Had my business stay for approx. 15 days in this 4 star hotel. First of all, the rooms were nice & cozy, the hotel staff was humble & polite, housekeeping & laundry services were very up-to-date. The highlight of stay was the hotel's restaurant JAMPOT, the have amazing food, heaven for a tastebud & last but not the least the restaurants staff, whole crew including Sanjay Pradhan, Baljeet, Pallabh, Nayan, Priyanka, Subarna, Prachi & all the team JAMPOT members were very helpful & put up a great show during my visit. Get going team Ramada & JAMPOT & all the very best.

We had a very good stay at hotel jiva, the restaurant selection dishes. The breakfast menu was excellent. The hotel have pub bar at top floor and it’s having a good ambiance and offering wonderful service. Rooms were maintained well, very comfortable to stay, the washrooms neatly maintained to up notch. They are offering seamless room services, with quick response with ultimate politeness. Overall it was a wonderful 3 days stay in hotel jiva, thanks for the services extended.

It was a good experience, nice food and good location. Staff behavior was very impressive and hygiene was up to mark. One of the best hotels in the area, next to Ramada, this hotel room is large, but the facilities are older than the Ramada, the price can be a little cheaper, because there are not many good local hotels, more weekend parties, and occasionally catch the wedding The service staff are very enthusiastic, the breakfast is still ok, but basically no change, the overall is quite satisfactory!

What a pleasant surprise to find such a gem of a hotel ! 5-star service from the hotel owner to the Mgr Prasanta, Mr. Zakil and the Housekeeping staff. Professional and gracious hospitality team. Comfortable room, hot water available 24/ 7, water pressure's good, wifi's reasonably fast, food's good. Just replace the tap washers; and it'd be a perfect stay. Thank you for a lovely visit ! :)
