"I had a very satisfying stay. The facilities were well-equipped, and the bed space was generous, ensuring a comfortable sleep. There was plenty of room under the bed for a suitcase and a travel bag. There are many shops nearby, and the Tsukuba Express and Ginza Line right outside are very convenient. It's a bit far from Asakusa Station, so if you have luggage, remember to navigate and avoid the Senso-ji Temple area; take another route. My roommates were all considerate, and it was very quiet at night, though it's inevitable if you happen to get a snorer, haha."

"This hotel is located at Haneda Terminal 3. After arriving, you just cross a garden walkway from the second floor to reach it, making it perfect for an airport layover. We arrived on an early morning flight and stayed one night before heading out to explore the next day. "The location is incredibly convenient for getting around. It's surrounded by wholesale streets full of affordable clothing, as well as many small restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores. Usually, it's very quiet, but this time there was a large construction site next door that was quite noisy, even late at night and on weekends. The environment is decent and relatively clean; there's no waiting for the toilet or shower. Unfortunately, the shower room had a rather strong odor. The service was very professional."

"Generally the hotel is good, location is near the subway about 5mins walk and 7mins walk for JR. It is not facing the main road so its pretty quiet at night. The locker is suitable for hand carry size luggage, bigger size will have to be placed along the path or kept with the receptionist. They offer free storage during the check in day until check out day.
One concerning point on hygiene, the towel and door mat are placed together each day for your usage, and placed in the same bin for washing. Some towel are tangled with hairs. The bathroom will be good to have some hooks for clothing."

"I almost always choose Toyoko Inn when I visit, and this one is very close to Senso-ji Temple with convenience stores all around. It's just a block's walk from Asakusabashi. On the first floor, there are vending machines, a free coffee machine, hot and cold water dispensers, an ice maker, and plenty of charging outlets. They also offer free luggage storage."

"Beyond being a bit of a walk from the subway, everything else was impeccable. The room was spacious, and the corner glass windows offered great views. The tower building was affordable, unlike the main building which was out of my price range. The garden was expansive, though the cherry blossoms weren't in full bloom yet, so there weren't many flowers. The lower floors are all shopping malls; you can spend a lot of time just wandering around the hotel, from the tower to the main building. It's a great way to pass the time."

"Stayed on this hotel for 2 nights.
Location is super convenient, just 2 mins away from Tabata Station (Yamanote Line). You can store your luggage if you arrive earlier than check in time. Note: the road from the station to the hotel is a bit uphill. Staff is also very accommodating. Check out process is also swift as they have machine for express check out. My room is at 3F, Lobby is 4F. Cleanliness is okay, just a bit dusty on the window part. Shower and bath area is what you expect from typical business hotel. Will definitely staff again if I need to go to Tokyo!"

"It was a stress-free experience having booked at Narita Gateway Hotel. Its free shuttle bus ride going to Narita Station, Aeon Mall is commendable. It enabled us to save money on taxi fare and the saved money for transport was used to buy some souvenirs. Our stay at said hotel was made more pleasant by two staff at the hotel reception, one guy named Pun Sharti (to me, he was very approachable and attends to hotel guests with warmth and smile, too bad, we didn't see him when we checked out) and a female staff who likewise has a pleasant countenance but whose name we weren't able to get. Booking costs are cheaper than the others."

MMaxxboSequence is a beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Deaden at the breakfast counter is very friendly. Everyone has been so accommodating to us.
The hotel is conveniently located near the JR East Suidobashi station. We had no problems taking the train to the touristy sites. We highly recommend it.

GGuest UserReally enjoy my stay here, the location is unbeatable since it's walking distance to many metro lines, the staffs are very friendly and accommodating, the onsen is also very clean, the juice bar in the morning and bar in the evening were also great touches. There is only one elevator but I didn't find it to be a deal breaker, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

MmtmlCleaning is chargeable at 1.5k yen per clean. Otherwise no cleaning whatsoever - but they do give you new towels and a trash bag daily (hung on your door knob).
Breakfast is pretty cute and homely - I liked it when I tried it at a different province, so I rebooked dormy inn.
They have a luggage scale at level 2, so very convenient if you have been shopping like crazy. The shopping street around the area is pretty interesting, and I love uneo park.
However, some pretty strange stuff during my stay:
1. They insisted on entering my room for an ”inspection” but didn't specify why. When I called to ask, they said it was a bedframe inspection. As a solo female traveler my preference is not to let random people into my room, especially if they're not going to clean after these external people enter, but reception said they couldn't wait until my stay was over a few days later. When I came back to the room, my blanket was shifted and untucked entirely from one side, and my electronics were moved around.
2. A bug appeared on my sink mirror, so I gave feedback to the hotel staff as mini bugs means there's more bugs, and suggested that they fumigate. They said ”oh... sorry” suddenly all proceeded to look away from me and pretend I didn't exist, which was super weird treatment, and very rude lol. I didn't even ask them to change my room, the point is that these bugs are likely to have infestations, and if I came back in another trip to this hotel, I would not like to see more. They didn't even bother asking me what floor I was on, so 100% they don't seem to have any intention of dealing with this. Very weird and poor behaviour - I think it was too much to expect Onyado Nono service in Dormy Inn, so I don't think I will come back.

The hotel offers a welcome drink available anytime, and there is a separate onsen for men and women. In the evening at 6:00 PM, there is a free happy hour with drinks—perfect for alcohol lovers. My husband really loved it.
The amenities are also of good quality. If I visit Japan again, I would definitely choose to stay here—the price is very reasonable too.

GGuest UserThe location is great, the metro is maybe 1 min walk. By metro your only a few stops away from any big attractions. And after a long day in the city you can come back to enjoy the onsen. The only bad thing I can say about my stay was the someone in the capsule across from mine snored so loud it was nearly impossible to sleep.
