Although the hotel facilities require some minor updating, the hotel and the rooms are very clean and functional. The services provided by all the staff are exemplary, they were faultless. The reception desk are very helpful and had offered me many helpful advices, which smooth my stay in Jinan (Many thanks to one of the receptionist, 刘楊, who had been very kind and helpful). In my opinion, the services provided from this hotel were at least on par, if not better, than many international hotel chains I had stayed with in Europe. In no doubt, I have no hesitation in recommending my friends to stay at this hotel when visiting Jinan.

The room is large, clean and sanitary, with no odor and complete facilities. There is a refrigerator and induction cooker, which we did not use. The washing machine is very good, but there is no laundry detergent. The bathroom is big and clean. The air conditioner can be adjusted by yourself, I like it very much. recommend.

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and we will be back again. Excellent location, right on the canal and a few minutes walk to Kuanhouli snack street. Close to all the main tourist attractions in the city centre. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Service is excellent - quick check-in, friendly and efficient front desk staff. Very near to all universities and major hospitals in the Lixia District. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. Very clean hotel. Provide a quality breakfast. The rooms are spacious.

The half price is 35 yuan for those over 1.2 meters. At that time, I booked a regular room, but there was no bathtub when I got in. The children said I was cheating, so I found a hotel. The hotel helped to upgrade the room with a bathtub. Unfortunately, the bed was too soft, and the children found that the 1.8-meter bed was two pieces put together. It was not as comfortable as the beds of Tai'an Ramada, Wenzhou Junlan, Hangzhou Kaiyuan, and Xiamen Le Méridien. Maybe they are not comparable.
