When you get to Rosanna Maison, a stone's throw from the beach and right in the heart of Ischia Porto, pedestrian area, you are welcomed by the host, Mrs Rosanna who makes you feel ever better than at home: so warmly greeted, and taken care of that you instantly fall in love with her hospitality, and the B&B. I have hardly ever found such generous care, even with dietary requirements that are no mean feat, breakfast was truly a feat! Everything so genuine, flavours melting away while tasting the cakes or fruits, and all accompanied by a witty conversation, laughter and insights on the island. Of course if you are someone who enjoys talking in the morning otherwise you can simply enjoy the breakfast layout, marvellous! Ten stars for sure! The b&b is heaven, spotless, the room so comfortable, location top notch. Definitely returning, and can absolutely recommend it!

Siamo stati 5 giorni. Camera molto pulita e dotata ai aria condizionata. Il B&B è arredato con molto buon gusto ed è situato a 100 metri dalla spiaggia di San Pietro (sia libera che attrezzata) e dalla via principale di Ischia Porto. Il capolinea degli autobus, con cui si può visitare l'intera isola con corse fino a tarda notte, dista circa 1 km, mentre la fermata più vicina è a 300 metri. L'accoglienza della signora Rosanna e della sua famiglia ci ha fatto sentire come a casa fornendoci informazioni e consigli utilissimi sui luoghi da visitare. La colazione è molto buona e abbondante ricca anche di dolci fatti in casa.

By far one of the best places I've ever stayed in. The room has everything you need, is perfectly clean and the bed is as comfy as it could be. Location is great to see all the highlights in the island by public transport or walking. Definitely worth it!

On peut se rendre à pied au gite depuis le port. L'emplacement est très bien. L'accueil est excellent, la décoration adorable. Les petits déjeuner sont supers! La chambre est très bien. On a regretté toutefois que la fenêtre ne donne pas directement sur la chambre. Le débit de la douche est très faible. et la WIFI poussive... Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Rosanna maison...

We stayed at the B&B Rosanna Maison in August 2023, the week of August. Clean, well-kept, colourful, very relaxing sea theme. Rooms equipped with all comforts. Really excellent location, both for the beaches and the city center. Hospitable, kind and welcoming staff. Abundant and varied breakfast, but above all the cakes made by Mrs. Rosanna, VERY GOOD. Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. We will definitely be back. P.S.: the caprese made by Mrs. Rosanna is simply delicious!!

New and really welcoming structure. What shines through is the love with which Rosanna, the owner, welcomes you, making you feel at home. Ubicazione ottima, sia per la vicinanza al mare sia al corso principale. La struttura è poco distante dal porto, quindi facilissima da raggiungere a piedi. Camere e bagno pulitissimi. personale gentilissimo pronto a tutte le esigenze Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. La signora Rosanna e il personale sono sempre disponibili e super gentili e cordiali. La colazione non la si può perdere, tutto buonissimo e soprattutto le torte fatte in casa sono da assaggiare. La camera è munita di asciugacapelli.
