Guest UserThe hotel environment and facilities are excellent. They also offer unlimited complimentary drinks, which is a nice touch. It's very close to the ski resort, making it perfect for skiers. The hotel's hot spring is absolutely fantastic! Overall, the experience was great.

We were here scouting a bit for the coming winter and really liked the location very close to the slopes and also a few restaurants a short walk away. Downside perhaps that no Lawson or similar in the immediate surroundings but maybe there was some other minimart around the lift station. Just spent a night here so not much time to drift around the area.
Easy parking in front, fast check in and a kind offering to help haul the suitcases upstairs. Hotel is in super good shape, felt almost brand new. Nice public area with couches and a fireplace. Room was good size and comfortable for 3 but especially for a ski resort it really lacked storage for clothes. Could easily have fit something under the bunk bed. Also in the bath theres no place to hang towels or clothes, just a really tiny foldable drying rack. Room fridge was not cooling either and pretty small.
Breakfast was set menu and nice for this stay but for winter I would rather have a buffet to load up for a day on the mountain. Might be though they change for winter and i realize that buffet may not be a sustainable option for low season and few guests.
All in all it was a good stay and we will definitely keep this in mind for the next visit to Furano 👍🏼

Very good place, very clean and tidy, a lot of space, enough for 6 of us to stay and eat dinner together, there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, very convenient. As long as you contact the management in advance, you can get the access code and reserve parking space.

1. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Kitanomine ski resort, just across the street. Ski rentals are available directly at the hotel, and there's a very enthusiastic young man from Taiwan who works there. The prices are also the cheapest, highly recommended.
2. Transportation: There's a direct bus from New Chitose Airport that stops right at the hotel entrance, making it a seamless journey. The bus stop for Biei and Asahikawa is directly opposite the hotel's main entrance, with a direct Lavender Bus service that accommodates luggage.
3. Dining: We booked breakfast and dinner. Breakfast has a 1-hour limit, and dinner has a 90-minute limit. Both breakfast and dinner were very rich and plentiful. Dinner even included BBQ, though the dishes didn't change daily. Beer and sake were all-you-can-drink.
4. Entertainment: The hotel offers free 24-hour beverage machines. There are also scheduled times daily for roasted marshmallows, baked potatoes, cookies, and beer time, which the kids really enjoyed. There's also a children's play area.
5. Room: We had a triple room. The room wasn't very big and was a bit dated, but the heating was excellent.
6. Onsen (Hot Spring): There are two pools, one at room temperature and one at 40 degrees Celsius. It was quiet and not crowded.

BeliaYmy first time staying at a hostel and i am quite impressed. it is apparently quite new at the moment. it is clean in general. i booked a female only dormitory room for 4 nights and was lucky that i had the whole room for the first 3 nights. t
Owner is helpful and responds fast when i message them over trip.com. Worth the value to stay for those travel alone for ski/snowboard. Location is so convenient to the North Gondola.

Shahril AGConveniently located. Walking distance to Furano JR Station. Ample free parking for those who drive. Free use of spa. Spa (artifical onsen) is well kept. Clean.
Smooth, no fuss check-in/check-out.
For muslim travellers, halal food is a challenge. Our hotel stay comes with breakfast. We opted for Japanese set. Ate only the seafood that was provided for breakfast. We also brought along RTE Kembara meals for our dinner.
Bought bread, bananas from nearby COOP/ 7-11 as our on the go meals for our day trips out frok Furano.

Tiffany ChioThis hotel use the self check in system. However they don't remind guest about the check out time so I am never informed about the check out time. Finally the last day, the receptionist just came to my door at 10:00 and told me I need to pay. I was shocked and asked politely about not charging extra money and got out the room at 10:20. They finally still needed to charge me 2000 Yan. I requested to have the price list and all policies about the check in and check out.
THE MAN RECEPTIONIST CAME INTO MY ROOM AND SHOWED ME THE BOOKLET. ONLY ME AND HIM IN THE ROOM, THEN HE SHOUTED AT ME IN JAPANESE RUDELY !!!!
I have the right to understand all the pricing and information although I have time exceed, I can pay however I don't deserve the bad attitude of their hotel service. It is the WORST STAY EVER in my life.
The time was 31st Dec 10:30 a.m. when he shouted at me. SHAME ON HIM AND THE HOTEL.

I had a great time staying here. The hotel room is spacious, clean, though it's on the older side. We went for a snowboard trip, the storage for our gear is spacious with locks to keep the gears safe, the only thing though that it is not a true dry room, not warm enough to dry our boots but still one of the best affordable places that offers a huge space for gear. The hotel offered both breakfast and dinner that makes it even more convenient before and after hitting the slopes. The hotel is super close to the Kitanomine Lift that's ideal for snowboarders. The staff are super nice and accommodating! Will definitely book this hotel again when given a chance to be back in Furano.

First, Trip.com needs an update. This hotel doesn't have bathtubs in all rooms, even though the website says they do. However, I wasn't planning on checking out when I arrived, so I stayed and ended up using the large baths both nights.
This is a very old-fashioned inn, so the price is quite reasonable. It's just a little dated. I saw a lot of Japanese people staying there, and it's actually quite down-to-earth. 😂
I highly recommend it for those traveling by car. There aren't many accommodation options in Furano, and there aren't many shopping malls or convenience stores nearby. It's recommended to buy something and then take it home.

Christopher ThiaFenix Furano was a quaint little hotel with little frills, but it suited us fine... we understood the green policy behind minimising housekeeping, and we are totally fine with in.
One downside is that they didn't have non-slip mats for the bathtub when you used it to shower. The body soap was very soapy and with the tub surface; making it a potential safety concern... and indeed, my elderly mum-in-law fell and hit her head.. she had a bump and some bleeding. We hope that the management looks into this for the safety of all guests.
Apart from this, we enjoyed the tranquillity of the vacinity and drove out to wherever we wanted from there. We would recommend this place if you have a rental car.
