Furano Hotels with Wifi

"I took the ”Furano Biei Romantic Flower Tour” sightseeing bus at 8 AM, enjoyed the journey, and arrived at the last stop, the Shin Furano Prince Hotel's Ningle Terrace, around 4 PM. I got off there and checked directly into the Prince Hotel. This was a pre-planned arrangement based on my detailed research, saving me money, time, and hassle. After checking in, I booked the 8 PM buffet and then headed to the famous Garden of Wind. The scenery along the way was absolutely beautiful, and I even saw two deer. However, the Garden of Wind was a bit far from the hotel; it took me about an hour to walk there and back. By the time I got there, it was already closed, so I could only walk around the outside of the wire fence (which seemed to be electrified) to admire the small Garden of Wind. Then I returned to Ningle Terrace to continue my interrupted exploration. Since it was still early, I sat down for a coffee at the ”Mori no Tokei” (Forest Clock) cafe before leisurely heading back to the hotel. The evening buffet was incredibly rich, featuring hand-rolled sushi and king crab legs. I ordered a carafe of sake and slowly savored my dinner. After dinner, I went to Shisai-no-Yu to enjoy the hot spring. The next morning, I had planned to take the nearby cable car up the mountain for sightseeing, but there was fog on the mountain, and I knew I wouldn't see anything, so I gave up. Instead, I returned to the hotel and enjoyed another hot spring. After checking out, I took the Asahikawa Line bus to Furano Station to continue my journey. If the timing is right, taking this Asahikawa Line bus is very convenient as it can take you to Furano, or Nakafurano, Kamifurano, Biei, and finally to Asahikawa. However, the buses are infrequent, with only about one every hour. You'll need to check their timetable. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, and the fare from the hotel to Furano Station is 260 yen."

"This was my second stay at Edel Warme, my previous one being in 2024. Both times were excellent. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable (my husband and I each had a bed, leaving the other two beds for clothes and luggage). What I particularly love is the hotel lobby's decor and setup. Every day after skiing, I'd sit by the fireplace in the Lobby Lounge, enjoying a coffee and relaxing. This visit brought back those wonderful memories from two years ago. Although, the lobby decor has changed; it's now more youthful and vibrant, moving away from its previous elegant and understated style. The breakfast has also seen quite a few changes. There are fewer options than before, but the food is much more refined and unique, tasting delicious. They also offer many local Furano specialties, including sauces and jams, which was very satisfying. This time I only stayed for two nights. The staff informed me that they wouldn't clean the room (which I agreed with). If I wanted to use the onsen, I needed to bring towels from my room, and fresh towels for the second day would be left outside the door. However, after skiing on the second day, I found no towels outside my door. Luckily, I had brought my towel back to the room after my first onsen visit, as there was no designated spot to collect towels in the onsen area. Despite this, I still really love Edel Warme, so I'm giving it a perfect score."

"This hotel is super close to JR Station, and the breakfast is fantastic with a seafood rice bowl and unlimited melon – which would cost 500 yen for just an eighth of a piece in Japan! The hot spring is also excellent, offering a magnificent mountain view while you soak. The room is a bit small, but that's pretty standard for Japanese hotels. Overall, I was very satisfied, except for the price being a bit high because it was during Obon. Otherwise, everything was great."

"Stayed two nights at this hostel. The room was clean and quite spacious. We were a little surprised that we had to put on the bed sheet liners ourselves, but we understood that it is part of the hostel’s culture and regulations, so it was fine for us. The shared toilets were clean and well maintained for all guests. However, the main disappointment was that the hostel’s air conditioning was not working properly on the second night, unlike the first night. The room became very humid and stuffy, making it difficult for us to fall asleep even after informing the hostel reception."

"1. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Kitanomine ski resort, just across the street. Ski rentals are available directly at the hotel, and there's a very enthusiastic young man from Taiwan who works there. The prices are also the cheapest, highly recommended. 2. Transportation: There's a direct bus from New Chitose Airport that stops right at the hotel entrance, making it a seamless journey. The bus stop for Biei and Asahikawa is directly opposite the hotel's main entrance, with a direct Lavender Bus service that accommodates luggage. 3. Dining: We booked breakfast and dinner. Breakfast has a 1-hour limit, and dinner has a 90-minute limit. Both breakfast and dinner were very rich and plentiful. Dinner even included BBQ, though the dishes didn't change daily. Beer and sake were all-you-can-drink. 4. Entertainment: The hotel offers free 24-hour beverage machines. There are also scheduled times daily for roasted marshmallows, baked potatoes, cookies, and beer time, which the kids really enjoyed. There's also a children's play area. 5. Room: We had a triple room. The room wasn't very big and was a bit dated, but the heating was excellent. 6. Onsen (Hot Spring): There are two pools, one at room temperature and one at 40 degrees Celsius. It was quiet and not crowded."

"The staff provided excellent and attentive service throughout our stay. The onsen was wonderful and relaxing to soak in. We happened to visit during their complimentary free wine bottle, which was a fantastic bonus that allowed us to sample some great local wine!"

"Room is spacious and for the price was a great deal (although noted I was visiting during shoulder season). Beautiful views of the mountain range from the hotel’s lounge on a clear day. I enjoyed the afternoon wine tastings. The muscat grape juice was also delicious! A very nice and relaxing stay at this hotel. It is quite far from the station though, so best to have a car to get to the hotel and get around."

"The hotel rooms are a bit cramped and the space is quite small. The hotel's breakfast buffet was of average quality, though the food selection was decent. The parking lot outside the hotel has limited spaces. If it's full, you'll need to park in another area about a 5-minute walk from the hotel."

"The hotel staff welcomed us kindly and guided us through the check in process upon arrival. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice toilet inside. The hotel provides a small public onsen (hot spring bath) for stayers. Near the entrance was a spacious resting area where you can chill and work, provided with comfy sofa and free matcha. I personally enjoyed the area and worked for a few hours there, it was quite a relaxing experience. Overall would recommend."

"I found the accommodation is great value if you are solo traveler but don't want to stay in hostel. Free parking is a bonus and close to Lawson and Coop (supermarket) which is convenient. The downside is they don't have a communal kitchen and you have to ask owner for hot water which I found a little bit inconvenience."
