"This was our first time staying here. We booked a deluxe room with a mountain view. We were able to check in an hour early, which was great, so thank you to the hotel for that flexibility. The room had a huge bed, clean linen, and a very comfortable mattress and pillows. It's clear the hotel isn't brand new and wasn't built yesterday – some of the furniture is a bit worn and there were stains on the carpet. However, this wasn't a big deal for us, and overall, the room was fine. Breakfast was included and offered a really wide selection: several types of cheese and porridge, cereals, cottage cheese, yogurts, vegetables (you could make a Greek salad), various sausages and cold cuts, canned tuna, omelets, scrambled eggs, waffles, blinis, pancakes, coffee, juices, nuts, croissants, about 5 kinds of jam, and even pasta in the morning. In my opinion, that's a huge variety! The breakfast assortment was more or less the same every day, but we didn't get tired of it, and everything was delicious. A massive bonus is the extensive green grounds with ancient fir and pine trees – there's plenty of space to walk around. There's even a Borjomi mineral water spring right on the property. The hotel also has a swimming pool, saunas, and spa treatments. The hotel is a bit further out from the main town of Borjomi, but for us, this was actually a plus as it meant fewer crowds. If you want to go into Borjomi town, you can take a taxi or walk a couple of kilometers. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this hotel is an excellent choice. If I come back to Borjomi, I'll definitely be staying here again!"

The hotel’s location is simply fantastic. Nestled right by Central Park, it features a vast courtyard extending to a picturesque riverfront, surrounded by lush hills and greenery. This serene environment is perfect for unwinding and feeling refreshed. The food selection was impressive, with a diverse menu that never disappointed. Although the spa went unexplored this time, it’s definitely a reason to return. Overall, Crowne Plaza Borjomi offers a wonderful mix of relaxation and natural beauty, making it a place worth revisiting."

Однозначно лучшие из всех, которые были в нашем путешествии!! А мы проехали не мало городов Грузии. Ну и конечно прогулочная зона прямо на выходе из отеля!!"

There is a bidet in the bathroom. The hotel is distinguished, and the effort is excellent. I recommend it to families looking for peace and quiet. There is no room service. You can only eat in the restaurant. The restaurant is excellent, and the view is wonderful. At night, the situation is a little scary, given that we are in the middle of the mountains. "Absolutely new private hotel,super comfortable bed,all clean,the Internet excellent,a fine breakfast,even your own brand wine is available.On breakfast you can cook coffee yourself in Turkey-very convenient and original-nowhere have you seen such.Very important, that there are power-car charging rods in the hotel,but you have to have a charge unit with you.I would know-I would take it out of the house.Make sure mark this advantage on the website! Hotel in 3-4 km from Borjomi Park with sources and ropes road, on the car 5 minutes, but full silence and fresh air, from the morning cows with bells go:)"
