This hotel is so perfect that the service environment has not been hanged to say 100. I have always thought that India is not good before I have been to India. We stayed for 3 nights at this place. It’s an old boutique place with a rich history and very well furnished rooms. The owner Mrs Deepali Singh was kind enough to give us an early check in at around 9am. Kishore the cook did an amazing job catering to our requests. The lawn outside is very well maintained. We visited this place as it got referred to a friend of mine who has stayed with them twice in the past. Obviously, his choice was great for us as well and we would highly recommend it to all our friends.

Located at main highway but no noise problem pool is good food is good. Value for money. Only rooms are a bit old rest is fine. Staff and manager is cooperative.

GGuest UserIn the centre of Jaipur with an excellent rooftop view. Good ambivalence at night. However, music plays at obscene times of the day/night (23:30/01:00/06:30?!) with deep bass that can be felt through the walls. My friends and I had private rooms and weren’t there for a party experience, but I’m sure it would have been a banging time if we were. The rooms were a mixed bag in terms of cleanliness. Good beds. Decent bedding. The kettle was however horrific, as were the teabags on offer. Grime and old dirt crusted within the kettle showed a lack of thorough cleaning. The bathrooms smelled of particularly rotten sewage, too. As for check-in, the procedure took too long and they wanted far too many details. It’s not ideal after a flight, and whilst I understand it’s customary for the hostel, it is the first time to happen to us in India. It felt over the top. We also arranged to do laundry there and the entire thing was a mess. The lady running the reception is smiley and lovely, but it was a complete hassle getting our clothes back. We were concerned we might not see them again, haha!
If you want somewhere safe, central and with a good view, go for it. I would next time stay a little further out of the centre but that’s just me! Here, you get what you pay for :)

GGuest UserIt was a very unique boutique hotel right in front of Jal Mahal close to Pink City. The location and the staff was excellent.
Breakfast could have been better, quite a number of tour groups but overall it was a good and well kept property.
There were a few hiccups but recovery was excellent. I would definitely stay at this property again in future.

They helped me to contact the Orange Hotel many times, and the windbreaker recovered! The hotel's breakfast is rich and the environment is elegant! The facilities are very new, patiently answering all kinds of questions, taxis are very convenient! To the Palace of the Winds 100 rupees, about 3 km. To the Palace of Water 9 km, to the Amber Fort 330 rupees, in Ramada is really a beautiful ti yam

GGuest User(1) Upon check-in, I found it strange that the male staff placed my husband's name and used his surname as the wifi password when I am the person who made the booking and paid for the hotel. Hence, I am unhappy about this as, even after asking the male staff to change to my name and surname. He was too lazy to do it! Felt very unrespected! In the final invoice, when I paid for room service, the same male staff did not change to my name!!! Terrible and lazy!
(2) The food for room service was delicious!
(3) The housekeeping was slow in getting us some things.
(4) The morning breakfast buffet was delious, with a wide range of local and intercontinential food. The staff in the Breakfast area were very efficient and excellent!

NNicolas BEWhen we checked in, there was clearly an issue but nobody would tell us anything while they discussed in Hindi. After asking multiple times what the issue was, we were accused of having made a wrong booking. As they had a single occupancy room for us while we were two. After showing multiple confirmations and our check-in voucher which all said “2 adults” they kept telling us we were wrong. Multiple ***agers were called and eventually we did get a room but they still wanted us to do their job and contact Trip.com. The men at reception kept talking over me and wouldn’t listen at all, the girl was helpful and apologised multiple times. Once we finally got up in the room, there were stains on the sheet. In the morning my friend even had molded bread from the buffet… overall not a great experience but the room itself was good.

KKEFEIHotel location is good, there is parking lot, welcome drink is delicious, service is warm. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel. The room is designed in a gallery style, and friends can talk softly at the sofa area on the inner gallery, which is very convenient. Breakfast is Indian, Dosa is delicious, and there is also a Western breakfast. There is also a McDonald's option opposite the hotel, suitable for children.

When I booked a full room at the Sheraton Four Seasons Suburban, the lobby manager offered me a free dinner (buffet dinner, rich, with Indian flying cakes, vegetable soup, milk, desserts, fruits, etc., which is very tasteful), and then drove me to a more luxurious Location, better downtown store (the downtown store was expensive when you booked the hotel, so you didn't choose), and handled the check-in and luggage collection throughout the service. Great breakfast and good dining environment! Worth staying!
