Facilities: The facilities in the room are relatively old, and the soundproofing is indeed not very good, but other hotel facilities such as the gym are good
Food: Both meals are buffets, the quality is OK, breakfast is basically the same, dinner changes every night, there is barbecue, I recommend ordering beef liver! Lunch is paid, the taste is average...
Service: Except for the average front desk, the service awareness of the rest of the waiters is OK, and English can be communicated normally
The location is also good, very close to the beach, and there are not many people on the beach in front of the hotel. Generally speaking, it is ok to stay

The Hotel and Complex were pleasant, the grounds well kept with trees, fountains and hedges plenty of greenery. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety but on one occasion I noticed that the Chef tried the milk and then removed it!!! I had just eaten my cereal on which I had poured the milk, so was concerned that it might have caused an issue!! Although comfortable both our room and the Hotel could use a little freshening up, splash of paint. But as we just had the B&B option we were out most of the time Two pools both well kept and with plenty of room around for relaxing and a bar for food and drinks. All in all a good time.

I recently went with a group. It was my first time at the hotel. All the staff were accommodating, and the hospitality was amazing. Our host, Khalil, was a true gentleman. He was determined to ensure our stay and experience were one we would remember. He was attentive to our needs and made recommendations of where we could go to eat and/or party. He made travel arrangements for us, too. The hotel staff were also lovely and paid attention to every detail. The rooms were cleaned, and the food was lovely. The pool servers were on hand to take our drink/food orders and provided us with towels. The security staff were friendly and all the staff greeted us with a smile. I'm recommending this to everyone because I had the best time!

Not going to lie I booked this hotel then saw the reviews and was mortified. Luckily a few weeks after booking reviews got better. I didn't know what to expect when we arrived but I was presently surprised. The rooms are very basic and need a referb but for the price we paid I can't grumble. The maid cleaned the room daily and we got clean towels daily. The breakfast was like any other continental breakfast. All in all Staff are very helpful and I would stay in this hotel again. There's trips available to book in the lobby, we wanted to do the Souk and Agadir Oufella. There was a guided trip available but we decided to make our own way there, we took the local bus to the Souk which cost 5 Moroccan Durham per person each way. There's lots of people to book excursions through on the sea front. Two of the best places we ate are Blacksmiths & Pure Passion, would highly recommend.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. We changes rooms 3 times and every single one of them was a mess. The toilets don’t flush, we had cockroaches in every one of our rooms in the drawers, under the mattress (literally everywhere) the beds are like sleeping on springs, we got charged for the us of the safe yet did not have a key that worked in 2 of the rooms, the lights didn’t work properly in any of the rooms. It stated we had a phone, we had no phone, they stated we had toiletries, we had no toiletries, we had 1 towel a day between 2 of us despite keep asking for another. They used plastic bottle replacing a bed leg, the whole floor would flood after a show (I slipped twice) and that is just the rooms. The pool is murky, loud club music blasting out all day round the pool, cat poo all over the place. And as for the breakfast, we paid £100 extra for a buffet breakfast (apparently) we got x1 coffee each x1 1 egg omelette each (just egg) and x 2 bits of dry bread with jam and it was the exact same every morning and that was our limit. We wasn’t allowed any more or anything different brought to a table no buffet in sight for £100. We wasn’t expecting much as it was cheap but my goodness this place is an absolute disgrace

We had a wonderful holiday in Zephyr Agadir. The apartments are modern and well equipped. The staff is always helpful and friendly. There are many options for eating out nearby and small supermarkets are within walking distance. I will definitely book the accommodation again when I am back in Agadir.

Very Good
Location Hotel Location out of sight of town centre its up and coming development you need taxi to move about,no shops or restaurant within miles Inside Inside Hotel was clean sometime they clean other times they don't lift ok restaurant very basic Service Service was average .staff not bothered eventhough we were only few people staying they were not forthcoming and will be very slow on every request. Ignorant Food Food was good when they served al-cart due to few clients. When few people were there.they did not serve buffet. When there were more people they served buffet which was very, very poor, breakfast very limited same every day boring staff were lathergic, one staff in restaurant was good enough Overall It's very basic.cheap .Don't expect anything more from staff and management. I will not be going there again for sure!!!
I spent 3 nights at this hotel last December-2022-and again for one night in January 2023 and it was a very enjoyable experience. This hotel is conveniently located 15 minutes from the beach. The room I was given was very clean and was serviced daily. What really makes this hotel stand out is the very friendly staff.I want to mention Miloud,Osama,Ibrahim,Lahcen and especially Mohammed.Help was always available when I needed information or a taxi to the bus station. The food was top class.Breakfast each morning was well prepared and well presented and the set menu for the rest of the day was excellent and very affordable at only 38 dirhams-so appetising in fact that on one day I had it twice-for lunch and for dinner. On New Year's Eve an excellent dinner was prepared at a very attractive price. This is a lovely place to stay at....Top marks...10 out of 10.
Agadir is not renowned for customer for English tourists it’s a shock that English isn’t spoken everywhere … that’s our problem. But things here can be frustrating This establishment had great staff, nice reception area and god facilities. Top class tennis courts. Nice pool. The staff are very reliable and trustworthy. Believe me that make s big big diffract to your trip. The place is clean and the internet is great ….
JJUNLONGHotel location is good, close to Agadir beach, facilities are perfect, the pool is very good, the price is not good for dinner, it is not recommended. The hotel's service attitude is superb, and welcomes a lot of drinks, desserts and guides. The lobby manager is especially good to like. A dead beach was painted on the beach, not bad. Because I only stayed for one night after catching a plane, Agadir is very beautiful as a European winter resort.
Positives: Hotel and room very clean, room cleaned, fresh towels daily and beds made. Rooms have balcony and good amenities fridge, microwave, hairdryer, kettle, etc. Breakfast was surprisingly good (after reading bad reviews) no fried breakfast but plenty of selection from cereal, bread/toast, omelettes, pastries, x3 kinds of pancakes, porridge, etc. Negatives: Lunch/Evening menu food was very poor, do not upgrade it tasted so cheap and nasty. No Bar! However, there is an off license across the road (Victoria's) so we bought beers and drank them in room/ by the pool but very few alcohol licenced places in general in Agadir. Beds in rooms are so hard. Neutral: location was about 15/20 min walk to beach downhill (there). There's a square for restaurants and a kids park / inflatable area about 5 minute walk. Local area is nice we found things spaced apart so hired a car for 2 days at £25 per day (300Mhr/day). No hotel shop but hotel next door has one and a much nicer cafe/restaurant. Just to note if coming with kids like we did, Agadir is not very child friendly, no childrens menus in most places (although plenty of McDs) lots of high pavements (not pushchair friendly) but we've managed and had a good holiday.
HHUIThe location of the hotel is very good, there are many shops and restaurants around the hotel; the hotel has its own parking lot, which is convenient for people traveling by car; the environment 1 of the hotel, especially the greenery, is very good; but for the four-star positioning hotel, the hotel The facilities are a bit dated and humble, and domestic Samsungs are much better than this. Especially the bed was particularly uncomfortable and too soft, but the area of the room was quite large; breakfast was ok, there were many Europeans and Americans, the international atmosphere was good, and Wifi was particularly fast!
We booked a package holiday for a girls weekend away and we were really impressed with the hotel!! The food was lovely and always different each day (the omelette station at breakfast was a winner!) The drinks were easy to get with three bars close to the pool area and all the staff were very friendly. The entertainment team were great and kept us smiling. Our room was ocean facing and was totally fine for the price we paid. Cleaners came daily and it was a good size room. The pool was big and plenty of space for everyone to get a sun lounger. There are also beach sun loungers reserved for the hotel guests. The beach is beautiful too. We asked for a restaurant recommendation for somewhere down at the Marina from the reception one evening and WOW it was superb. Our only slight hang up was that check in did take a long time but it wasn’t the worst we had experienced before.
HhqeaavoenamcxxthI have stayed at this hotel previously and left great reviews. However this trip was very different and after 2 weeks I moved out to the hotel next door which is much better. The front of house staff here are delightful, particularly Karima. However staff on the pool bar/ cafe are inexperienced and need training. They also kept running out of wine. I had one pizza lunch here which was dreadful. Breakfast is good. I was allocated one of the refurbished rooms with a sea view. It looked great, although the bathroom was tiny - as I was staying solo, that didn't really matter. Some service issues with room which wasn't cleaned one day, Toiletries were not replaced and I ran out of toilet paper twice. The safety deposit box didnt work. The towels were grey and had many threads hanging off them. Sadly it is currently more of a building site that a hotel- they are working at different sites within the hotel and grounds, and it is impossible to avoid loud building work from 10am to 7pm. Rooms are being completely refurbished - doors and windows and flooring and bathrooms. Consequently lots of drilling and banging. They are also replacing the 2 lifts-- one was out of service and will be for quite some more time. The other is new but went out of service at least three times during my stay- but was quickly repaired. Waiting times for the lift were unacceptable. They were also building a large wooden structure in the gardens. Consequently, 6 days of heavy electric stapling going on ! I think they tried to drown out some of the building noise by playing loud music from 9.30 onwards. It didn't work and the music itself became very irritating ! After dark the noise from the pool bar / cafe is totally unacceptable, as they ramp up the music until 11pm or later. Twice a week they have karioke which really is horrendous- so so load. Terrible voices. Mainly French songs. It really was so bad but they refused my requests to turn the sound down- there only suggestion at 11pm was to move rooms- but that included packing and removing all my clothing , too - so hardly acceptable ! I thought they were just giving me a quiet room to sleep in , but no ! The Internet quality is very poor. It comes and goes even in reception! Do not expect to get connection in your room. Most guests form a huddle in reception to gain an Internet connection. Finally, the pricing. I paid about £40 per night for this hotel for a 2 week booking and a separate 1 week booking. I tried to book for the 4th week but was quoted over €150euros per night ! What ? No way is this even a €100 per night hotel!! In any event I cancelled and moved out after 2 weeks - that was the worst 2 weeks I have ever had in a hotel ! MY advice. Do not stay here!! Please look at photos.
GGuest UserI would have given this 4/5 from our actual experience at the hotel. However due to the works going on directly outside the hotel I thought this was fair. The hotel is bang in the city centre of Agadir. Although the hotel is not undergoing any refit the areas outside are. Having spoken with the locals they are preparing for the African nations cup in 2025 and the World Cup in 2030. It didn’t affect our experience tbh but it may for some. We found the people at the hotel fantastic. They were very friendly and helpful, printed off our boarding passes and gave us some tips on things to do. We found the room comfortable and it was cleaned everyday. The sky bar on the top floor is used by locals with local music entertainment. We really enjoyed mixing with the locals and all were very friendly. If you are looking for a pool holiday this is probably not for you as we found this our least favourite part of the hotel. It’s about a 15 min walk down to the beach area and probably 25 mins to the marine. This was not an issue for us as we liked the mix of tourist/local experience. There’s a little bar just over the road from the hotel which we enjoyed. Everyone we came into contact with was so friendly, we shared drinks and dancing with people of all different nationalities in there. We would like to return to this hotel once the works have been completed to give it the full experience. We did get a bargain holiday and it was def worth the price we paid, although I feel the hotel may get some iffy reviews because of its current surroundings. Guess if you are aware of this before you book then expectations are met.
