🏨Jiaxing Hilton Hotel For the third night of our trip to Jiaxing, we chose International Group, which is also said to be the commanding heights of Jiaxing. The guy at the front desk upgraded the room to a higher floor. The room is on the 40th floor. It's a pity that the smog was quite serious in those days, the glass was not clean, and the field of vision was deducted. The grandeur and details of the hotel are still rated online. Compared with Hilton prices in other cities, it is also very cost-effective. We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon.

Overall a good experience. I have to point out though that the pool is lukewarm and not fully heated. I would also like to point out that the concierge chose to speak in mandarin to my friend and didn’t include me in the conversation even though the booking I made was on my name and he was able to speak English. I had to guess what was happening the entire time.

Service was good, friendly, facilities there seems to be plenty, good architecture design. Cons: non-smoking room smells like smoke continuosly, suggesting the aircon system is circulating smoke from somewhere. it's not squeaky clean Breakfast was pretty good. Nearby parks are nice to walk in.

The hotel's surroundings are quiet and beautiful, and its location is very competitive and convenient for travel. Although the furniture and facilities in the hotel are quite old, the maintenance level is very good and the living experience is comfortable.

Great hotel, on February 2, the Dragon Raises its Head, Nanhu Lake experiences the red culture. The hotel is located in Nanhu Tiandi, and you can park in the basement by car. The hotel is beautiful, with a unique design and is also very clean. The upgraded room faces Nanhu Lake directly. The air is fresh in the morning and the birds are singing. At the same time, I also gained love here, and I am very grateful for the hotel's help. The breakfast is also beautiful and delicious. I will come again next time!

This time I stayed at Nanhu Hotel, and I felt very happy and satisfied. The hotel is right by the Nanhu Lake, with rippling blue waves, willows, pavilions, and the beauty of the eight scenic spots, which makes people feel comfortable and peaceful. The service is excellent and makes guests feel at home. The handsome guy Xiao Yao who checked in at the front desk was warm and cute, smiling and welcoming, and very efficient. The reception girl Chen Aoqi in the lobby took the initiative to take us to the guest room and patiently pointed out the route to visit the eight scenic spots in the hotel, which made people feel cordial and friendly, and the mood of staying in the hotel was very pleasant. The Chinese-style layout of the guest room courtyard is quite poetic and picturesque. Clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is rich, and the service staff is diligent, thoughtful, and smiling. Give a five-star praise, and I will come to Nanhu Hotel again next time.

The hotel is very convenient to drive to, there are several entrances, it is also very convenient to park the car in the basement and take the elevator to the lobby. The room is also good and you can enjoy the night view. Next time I come to Jiaxing, I will choose Dragon Dream Hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located, the suites are comfortable, parking is convenient both above and below ground, there are many breakfast varieties, the Chinese meal for two is affordable, the dishes taste very good, and it is worth recommending!
