Very good hotel. The security guard in the underground garage was very nice. He gave cold drinks to the front desk. The waiter was very enthusiastic. I went out and saw that it was my birthday. I was surprised to receive a box of moon cakes and a cake. Thank you!

8號下午到前台，我要求看房先是圖片與實物不符合，月輝和月波的房型照片用的是一樣的，兩個房間價錢差了兩百多，去看了下和實物相差時間先去了二十多分鐘，接下來訂房我在攜程上面下單，因為我最開始有看到他們寫的有送月餅，我問前台她跟我説部分套餐有，叫我退掉重新下單，下完前台跟我説沒有單子進來叫我等下，站在那邊等了七八分鐘問她好了沒有，然後我主動提出先叫人下去地庫把車上行李搬上來，去完回來時間又過去了十幾塊二十分鐘，跟我説我下的套餐要提前一天預訂，你們前台人員對自己酒店的套餐都不熟悉？我們就在那裡乾等，我反應了這個問題，前台跟我説給您們升級房型，這也很好笑，我定的河景房間，上來之後變成街景，房間也是和我定的不匹配，這來來回回去了一個小時多，入住時無限密碼沒説，我在房間打電話問，早餐時間沒説也是我打電話問，我座機按免提一個男生接的，他可能以為我掛掉了，我問完過了一會我就聽見他罵了一句**顧客，第二天十一點多我走出來卡就不能用，還要叫服務人員開門，正常退房時間是12點吧，11點多卡就不能用是啥意思？這個酒店你們在做什麼，服務員要叫好幾遍才會理你（部分），體驗感賊差
