We were here scouting a bit for the coming winter and really liked the location very close to the slopes and also a few restaurants a short walk away. Downside perhaps that no Lawson or similar in the immediate surroundings but maybe there was some other minimart around the lift station. Just spent a night here so not much time to drift around the area.
Easy parking in front, fast check in and a kind offering to help haul the suitcases upstairs. Hotel is in super good shape, felt almost brand new. Nice public area with couches and a fireplace. Room was good size and comfortable for 3 but especially for a ski resort it really lacked storage for clothes. Could easily have fit something under the bunk bed. Also in the bath theres no place to hang towels or clothes, just a really tiny foldable drying rack. Room fridge was not cooling either and pretty small.
Breakfast was set menu and nice for this stay but for winter I would rather have a buffet to load up for a day on the mountain. Might be though they change for winter and i realize that buffet may not be a sustainable option for low season and few guests.
All in all it was a good stay and we will definitely keep this in mind for the next visit to Furano 👍🏼

KG KhooStayed two nights at this hostel. The room was clean and quite spacious. We were a little surprised that we had to put on the bed sheet liners ourselves, but we understood that it is part of the hostel’s culture and regulations, so it was fine for us.
The shared toilets were clean and well maintained for all guests. However, the main disappointment was that the hostel’s air conditioning was not working properly on the second night, unlike the first night. The room became very humid and stuffy, making it difficult for us to fall asleep even after informing the hostel reception.

Very good homestay, fully equipped, can cook, the location is a bit far from Furano Station, you need to take a bus or taxi, the landlord drove to the JR station when you left, very kind.

Very large space. Almost a perfect place to live in. It is very well equipped and looks new. The projector in the bedroom is amazing. Check-in is simple.
The only thing that comes to my concern over the heater. It may not be enough to raise the temperature especially under snowy weather, as the room is big.
Highly recommended.

This was my second stay at Edel Warme, my previous one being in 2024. Both times were excellent. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable (my husband and I each had a bed, leaving the other two beds for clothes and luggage). What I particularly love is the hotel lobby's decor and setup. Every day after skiing, I'd sit by the fireplace in the Lobby Lounge, enjoying a coffee and relaxing. This visit brought back those wonderful memories from two years ago. Although, the lobby decor has changed; it's now more youthful and vibrant, moving away from its previous elegant and understated style. The breakfast has also seen quite a few changes. There are fewer options than before, but the food is much more refined and unique, tasting delicious. They also offer many local Furano specialties, including sauces and jams, which was very satisfying.
This time I only stayed for two nights. The staff informed me that they wouldn't clean the room (which I agreed with). If I wanted to use the onsen, I needed to bring towels from my room, and fresh towels for the second day would be left outside the door. However, after skiing on the second day, I found no towels outside my door. Luckily, I had brought my towel back to the room after my first onsen visit, as there was no designated spot to collect towels in the onsen area.
Despite this, I still really love Edel Warme, so I'm giving it a perfect score.

Very good place, very clean and tidy, a lot of space, enough for 6 of us to stay and eat dinner together, there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, very convenient. As long as you contact the management in advance, you can get the access code and reserve parking space.

Guest UserI stayed 5 nights in July 2025, and I am fully satisfied and would totally recommend the hostel.
The hostel is located in a peaceful area, you can get there by bus from the airport or from Furano Station. The hostel provides slippers, a towel, a toothbrush, a hair brush, and earplugs. You will find shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the showers. The bunk beds are spacious enough for a tall person (I'm 170 and had lots of space left), have and entrance with a curtain that totally covers from the light outside if you need to go to bed early, and you can charge your phone inside. I met many nice people, both Japanese and foreigners, the hostel is very international, we had some convenience store food for dinner/breakfast in the common room and shared our travel plans and recommendations for the local area. I was advised to go to Biei Tourism Information to book a half a day tour, which can be booked on the day there, and includes all the sightseeing spots around Biei, so you don't have to worry about how to get to these famous tourist spots. Also, I was advised to rent a bicycle (the 2nd one from the station is only 2000yen for a day) and where to go around Furano, so I'm really happy the hostel provides a common area for us to help each other, and to never feel alone there. All in all, I'll be back in the winter season and for lavender season again. Thank you for having me.

First, Trip.com needs an update. This hotel doesn't have bathtubs in all rooms, even though the website says they do. However, I wasn't planning on checking out when I arrived, so I stayed and ended up using the large baths both nights.
This is a very old-fashioned inn, so the price is quite reasonable. It's just a little dated. I saw a lot of Japanese people staying there, and it's actually quite down-to-earth. 😂
I highly recommend it for those traveling by car. There aren't many accommodation options in Furano, and there aren't many shopping malls or convenience stores nearby. It's recommended to buy something and then take it home.

I stayed at this B&B in Furano for three consecutive nights for skiing, and I found that many of the guests were foreigners, probably coming for skiing. The room was very spacious, and the room was a Japanese-style room with ample heating and a clothes drying pole. There are clothes hangers and clothespins, which is very convenient. There is also a small refrigerator in the room. If you need hot water, just ask the boss and he will provide it. In addition, the toilets and bathrooms are shared, but the environment is very clean and there is a bathtub, so it is very convenient and comfortable. The B&B also provides a parking lot, which is right next to it. It is very convenient to carry luggage. Directly opposite the B&B is Lowson Supermarket, and there is a large supermarket A·coop within walking distance, so supplies are very convenient. We are going to Furano Ski Resort for skiing. The distance is not too far and it is very convenient from the street, so the functionality is very good.

They have everything that hostel have and very clean. Though there are many rules but overall they are environmental friendly. It will be great if they can provide a bin inside the room.
