"Stayed here for 2 nights. Was given the second highest floor (8th). Breakfast option was spectacular, catering to both continental and local cuisine, amenities were good - public and private onsen, complimentary washer (dryer is paid but cheap) and service was spectacular. For example, when the carpark was full, the hotel staff redirected us to a different carpark where pickup and dropoff service was included. Most importantly, the view of the Mt Ashibetsu mountain ranges was exceptional. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Furano 👍🏻
*Only downside is that they do not do room cleaning so you’ll have to get a new towel from the counter every day."

"This hotel provide free parking. The atmosphere is good, we sit at the lobby enjoying the free wine, juices, coffee and some snacks and chocolates. They provided 3 different of white wine and 2 red wine. The scenery from the hotel is very beautiful during winter, especially snowing. The room size is big. In addition, they have hot public hot bath and free laundry. We really enjoy in the hotels and the breakfast. About the location, it is near Furano ski and also Furano delice (delicious cakes)"

"Very good ski and out hotel. Slope is just right beside and rental and equipment lockers are just in the basement of the hotel.
Room is spacious. But do note that in winter, only centralise heater for the room, no aircon. Room was too hot, even after opening the window, had to request a fan.
Onsen bath is good.
Food choices are a little limited if your hotel package doesn't include breakfast and dinner, its cost quite abit. There isn't any nearby restaurants to eat. Nearest supermarket and town area is a 10mins bus ride but the limited time slot bus. [I went in April, its spring season so they cut down alot of bus timing.]
At the lobby, theres a shop like a combination of mini mart and souvenirs shop. There's many things to look at in there."

"Overall, it was great! The hotel is very new, and the amenities, which include Pola products, a folding comb, and cotton pads, are self-service. The hot spring has hot, cold, and outdoor pools, and the pajamas are really thick and cozy.
The family room was perfect for our family of four. However, probably because it was the off-season, breakfast only offered Japanese, Western, and vegetarian options. We stayed for eight nights and had the exact same breakfast eight times... though it was delicious, haha!"

"Very good staff!! The hostel is so good with big and clean shared bathroom. Everything is new and modern. There are a kitchen and shared space for relaxing. I live it. The room not that big but it is good. Excellent wifi. BUT you have to make a bedsheet yourself. 😂😂 Overall I love it so much. Will come back next time"

"Wonderful room. Spacious by Japanese standards, and everything was spotless; you can see the pride taken by the staff in ensuring that the property is well-maintained and kept clean and tidy. Free parking spaces are located just at the hotel's doorstep, but limited spots are available.
Having access to a the free washer and dryer was wonderful, although do be mindful that the drying time is minimally 1.5 hours, and thicker clothes might still be slightly damp. However, we hung them up to air-dry in our room overnight without any issues.
Check-in and check-out were seamless, and staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Highly recommended hotel in this beautiful area."

"I was lucky enough to have a room on the top floor which offered great views of the town and some of the mountain.
The room was large and easy to negotiate with a small ensuite bathroom.
The fridge and large tv made it even more comfortable after a long day on the slopes.
There is a good size lobby with plenty of options to relax and unwind Infront of a fireplace and a small in hotel shop to buy assorted foods and other items.
The staff are fantastic, so helpful and understanding to my request, allways greeting me with a smile and warm hello."

BBryan WangGood location with very new facility. The rooms are clean. It will be fantastic if there are bath tubs. I guess the skiers will like them even more.
Overall very quite place in low season (right before the ski season starts).
Good value for money at this time.
PS. We are the only unit occupied for the entire building during our stay. Haha ...

GGuest UserThis hotel is located in a ski resort area and offers complimentary parking for guests. The hotel is well-maintained and clean, with plenty of space. The large public bath is conveniently located next to the lobby and is open until late night. The lobby also offers local Furano wine during specific hours, and you can even make your own pour-over coffee. On the day we checked in, it was raining heavily, and there was no cover outside the main entrance. It was a bit inconvenient to get out of the car with luggage, and I hope this can be improved.

MMcQueen.DIANThe location is very convenient for driving, parking is easy, and there are a lot of things to eat within 10 minutes of walking out. The service staff are from different countries, and people with different languages can communicate with each other. I find it convenient. I also like the catering and accommodation. It has a great atmosphere, and you can have a full breakfast. The only thing is that the soundproofing is not very good. I live in a tatami room, but I can hear the sound of the two rooms next door. However, I haven't met a good roommate next door. It is noisy all night , makes people collapse. But I still highly recommend this accommodation! I hope everyone has a sense of justice and meets people who also have a sense of justice.

MMattSchmattWe were here scouting a bit for the coming winter and really liked the location very close to the slopes and also a few restaurants a short walk away. Downside perhaps that no Lawson or similar in the immediate surroundings but maybe there was some other minimart around the lift station. Just spent a night here so not much time to drift around the area.
Easy parking in front, fast check in and a kind offering to help haul the suitcases upstairs. Hotel is in super good shape, felt almost brand new. Nice public area with couches and a fireplace. Room was good size and comfortable for 3 but especially for a ski resort it really lacked storage for clothes. Could easily have fit something under the bunk bed. Also in the bath theres no place to hang towels or clothes, just a really tiny foldable drying rack. Room fridge was not cooling either and pretty small.
Breakfast was set menu and nice for this stay but for winter I would rather have a buffet to load up for a day on the mountain. Might be though they change for winter and i realize that buffet may not be a sustainable option for low season and few guests.
All in all it was a good stay and we will definitely keep this in mind for the next visit to Furano 👍🏼

Fflatfishmin1. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Kitanomine ski resort, just across the street. Ski rentals are available directly at the hotel, and there's a very enthusiastic young man from Taiwan who works there. The prices are also the cheapest, highly recommended.
2. Transportation: There's a direct bus from New Chitose Airport that stops right at the hotel entrance, making it a seamless journey. The bus stop for Biei and Asahikawa is directly opposite the hotel's main entrance, with a direct Lavender Bus service that accommodates luggage.
3. Dining: We booked breakfast and dinner. Breakfast has a 1-hour limit, and dinner has a 90-minute limit. Both breakfast and dinner were very rich and plentiful. Dinner even included BBQ, though the dishes didn't change daily. Beer and sake were all-you-can-drink.
4. Entertainment: The hotel offers free 24-hour beverage machines. There are also scheduled times daily for roasted marshmallows, baked potatoes, cookies, and beer time, which the kids really enjoyed. There's also a children's play area.
5. Room: We had a triple room. The room wasn't very big and was a bit dated, but the heating was excellent.
6. Onsen (Hot Spring): There are two pools, one at room temperature and one at 40 degrees Celsius. It was quiet and not crowded.

GGuest UserI stayed 5 nights in July 2025, and I am fully satisfied and would totally recommend the hostel.
The hostel is located in a peaceful area, you can get there by bus from the airport or from Furano Station. The hostel provides slippers, a towel, a toothbrush, a hair brush, and earplugs. You will find shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the showers. The bunk beds are spacious enough for a tall person (I'm 170 and had lots of space left), have and entrance with a curtain that totally covers from the light outside if you need to go to bed early, and you can charge your phone inside. I met many nice people, both Japanese and foreigners, the hostel is very international, we had some convenience store food for dinner/breakfast in the common room and shared our travel plans and recommendations for the local area. I was advised to go to Biei Tourism Information to book a half a day tour, which can be booked on the day there, and includes all the sightseeing spots around Biei, so you don't have to worry about how to get to these famous tourist spots. Also, I was advised to rent a bicycle (the 2nd one from the station is only 2000yen for a day) and where to go around Furano, so I'm really happy the hostel provides a common area for us to help each other, and to never feel alone there. All in all, I'll be back in the winter season and for lavender season again. Thank you for having me.

Kkailu1990Furano was one of the most delightful surprises of my Hokkaido trip! The scenery here is beautiful, the air is fresh, and you're surrounded by nature. Even though it wasn't lavender season, the vast pastoral landscapes and tranquil atmosphere were incredibly relaxing.
The local food is fantastic, especially the dairy products, and the residents are very friendly. Whether you're on a road trip, a family vacation, or a romantic getaway, Furano is definitely worth including in your itinerary. It's a perfect escape from the city bustle, allowing you to truly experience the charm of Hokkaido.
I'll definitely be back next time, especially to see the beautiful scenery during lavender season! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

CChristopher ThiaFenix Furano was a quaint little hotel with little frills, but it suited us fine... we understood the green policy behind minimising housekeeping, and we are totally fine with in.
One downside is that they didn't have non-slip mats for the bathtub when you used it to shower. The body soap was very soapy and with the tub surface; making it a potential safety concern... and indeed, my elderly mum-in-law fell and hit her head.. she had a bump and some bleeding. We hope that the management looks into this for the safety of all guests.
Apart from this, we enjoyed the tranquillity of the vacinity and drove out to wherever we wanted from there. We would recommend this place if you have a rental car.

GGuest UserThis hotel is very close to the ski resort. It should be the cheapest hotel closest to the ski resort. The hotel has hot springs, and the room rate includes breakfast and dinner. The dinner is quite deliciouswith sashimi, and the breakfast is just so-so. The hotel can clean and change towels every day. The only drawback is that the facilities are a bit old and there is no room card but a room key, so I left the key at the front desk before going skiing, which is a little inconvenient.

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite old but clean. There is no elevator. There is no bathroom in the bedroom, only a toilet and a sink. To take a shower, you have to go to the onsen room. There are many Japanese people using the services. It is a bit far from Furano city. It is suitable for people with cars. In fact, the location is very beautiful, surrounded by mountain views. I chose it because the price was not so expensive when I went and there are onsen rooms and many pools to soak in. The staff are very helpful, even though we did not understand each other very well. We stayed with breakfast and dinner, which were quite delicious. Dinner was served as a course. In the hotel area, there is a lavender field to admire. However, when we went, the flowers were starting to wither but still smelled good. I would like to improve the scenery. The lawn to see the lavender flowers looks a bit dirty. It is a pity about the location. Overall, it is OK.
