The room is clean but very little light. Breakfast is 16 euros, but hot (omelette type) is not available, coffee from the cub (cafe machine is not available), eggs should be cooked by themselves (lay raw)), there is ham-cheese-musli, cruissans, oranges, pears, apples. Ask for the owner - remove the step at the distribution - all stumble. The hotel is on the map. The city was very fond of, thank you!

The room is too small but still clean, every time the room is cleaned, there is not enough bath towels.

The location itself is really good, The room was misguided on the spot, and the hotel view was messed up in Luang. I am requesting a difference refund through Trip.com with a downgraded room. Rewards will also be strongly requested.

I found the hotel by accident. In the comfort category, the facilities and sanitation are very good, the overall is very warm and the service is very friendly.
