The hotel is in a great location, and the Marriott Hotel next to it costs more than 2,000 per night. The Aegean Sea is nearby, and there are trams, which should be the center of Izmir.

The room facilities are very poor. The big bed is made of two small beds joined together. The window is about to fall off and the door cannot be locked😇

The hotel location and the view from the room overlooking the sea were very nice, but we were not satisfied with the cleanliness at all. The fact that there was no cleaning after 16:00 was a disadvantage for us. We had to clean the jacuzzi ourselves.

The location of the hotel is amazing, right next to the pier square. It's beautiful to watch the sunset. There are free parking spaces in the square, which is very friendly to friends traveling by car. The hotel has a rooftop sea view restaurant with a rich breakfast. For lunch and dinner, I recommend a restaurant in the alley to the north of the hotel. It is much better than the one reviewed by Dianping. The boss is very nice and handsome, the barbecue is super delicious and the price is fair.

I bought a room with one large bed, when checking in they gave me a room with two single beds, they agreed to change it to another room the next day, since there was no free room on the day of check-in. Very good breakfast on the roof of the building with a view of the sea. The rooms are good, spacious. In the bathroom the doors do not close completely and a lot of water ends up on the floor.
