"For 41€ I will give 5 stars. Good location, looks new and clean. I would recommend getting a mattress protector or fitted sheet. The sheet keep rolling up and you basically sleep on a plain mattress"

"The hotel's location is very central, the reception staff is friendly and polite. Breakfast is adequate and varied. The rooms are clean, there is a kettle, and the bed is comfortable. "The owner did not contact me in time to provide code information and then texted me that there’ll be no hot water for the whole night and the morning. Its entirely unacceptable and its not what I paid for. Even though the premises are clean, the room was located in the basement with a window that looks onto entrance door and everyone who’s coming in is watching. There was no heating whatsoever either and I ended up sleeping fully clothed"

"Nice enough hotel for a few days.
The room was a bit small for 2 people and luggage.
Breakfast was fairly average
What we didn't like was the fact that the hotel thinks that they should decide what the temperature should be in our room. Our room was extremely hot!!
They disabled the ac setting and the only way to cool down the room was to have the window open. Not ideal when you are next to a train line.
Hotels like this need to state that the heating will be on and we have turned off the ac. It's a crazy mindset to have"

"The room and bathroom were very clean throughout our stay, thanks to the cleaning staff (we didn’t get the chance to meet them). Room was perfect for us; good mattress, fridge, kettle, toiletries and extras, including soft slippers. Hot water and heating all good. Location of the hotel is strategic, it’s on a street that goes towards the central train station and bus station, it’s near to public transport stops such as buses and trams, with plenty of cafes and restaurants around, even supermarkets. I can highly recommend this hotel."

"Paid extra, service very poor. Arrived to check-in, nobody to serve, no receptionist at the desk. Did wait around 10 minutes, gave a call, no answer, but the receptionist arrived. Then went to their restaurant, very vague service. No cocktails on the meniu (that's what we came for), asked and then the waiter gave separate cocktails menu. Finally came back to room and realised my bed sheet is dirty! Went to reception and asked to change it since we just arrived. Same person from reception came with new duvet and linen, had replace myself, meaning lack of staff if the same person does everything within entire hotel. Breakfast decent, saw people drinking wine, but it wasn't marked as it's included in the breakfast or not and bottle sits aside from all the breakfast on the bar table."

GGuest UserThe property is under renovation, the whole floor and my room is with all the furnitures or renovation smell. It’s not a pleasant feel when you walking on the corridor to the room as some areas are renovating and some room doors are open and the furnitures all putting outside the corridor. Other than the location is good I really have bad experience with the smell especially while sleeping I got sinus with all these bad smell. I request to change room and they said is full. I request to fix the safebox battery and end up they didnt do it, I was on business trips and stay for 2 nights it’s a very bad experience for me. If you are renovating the floor pls do not rent iit our or at least clear the smell before renting to others.

AAdventuraSolaHotel staff was very welcoming at check in and provided a map of Old Riga and made suggestions for things to see and do. The room itself is clean and includes all necessary amenities. If you plan to do laundry, there’s a 4.50 euro charge to enter the laundry room and then you can use it as much as you want. Bring your own detergent!
Great location In the heart of Old Riga by the House of Blackheads. Walking distance within a lot of attractions , especially the Christmas market if you’re visiting in the winter time. It’s also around the corner from the famous Ala Pagrabs. It’s been full every time I went so I had to settle for a seat at the bar which is not very comfortable! Eating out can become expensive so I appreciated being near Rimi Express to buy drinks and snacks that I could put in the mini fridge.

GGuest UserA lovely hotel. Locks very popular due to how many people visiting. Breakfast was good, but very crowdy at 9-10 o'clock.. The rooms way nice. The service was excellent. I Recomend staying there. Can also recomend the Bolt app for taxitours. It toook 3-5 min for theb taxi to come.

The staff was nice and spoke Russian.
The room was large and had a kettle, tea, coffee, shampoo, and air conditioning. Free parking at the hotel, delicious and varied breakfasts.
It's not far to walk to the center, you just need to cross the bridge.
The bad things about the room: poor water pressure in the shower, and the water took a long time to drain and quickly filled up the bathroom.

GGuest UserAn extraordinary building ; one of the most architecturally impressive hotels in which I can remember staying, with wonderfully helpful staff and a location that can not be bettered -- with a commendable breakfast. Five stars ! But then . . .
Beautifully configured and equipped rooms but, constraints on urban buildings being what they are, and the architects having elected a stunning central skylit air- and light-well, our room, at least, had no window. Where was one to be placed, after all ? The air-conditioning worked well, but truly fresh air was not available.
The housekeeping staff had neglected the bathroom attached to the room that we used. Hair, a cotton-tipped applicator stick, and -- simply -- dirt were on the tiles. This can happen. It was very different from the rest of the experience of the stay. But there it was.
Have a look around when you check in. Ask for a repeat cleaning of your room if you think one is necessary. Enjoy your stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel was elegant and the location was good, but the room we stayed in did not have a safe, so we left our valuables at the front desk. It was our fault for not getting a safe deposit box, but the young man at the front desk did not hand it over to us, so the staff could not find it even after searching, and we almost missed our flight. We told them that the phone was broken and that the bathrobe was missing, and they promised to deliver it later, but they never showed up... We gave up, thinking that it was a bad room.
