老闆的回覆非常及時，有事情都可以商量。房子有裝修過，隔音很好。來揭陽玩兒留下了很美好的印象。

房子是老闆家的自建房，老闆人非常親切。整個三層都可以住，樓層有拉門，房間安靜。房間客廳衞生間很整潔，有洗漱用品、有吹風機，毛巾、被褥都很乾凈。陽台有洗衣機和晾衣桿，方便多天住宿。是個很温馨的民宿！老闆還幫小孩子準備了被子，特別感謝！
房子位置很適合自駕遊，開一會兒就可以上高速，位置去潮州汕頭梅州廈門都還可以，1-3個小時單程周邊可以當天來回。民宿樓下停車方便。
