friendly reception staff and very quick service when checking in and out. The location is excellent.. the only negative thing is the breakfast. There was a choice of a couple of breads and a few cheese options and soup. Maybe it had all finished by 9am but really dissapointed ..

Worst hotel ever, we were really ripped off and paid €100 for 3 hours of spa. We were in there for exactly 1 hour, the sauna was cold and we were not given coats or shoes. When we wanted to speak to the manager of the sauna area and say that this treatment was unfair, we were shouted at. I cannot recommend this hotel at all and would advise everyone against it.

Avoid this place!!!!!!! Worst customer service, very rude front desk manager, went to him to complain about breakfast as there is nothing you can eat, they have very bad quality of food, watery juice from the machine, no continu breakfast and just salad. When I requested help they said there is nothing we can do for you our breakfast is like this. Rooms are clean but they only supply shampoo and soap, if you ask about bathrobe it doesn’t exist here you can only get bad quality of towels. Wifiiii can go off, I regret this place never again !!!!

Location in the center of Istanbul walking distance for all attraction area and restaurants and shopping stuff very fast response , , don’t like that’s in the weak-end breakfast buffet can stay after 10am limited facilities

Great bed, great room, great facilities. Amazing friendly staff. We came as 2 sister 1 brother end of November and had a great experience. The location is nearby, Taksim square and istikal. Everything is nearby. Be careful with overpriced taxis.

They stole my money from the safe and management didn't do anything about it in fact they tried to cover it up until I went to the police and even then they didn't compensate me and told me when or if they get the money back from the thief they will contact me.

Nice small hotel room with great service, and in a great location very close to taksim square and istiklal street, and the breakfast is big enough with different types of foods, I recommend it if your coming to Istanbul

The hotel is excellent, its location is in the center of Taksim, the breakfast is in good condition and has many types, the rooms are well cleaned daily, and the services are excellent in responding to customers, the area is quiet in a shopping area where everything we need is available, I highly recommend it.
