"Lovely hotel, great welcome. Only 15 euros in a taxi from airport, had. Deluxe room which was spacious. Breakdown good, had dinner at hotel and that was lovely too. Waiters did not stop! Amazing service and kept me topped up on wine. Would definitely stay again."

"The hotel is in a great location and generally very clean and tidy. To be honest breakfast was ok but a bit boring (continental breakfast). The shower curtain in room 127 was cut in half (poorly) and allowed water to spray all over the bathroom floor. Every day we had to use our towels to mop up the water. The shower head was generally blocked therefore water sprayed everywhere. Upon leaving the hotel it was disappointing not to have a facility for a shower before we go to the airport. Most hotels offer this facility and I would expect this as a given."

"A small hotel in the outskirts of Pisa, but with good bus connections about 10 minutes walk away (a stop outside the door was temporarily closed).
Fine service, very clean, delightful and friendly.
Quiet area between housing blocks with shopping options and nearby restaurant (10-15 minutes).
The breakfast is okay and there's something for each taste, but not so much variation. But I think it matches the price and we had nothing to complain about."

"Don’t be fooled by the photos. But in fact, when I arrived in the room, it turned out that the photo was taken and it felt very dirty...Because it is an old building, the wall is that kind of old wall, so it looks dirty, but it is actually the texture of the wall...The interior inside is very beautiful The lamps and tables all have old European style and are very comfortable. The front desk is also very standardized, all dressed in suits, very polite and friendly, and good English. The most beautiful is the top of the hotel room, which has a bit of the feeling of a wooden house on the Norwegian side, because it may be an old house with wooden beams rebuilt, but it looks better. The hot water in the bath is also very hot. There is no elevator. We have a lot of boxes. The front desk changed us to a low-floor room~ and the heating seems to be turned off in the middle of the night. Many hotels here seem to be like this in order to save costs but it will not be cold at night.
The breakfast is also quite rich, it is a normal continental breakfast, basically all."

"A 5 minute walk from Pisa, very helpful and friendly staff 24 hours. There isnt a lift, however staff insisted in carrying our bags up the stairs, very helpful!
We were late to breakfast, and they still accommodated for us (a couple). They set up a Private breakfast for us to in the bar dining on the ground floor, asked what we wanted to eat and drink, and kept coming back to see if it was enough. It included pancakes, eggs, toast, pastries, cappuchino with pretty coffee art, teas, spreads, homemade cake, juice. They brought us more when they came pass.
Highly recommend this stay :) well worth the money!"

"We had a very pleasant stay here! The host Verdiana was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful. The room facilities are very modern and brand new. A huge plus was that they allowed us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out, which made our trip so much easier. Overall, we are highly satisfied and would definitely recommend it!"

"The location is great because it is practically attached to the Piazza dei Miracoli. Next to the hotel there is a McDonald's with Mccafe inside which easily makes up for the lack of breakfast. The rooms are small but equipped with all comforts. To access the rooms there is a flight of stairs a bit steep and there is no elevator. Overall, excellent value for money."

What a nice place to stay in central Pisa! It doesn't look much from outside, but as soon as you pass through the front door you find that you're in a quiet cool oasis (note: there is quite a long flight of stairs up to the rooms - no lift - so not great for those with mobility issues).
Our room was spacious and comfortable and, despite overlooking a small square with restaurants, very quiet at night (there's quad-glazing on the window). You can order breakfast, or just enjoy the snacks left for us in the room. There's a microwave and drink making set-up in the lounge which was very handy.
The owners are friendly and helpful and were happy for us to leave our luggage for a few hours on the last day.
Staff are on site only in the mornings, and initially we were a bit sceptical about the entry/check in process (done with a QR code online), but it all worked flawlessly.
We would happily stay here again if we visit Pisa in the future :-)

ShuizhongqiaoIt was interesting to stay in a building that's over 100 years old. We were given a long, narrow room with two beds arranged in a line. This didn't affect our rest. However, because there was a connecting door to the next room, it wasn't soundproof. We could hear a elderly couple next door speaking in hushed tones, and we were careful to do the same – a mutual consideration, I suppose. The shower stall was tiny, which is a common issue in Europe. Being short, I managed, but I can't imagine how taller Europeans cope. The service was excellent and breakfast was superb. The location is prime, situated between the train station and the Leaning Tower of Pisa, both within walking distance.

This was the cheapest yet best hotel during my trip to Italy! I have no idea why it was so affordable! Modern, clean, spacious, and bright!!! The best part is it's incredibly cheap for what you get, right across from the train station. The soundproofing is excellent thanks to the double-glazed windows. The bathroom is super clean with great water pressure, perfect for long-haired women to wash their hair!!! I didn't get breakfast here as I didn't purchase it; instead, I went to a dumpling place in Pisa.

The single room itself was very spacious. There is plenty of floor space in both the bedrooms and bathrooms. The bed was average, but acceptable. The wireless internet is fast and good, and the TV is big enough. The staff are cool but efficient.

Guest UserMedium sized Italian hotel in great location next to Pisa Tower, very short walk to historic area and busy town life. Hotel is popular and well worn on stairs, reception very helpful, multilingual and provides town map. Hotel accommodated allergy requests, we were blessed with a seated balcony at rear of property, room clean and had all amenities for short stay (no hot drink or fridge facilities in room) but restaurant downstairs for additional cost. Towels, soap provided and TV, hairdryer and air con in room. Book hotel transfers at reception as far more reasonable. Approximately 20-25 min walk from Pisa Central station and there’s a mini metro from train station to airport (just make sure you leave central station in right direct re town to airport).

The environment and experience was very nice and friendly and all facilities you would need separate for everyone. Although, obviously a bit tight for size because it’s a small camping setup but it worked well for us. Very comfortable and quite close to the Tower and other sights.

CookieChunHaving read mixed reviews on this hotel, i decided to give it a go as the price was reasonable for a large hotel with nice pool. Upon arrival, the front staff was fantastic, polite and helpful. We got upgraded to a larger room with balcony. The room was quite simple but clean. We had to request for slippers and toothbrushes as it is not provided unless you ask. We were extremely disappointed that the pool was closed even though it was 21°C and the sun was blazing hot. I chose this hotel so we could chill by the pool on the first day but obviously that didn't happen. The pool area was not maintained well maybe because of winter just before. It states in the website, there are two restaurants and bar but there was only one restaurant called Lumen. We went there the first night, the starters were excellent but the mains were very mediocre. The spaghetti was horrible, very soggy. Paying €150 for a meal for 3 if us was not really worth it as the mains were not good at all, and we had one dessert to share. Breakfast was not great, hot food option was not that nice. The bakery items were good though.
Overall, it was okay... esp for that price. Location is close to Pisa Tower (15mins walk) and 7 mins ride to Pisa Centrale Stazione. Taximove app is very reliable and we used it to get to station and airport at reasonable prices.

Went there to see the beach and enjoy the sea, when I checked in I brought big suit case and the guy at front desk was pointing his finger at me and asking whether I'm alone, I honestly felt very much offended and the guy needs to be well trained again his manner as this is absolutely not favored by any guests who will visit there other than him all the staffs are kind and nice but he's the face of the hotel as all the guests who are stepping into the lobby will see his such bad attitude toward guests .. that is not really matching with the entire atmosphere of the hotel ..
breakfast was great , very spacious and many menus so I literally have enjoyed well and then I walked out to the beach side and saw many people are walking alongside the beach, location is good
one last thing, why the wifi passcode is every 6~7 hours being changed?? this is absolutely unnecessary and made me really irritating as I did not know why the internet is not working, please change this for other guests

I stayed at the Continental Hotel for a night on August 16 and found my mixed experience. Although it is a 4-star hotel, I noticed some areas that could benefit from a restructuring.
Position and services:
The hotel's location is certainly a favourable point, being directly on the sea and equipped with a large pool, but I found a disadvantage with regard to the service on the beach. It was not told me that it was only available until 12:00 the next day. This detail was revealed by the bathroom, which told me that I should have paid for half a day if I wanted to stay on the beach until 16:00, when I had to leave the building.
Room and cleaning:
The room was quite small and I noticed that the windows were dirty, which did not make a good impression when I arrived.
Frokost:
The breakfast was in the average and, although I had no alternatives available, I found it good enough to start the day.
Price:
Finally, the price I paid for one night seemed rather high compared to the services offered, especially since I was looking for a more accessible stay.
In conclusion, the Continental Hotel has a good potential thanks to its location, but there are aspects that require significant improvements to justify the price and expectations of a 4-star hotel. I hope that management will take these suggestions into account in order to provide better experience in the future.

The staff was excellent, but the bathroom was poorly maintained (the toilet leaked, and the shower tray edges were dirty and poorly sealed). The room's interior soundproofing was terrible; we were woken up several times by noises from the hallway.
I wouldn't stay here again.
