Hot spring Hotels in Istanbul

We stay in Crowne for 2 night. We arrived a little bit early and the lady let us checked in slightly early and they even upgraded our room ( we are very lucky). They have lots of option for breakfast. The tram station is 5 minutes walk. You can get around the city with tram. We will come back to Crowne after our Konya and Cappadocia trip. It's definitely worth it to stay in this hotel.

Room 367 Absolutely beautiful Hotel. i’ve come with my partner why he had a hair procedure and what can i say The hotel and staff have been amazing. Lovely food which has been a blessing as we’ve had exceptional room service with unfortunately not being able to leave the room due to my partner’s procedure. Lovely spotless hotel and i would most certainly love to come back with my family in the summer months to Cevahir. Thankyou so much for your amazing Hospitality for myself and my partner. I must also add the grounds and surroundings are beautiful and spotless.

Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose the Holiday Inn for its location.my late check-in and 3N- stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Recommended!

Our stay at the hotel had some positive instances and unfortunately more negative occurrences. Positive - hotel staff (bellman and some of the front counter staff were very helpful going above and beyond to assist with our luggage and unloading/loading our rental car) plus the location was super convenient. The older 2 bellmen at the hotel were very accommodating and always tried to correct any issues we had. Negative - some of the front counter staff were confirmed liars telling me there were no rooms in the hotel with balconies (we were finally assigned a balcony room) on another occasion I had to ask three times for our room to be cleaned as the maid service never cleaned our room one day. Also one of the A/C units in the room next to the bed could not be turned off and only blew hot air. The hotel resolution was for us to run the other unit and leave the door to the balcony open. BTW my husband had 8 hour surgery that day and this made his night's sleep very uncomfortable due to the heat. There was broken glass in the carpet in our room which I cut my toe on. When I told the front desk, they did nothing about it or even apologized. The Terrace Restaurant manager is completely ”disingenuous” and very money hungry. He kept pushing a bottle of water on me at dinner which I refused and then insisted on adding the price of the water to my bill. I explained I did not want the water as I was drinking wine and have free bottles of water in my room. After I adjusted the bill myself, he finally agreed to remove the charge. I found him to be VERY fake in all times I saw him in the hotel.

This hotel is in the perfect location in Sultanahmet. We could see The Hagia Sofia from our window and it was about a 10 minute walk away to that and the Blue mosque. We were able to walk to Galata Tower also which was a good 30 minute walk but we go to see so much on the way. The rook was lovely and clean. I purchased both the romance package as it was our wedding anniversary and also the birthday package for my husband and I am so glad I did as it made it extra special. We got there very early in the day and our luggage was stored for us until our room was ready. All of the staff were so friendly. From the reception and concierge, restaurant staff and cleaners everyone was ready to help. Room service was a great addition. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room and shampoos/shower gel/soap etc in the bathroom. The area round the hotel is lovely with cobbled streets and lots of shops and restaurants about. Breakfast was fantastic, so much choice and it was delicious. If we come back to Istanbul, this is where we will stay. Thank you to all the staff at Yasmak Sultan.

The hotel is magnificent, but the surrounding area is not landscaped. The construction of the metro is underway, everything has been dug up. It's impossible to walk. Everything else is above all praise. Breakfast is amazing, huge selection of everything. Everything in the rooms is clean. The photos are absolutely consistent with what is stated. The price matches the quality! Well done👌

GREAT central location, comfortable rooms, fair price, nice staff, very good breakfast on the 9th floor with wonderful views, and a really good Japanese restaurant in the building. Easy walking distance to Taksim, but also can go the other direction for a good regular shopping street with some decent cafes, or take an easy walk to Dolmabahce, and the Bosphorus. We had a guide and driver for some things (Topkapi, and environs). We are 70, for perspective on this. This is not going to be the highest quality place ever, but solid accommodations, clean rooms, good functional bath, and location, location. Plus, don’t skip checking out the breakfast.

If you want to be at the heart of Sultanahmet area, this is THE hotel to stay. We loved our stay here so much and wished we had time to stay longer. Cemil at the Front Desk was our first contact with the hotel, and he was the epitome of someone who truly understands what great customer service is! We were given a room with the best view of BOTH Ayia Sofia and the Blue Mosque, and overall, it was a fantastic stay! Ala-carte breakfast on the rooftop was excellent too, and the view from up there is even more fantastic! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.
