Can Tho Hotels with Wifi

"i booked 3 nights to enjoy my stay in Can Tho. I informed the hotel that my arrival will be late and hope that they still keep my room. the hotel assured me that my room is secure irrespective of the time of check-in. this gives me a peace of mind as I don't have to rush to check-in. the delay was caused by the flight i took via VietJet. so now i know which is the more reliable airline to travel to Vietnam. such a high percentage of delay. my airport transfer was also affected but i was relieved that the hotel staff greeted me with patience and professionalism. i was happy although i was extremely tired.the room was clean, smoke free and spacious. brightly lit and all the basic necessities i needed are there. on the 2nd day, my request to clean the room was done accordingly and all the required items were refilled but of course some items are chargeable but it is still worth the money spent. i have the most peaceful rest for the three nights and i did a blunder when i left my room key when i went out to collect some stuff at the counter. the reception immediately helped me with the second key and i back to my room in no time. the lift was clean and all corners are brightly lit..so i felt so safe and comfortable. i checked out early on day 3 and notified the reception what i used and paid for it.. i forgotten that i ate some instant noodles and was contacted by the hotel later for the amount to be paid.. such an embarrassing moment. i apologized to the hotel and got help to transfer the amount for the noodles. this is the kind of service which i am looking for in a hotel. i felt happy and definitely will come back next year. on one of the days, a tour of ********* travellers checked in and the reception managed it with so tact and good manners. deserve a praise from me. i could not find any reason to complaint about the hotel but i have a thousand of reasons to compliment the hotel and recommend to all my friends. see you again in 2026."

"Choosing Charmant Suite Hotel Can Tho for our holiday was an excellent decision location-wise. However, some aspects of our experience didn't quite live up to the standards of a 4-star hotel. I hope the hotel will consider this constructive feedback to continuously improve their service quality: 1. We didn't receive a welcome drink. This is usually the first impression of service before experiencing other amenities. 2. The in-room amenities felt a bit lacking: The toilet area should have a separate door to create a private compartment, providing more comfort for the person using the toilet inside and those using the sink outside. The wet area (shower) and dry area (toilet/sink) should also be separated by a door. The lavabo area could benefit from a shaving mirror, so guests don't have to lean forward, and more hooks to hang items after use. Specifically for the WC area, the power of the ventilation system/exhaust fan should be adjusted to better handle air quality when in use. 3. Outside the bedroom area, at the dressing table for ladies, I suggest adding a mirror with integrated lighting so they don't have to stand while doing their makeup. If the two bedside lamps on the nightstands could be wall-mounted (similar to the lights in public restrooms), it would free up a lot of space for guests to charge phones, place books, etc., without worrying about knocking over the lamps. 4. For loose furniture like the round tea table, a sturdier, heavier base would prevent it from tipping over if someone accidentally leans on it. 5. Most importantly, soundproofing. Everyone wants a relaxing and peaceful stay in a quiet environment, free from noise and strange sounds. Overall, it was a rather enjoyable holiday after a long time returning to the 'Poetic City,' revisiting famous attractions and savoring well-known dishes like Thành Giao's Duck Cooked with Fermented Tofu, Banh Xeo 7 Tới, Cái Răng Floating Market, Ancient Houses, Sơn Islet, Mỹ Khánh Tourist Village, and 'Cái Răng drinking street' (my own name for it). I hope to return again to experience more of this 'Poetic City's' specialties."

"This stay was absolutely fantastic, I have to give it a glowing review. The facilities here are incredibly well-equipped, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable trip. Everything is easy to use and super convenient, perfectly meeting all my travel needs. The entire place, from the common areas to the room itself, was spotless and impeccably clean. There wasn't a single neglected corner, which made me feel very secure and at ease. The location is excellent, with plenty of amenities nearby – dining, shopping, and transportation are all incredibly convenient. You don't have to go far to find everything you need. Most importantly, the staff here are incredibly warm and attentive. They were quick to respond and resolve any issues, making the entire experience very pleasant. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I'll definitely recommend it to my friends. I'll certainly be back if I get the chance."

"The room was new and comfortable, but I noticed some red stains in the bathroom, not sure what they were. There was no bottled water or even a kettle provided in the room. The hotel entrance is next to a bank, making it hard to spot."

"Great location as most activities are around the hotel and within walking distance. Staff are very friendly. Even the housekeeping staff keep their smile on and greeted me whenver passed by."

"Wonderful secluded location out of town, which made it very peaceful. The pool is lovely and the staff are very friendly and always happy to help. Tasty cocktails and food. We especially enjoyed the fresh spring rolls and the fried seafood spring rolls. We hired a scooter from a rental shop in town, but it’s also very easy to order a quick Grab taxi to take you into town, which takes around 15 minutes. We were very lucky to get an upgrade to a deluxe double room which was wonderful. We infact decided to extend our stay to 3 nights instead of the initial 2. The only thing is that the poolside area (sun loungers and parasols) could do with a facelift as it is rather rundown and doesn’t reflect a 4-star hotel. Overall, a lovely resort which is excellent value for money, with wonderful customer service and a great breakfast buffet."
