Jiuzhaigou Hotels with Airport pickup service

The service at the front desk of the hotel is warm and thoughtful, especially Lin Yuqin at the front desk. The service is very good. The room is also very clean and tidy. The store manager also bought cold medicine for us, and also gave us fruit and white fungus soup. There are also many kinds of breakfast. Originally we only booked a room for two nights, so we decisively extended our stay for one more night. However, when I accidentally reviewed the previous two nights, I didn't get the full five-star rating and rated it 4.2 points [bitter]. I will definitely come back next time if I have the opportunity. Will choose this hotel [Qiya] again

Location is excellent 500m 10 minute slow walk from Jiuzhaigou scenic area main entrance. Buffett breakfast is decent. Room, toilet and Wifi are ok. Small convenience shop and a McDonald is next door. Lots of eateries on the left side upon exit. Hotel reception staff are helpful.

Service: Very enthusiastic. The lady at the front desk gave us a Mother's Day gift. Thank you very much! Breakfast: There are many varieties of breakfast and the taste is delicious. It's great. Facilities: The facilities are complete and novel, the toilet is smart, clean and sanitary. It is a recommended hotel near the scenic spot.

Had an amazing stay at Licheng Bieyuan. Everything was perfect! The staff and owner were so kind and helpful! The room was spacious, clean and really comfortable. The hotel is located just 5 min away from the main street with all the restaurants and stores as well as just 5 min walk from the entrance of the Jiuzhaigou Valley. We took a coach from Songpan Station and asked the driver to drop us off/pick us up right in front of the hotel. Big plus also for the breakfast which offered both Chinese and continental options as well as for the hot bath, which was really relaxing after a long day! Overall would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back next time!

Amazing hotel hidden between the hills right over the ridge of the Jiuzhaigou colorful lakes valley. Hotel appears to be fully recovered from the earthquake that hit the region in 2017. We were super lucky to finally visit the Jiuzhaigou park and stay at Intercontinental was a cherry on top of the pie. Hotel kindly gave us a complimentary entry to their fantastic hot springs - which was really wonderful to relax after 36 km hiking across the Jiuzhaigou park. Breakfast, as per intercontinental standard was great. Although due to golden week some most popular stations (waffles) required few minutes queue. Hotel was full but we still happened to be given a parking spot in the underground garage. All in all - fantastic stay.

Service: All rooms will be upgraded that day. The double room will be upgraded to Yunjian Deluxe Garden View Twin Room, and the double room will be upgraded to Yunjian Private Bath Courtyard Suite. Because the room is far away from the front desk, a shuttle bus and tickets to the Aegean Sea Scenic Area will be provided. Because we didn't have time to go that day, the front desk was very considerate and allowed us to change our tickets to the next day. Since the private bath courtyard suite is very spacious, even though the air conditioner is set to 32 degrees, it will still be a bit cold. We informed the front desk that we would ask the housekeeper to send us a quilt, and we would check in on site. The quilt cover is very clean and comfortable. Facilities: I was originally attracted by the public hot springs and swimming pools, but when I arrived at the site, I found that the pools were full of dirt. Although the temperature of the hot springs felt very moderate and comfortable, I didn't dare to go into the water. It was a pity that it was a fly in the oin**ent. Clothes were provided. Please inform the front desk for laundry delivery. Meals: The breakfast buffet has a mediocre rating. I don’t have much appetite, so I don’t eat much. However, you can order freshly made noodles and omelettes, as well as small cakes and other desserts, as well as two types of juices. Compared with the breakfast buffet, dinner is a la carte. The restaurant is highly recommended. Mapo Tofu is quite spicy, so those who don’t usually eat spicy food or eat a little spicy food should choose with caution.

The hygienic environment of the hotel is very good, the service is attentive, and the attitude is also very good. It is also very close to the scenic spot. Except for the poor sound insulation effect, the hotel facilities are very satisfactory. The only thing is that the exhaust fan in the hotel downstairs is too noisy in the middle of the night. I couldn't sleep. I originally booked two nights and canceled one night temporarily. It's such a pity. If we can negotiate with the downstairs in the future, this hotel will still be worth visiting.

Xiao Wang at the front desk of the hotel was very enthusiastic. He helped me carry the suitcase to the room and gave me a route map in Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. Tickets for the Eternal Love show can be booked from him at a cheaper price. The hotel room is very clean and the linens are very soft. There are both Chinese and Western breakfasts, as well as fried eggs and noodles. I ate for two days, and the dishes were different for two days. It was enough for breakfast before traveling. The restaurant dinner is also very affordable. The price of dishes is similar to that of surrounding restaurants. Rice is free of charge. The environment and service are better than those of surrounding restaurants. After a day of fun, I was too lazy to move, so it was also good to solve it in the hotel. It costs 10 yuan to take a taxi to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou and 15 yuan to come back from the entrance of the gorge. They are all uniform prices. Because the drivers at the entrance of the gorge have to wait in line in the afternoon, the price is higher.

Outstanding majestic new property not too far away from Juizhaigou Unesco Nature Park and set within the Resort with branded shops such as Adidas, Nike, a Musuem etc etc. Ans HardRock Cafe too. Right outside the resort is a whole row of eateries. The room is generously stayed out in modern furnishings. We had a room that faces the lake and the mountain. It was glorious! Food quality was 5* and aligned with the Hilton Brand of global properties. And while the hardware was outstanding, I was even more impressed by a couple of individuals - ine was front desk Reception Ms Janice. Her service was tops! We connected prior to Arrivals and I needed help with reservations out of Juizhaigou and transportations. She was so patient and delivered above and beyond! Truly upholding the Hilton brand. A valuable asset that Hilton should continue to groom. Another 2 staff who should be recognised is Oscar from dining and Andy from front desk. Both made our 3N stay extra memorable. I will also like to mention the chefs at the main dining hall. We throughly enjoyed the alar carte yak burgers, buffet dinner and amazing spread of breakfast selections. Oh yes....Mia- trainee at main dining hall was extra diligent and went to the back patisier to get vanilla cream when she realised it was not placed by the bread and butter pudding section. Overall 5*

We book extra night as we wanted to visit Huang Long National Park. The staff help us to book and arrange our bus ticket. In the morning, the staff sent us to the bus pick our point to enjoy we are on bus. Appreciated the help to book our bus ticket to Huang Long
