The +: very nice lobby The à la carte meal is good The -: room for 4 people without a view, with a wall and windows directly on the restaurant so no privacy Old carpet covered in stains The second double bed was in an adjoining room without furniture, just a bed (no wardrobe, no bedside table... nothing). Smell in the room

Spectacular view and spacious and clean room. Arrived for a quick swim in the pool before heading out to the Sri Lanka folk dance at the cultural center. Staff was friendly and arranged for a room for our driver. Clean room with a balcony overlooking the valley. I love all details and it felt like walking into a movie set.

The period i visited there wasn’t any rain for months, it’s was kind of hot. weekdays normally the food isn’t that great but okay. transport was an issue. had to spend 800 lkr just go to Amaya hills kandy just 1.6km from this hotel. Nice friendly staff.

We stay at Eagles Regency during our visit to Kandy in new year holiday. It was a fantastic expiriance Web wanted to relax from our busy life for this holidays. The location and arrangements of the hotel 100% matching with our requirement. The hotel located in Hanthana mountain range and unic architectural design which prvided natural atmospheric feeling to us rather than feeling isolate in another concrete structure. The hotel staff was very freindly and accommodate all our request. Though there were few minor issues the staff quickly attended to rectify them. Specialy the management arrange us special 'kiribath mesaya' at the osphishes time with tasty traditional food Finally thank you for the Operational Manager and staff for giving us memorable expiriance

We stayed for 2 nights, very friendly staff, superb place built in a picturesque environment. The hotel has 3 swimming pools. I have never seen such beautiful wooden furniture in any other hotel so far. They voluntarily did a lovely bed decoration for the birthday surprise. Thank you for everything.

We had chosen this host for its calm and its two swimming pools when we returned from visits for our two children. We arrived at 4 p.m. The room smelled musty. But above all, it was impossible to use the swimming pools, they were no longer maintained: green and cloudy water. It was an important condition for us. We left at 6 p.m.!

Isolated on a hill surrounded by nature, this hotel was just perfect for us! Incredible room in its size, its cleanliness, its general comfort, intimate or larger swimming pool below surrounded by greenery and in total calm. The staff is attentive without being intrusive, they helped us a lot with plant questions on the surrounding trees :-). We were unfortunately the only customers because there were a lot of cancellations (it's totally unfair, the media have exaggerated the problems on site, tourists should not be afraid, the country is extraordinary and the people are exceptionally kind) and so we prepared the dishes we wanted because the buffet could not be offered in the formula. Excellent dinner on the terrace and very generous breakfast of local and international specialties, fruits etc.... The hotel is close to the botanical garden and a good distance from the hustle and bustle of Kandy. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay and hope to return one day soon.

I spent two nights here with my family. The location of the hotel is great if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Kandy. Our two bedroom apartment was perfect for 4 of us and the two swimming pools were great. The best thing about our stay was the service provided by Nimal who worked in the bar and restaurant. He made excellent cocktails and went out of his way to provide outstanding customer service. Manjula the manager is very helpful and also went out of his way to make sure that we had a pleasant stay.
