The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the housekeeping team. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The room was spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed and excellent amenities. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, with a wide range of options. I’ve got to give it to The Athena Hotel, i mean one of the best for sure, very good professional service delivery, so welcoming and caring, the place looks so good looking, clean and organised. And for the food its just out of this world, very very delicious and always in time, worth every penny, cheers to the Chef. I would say generally my experience at the Athena was very amazing and all worth it. Kudos to you Athena. 10/10

The ambiance of the place is extraordinary and the service is impeccable they barman really know how to whip up a very clean and splendid cocktail and I was wowed by the scenery at the pool side and it’s so close and accessible in terms of reach to other nearby major attractions

Good hotel in Kampala all business meeting and safety is good. So as I sated there for many times before I will inform you that we can get good food and there security is also good the swimming pool for all I recommend the hotel for business meeting and travelers for comfortable stay

Initially, I was unsure of what to expect when the taxi driver mentioned the hotel was far from the center. Upon arrival, the hotel appeared small yet clean. My first interaction with the receptionist was a surprise; despite having paid for the entire week via Priceline, I was asked to pay for the night. Exhausted, I complied, hoping to resolve the issue later. The next day, after inquiring, I was assured that they would sort it out with Priceline and that my credit card could cover any expenses. Two days later, the manager, Ratan, apologized and rectified the situation. The hotel boasts spacious rooms with large, comfortable beds and ample living space. The bathrooms are well-appointed, and the shower provides both hot and cold water satisfactorily. The breakfast offered was simple and straightforward, nothing fancy. The staff is exceptionally polite and efficient. Despite my initial skepticism about staying at Best Western Athena, overall, it turned out to be a pleasant experience.
