"Cons: Slow Poor and Unreliable Wifi. You are asked to leave your keys in the reception. They have no ‘Do not Disturb’ signane. Because I am someone who doesnt like other people touching my things.
Pros: Room is cozy. It’s small but everything I needed was there. Toilet is clean which is very important to me. There are tons of Toiletries in sachet inside the toilet. There’s also small balcony in my room with great street view. The hotel area is safe. It’s close to everything. 10-minute walk to Rimini Station. The beach is also walking distance. I would highly recommend if not for the weak Wifi.

"The hotel exceeded all expectations! Very friendly and hospitality family that owns them. I was helped with my baggage, made an early settlement, always met with a smile and were ready to help. Breakfast was very tasty and varied, which is rare for Rome, especially until 11 a.m. The room is perfectly clean, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful balcony with a view. The hotel itself is completely new and renovated, being in it one pleasure. I would definitely return again!"

"Very clean and even air-conditioned, the room is small and complete, this price can be said to be the cheapest in Italy. The plane was delayed at night, and the front desk was 24h here, so it was very convenient!
The uncle at night is very cute, the people here are very friendly, and you can put your luggage at the front desk.

"We have chosen this hotel for the price and location. We travelling with the baby's walker had difficulties because the entrance to the hotel was not a rampa accessory (a very badly known for a disabled ) and the very small room for us. Breakfast is good except that they have no decaffeinated coffee ( which I think is basilary for a breakfast service ). In general, I recommend it for a good quality/price ratio and for location."

Small flaw the silence of the rooms, they are not soundproofed and a group of kids came back at 3:30 making a lot of noise in the corridor and once in the rooms you could hear their talking.

GGuest UserThe hotel is generally good, and the breakfast is also OK, but there is a problem. Although we can take a taxi, they paid for an illegal taxi for us, which was double the price. After we refused, the hotel owner still had a bad attitude and told us to walk to the exhibition hall by ourselves. It felt very unfriendly.
In the end we took a taxi and it arrived in less than ten minutes.

GGuest UserGoogle maps took me on a long way to the hotel along a goat track . When you can get there faster from the over head bridge thats next to the (goat track) dirt road that leads out to the break wall point and walk down the path on the side of the bridge down to the bottom road that goes under the bridge . TUrn left at the bottom road .. Then the hotel is only a few meters down towards the beach .

GGuest UserThe hotel is so close, opposite to Rimini Train Station. I was able to find it without using Google Map. The bus stop for boarding the bus to San Marino is just outside the hotel. Fortunately the hotel serves breakfast from 7.30am. I was able to catch the 8.10am bus after having a quick breakfast. It took me 15-20 mins to walk to the beach. On the way after a subway, there's a Carrefour Express 5 mins away from the hotel.
I chose the room with a shower instead of a bath. I was surprised to find a fridge in the room. The curtains were a bit thin (see through) though.

TteniacStaying at Rosabianca was really pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located 10 mins walking distance from the station and from the seaside and main beaches. Despite most of the rooms facing the street, the windows are soundproof, keeping noise outside and quite inside. I had a very good sleep in my room and I also enjoyed a nice and cozy breakfast in the morning.
Staff is very helpful and friendly!
I will definitely suggest booking your stay here when in Rimini.

GGuest UserCheck in is very fast! Just register your ID card and 2 euros! The room key should be hung at the front desk when going out and cannot be taken away. The food that I pack from the restaurant outside cannot be put in the refrigerator at the front desk, only medicines can be stored. It is a law and regulation. The front desk said it could help me heat it in the microwave in the morning. The room is well ventilated, with two floor-to-ceiling windows and doors. Standing on a small balcony and looking at the trees and roads outside, it feels good. There are chairs and three lines for drying clothes. Many people are watching towels. I guess I went to the beach to swim. The bathroom in the room is good, there are foot towels, two medium towels and one large towel. I can use it alone! The TV is small, all in Italian. There are three free biscuits on the table. The hotel is a 6-minute walk from No. 42 on the beach. There are many family hotels nearby, all of them seem to be three stars. The front desk is friendly. The bar is open 24 hours a day, and in the evening many people are drinking below. Wi-Fi requires email registration, which is very powerful at night. It seems that many people use Wi-Fi in the afternoon and morning, which is not easy to use! Check out is also very fast!

GGuest UserExcellent location, helpful staff, they even changed my room to what I thought would be a more quiet one. Low price. And this is the problem, it attracts bottom of the market clientele. With no soundproofing, you hear everything and guests returning to their room at 2an acting as if it was 2pm won't cut it. My pet hate was having to listen to other quests urinating. Bathrooms are private, the noises are shared. I will pay more next time, promise.
