If i could give this hotel negative 5 star i would cause of the staff, First off before we arived they told us we can park our truck by the hotel for free until we come back from our trip but at the counter they acted all like they don't Know about parking and charged us for the parking for duration of our trip we checked in midninght and had to check out at 3 am cause of our flight shuttle took us to the airport and just Dropped us all at one stop even tho that was not our terminal lost 2 hours to get to our terminal and we missed our flight cause Ahole that drove us didnt do his job. Im gonna escalate this to management and this aint gonna get left alone like this they gonna pay for my rebooking flight.
