I have never in my life experienced such disrespect and gaslighting from a hospitality/ hotel staff in my life. I am a well traveled individual and so is my family that i was traveling with and Ive never had a worse customer service experience. I had booked two rooms for my family over a month ago. My parents went inside to get the keys to the rooms and found out the rooms were on different floors. They requested if it’s possible to get the rooms together since we booked under one name and we are a family. The male receptionist checking us in was immediately hostile over a such a small and sensible request. He was telling us that we weren’t listening to him and became increasingly agitated. Due to such poor and and aggressive behavior towards us, my father mentioned that we must complain to corporate about our poor treatment. The male reception then began to accuse my father of calling him a profanity (“b*st*rd) when he did not say anything remotely close. As customers we have the right to report poor treatment especially when we have paid for our stay in advance. In response to my father defending himself, the receptionist grew even more aggressive and threatened to call the cops, to throw us out, and was running in and out of the staff room mentioning profanities and the f word towards us. There was one assistant manager that chimed in and started gaslighting us as well and when asked her what happened she was not able to explain what she heard—she was just repeating what he told her. The rest of the staff looked scared to speak up around him. Very disappointed in this service. Almost ruined our road trip and I WILL NOT BE STAYING AT A HOLIDAY INN EVER AGAIN. Holiday Inn should be ashamed of themselves for hiring such under qualified staff. If you are South Asian DO NOT stay here. The staff are clearly ****** and are projecting stereotypes onto their paying customers. This is a disgrace.

The environment is good, easy to get in and out, there are convenience stores nearby with various buses, good choice, treat people if polite, except for a white lady wearing glasses 10 points politely done in the lobby,

Breakfast is small, Western style. The parking on the front side of the door is free of charge. The underground parking lot of the hotel is small. You need to brush the door to open the door. The street opposite the street is a bar, a bit noisy. The location is OK, just outside the hotel and turn right, not far away is Lake Okana. The choice is mainly because the price is not expensive.

Loved it !!! Best location good easy check in and check out !! Never had to go to front desk due to the amazing information in side the lobby and room about hotel . Will be back :)

Everything is good. The service is too bad. And this check-in and check-out time is really not normal Must check in after five o'clock and check out before ten o'clock The point is that this hotel will deduct money randomly! Be careful not to choose this hotel But I feel that this ghost place should be very difficult for anyone besides me to book this hotel with Ctrip. The view of this hotel is very nice. The pool is also very beautiful and big The service is really bad and it's a rogue level I drove from Banff to the hotel which drove for more than four hours and arrived at 10:30 in the evening. Why would you give me a two-bedroom suite for my one-bedroom suite? I don’t understand. Did you sell my room? I rely on Why do I need such a big room? My girlfriend and I sleep in separate beds, right? Vomit really The hotel is dying. It’s the same as the room for an 80-90-year-old man. I’m really sorry to have this hotel. I slept for five or six hours at 1,000 yuan. I was held for more than 1,500... Tour. I vomit. The experience is terrible. Had a snafu between the off site call centre and Manteo. Front desk supervisor upgraded us on the spot. Beauty suite overlooking the lake. We enjoyed a top shelf lunch in the Manteo restaurant, a fun whisky tasting at the Eldorado, and a great breakfast at the El the next morning with visiting family. Many staff are new but they did themselves proud.

Tobe went above and behind in helping my colleague and I with a multitude of requests throughout our stay. He was warm, engaging and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Tobe truly made our stay exceptional

Thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay on 20th Sept. The gym was functional and spacious enough to raise the heart rate and ensure that I had a good work out. Loved the bedroom and the layout. Pristine and very well thought out. Breakfast was more than plentiful and lots of variety. Best of all the rate was awesome for all of the above.Well satisfied 😁.

We were greeted by the staff when we arrived. Check-in only took a few minutes. The room was superb. Big and spacious room. We had a king and queen rooms and both has their own toilet and bath. A spacious living room with fire place and a balcony overlooking the mountains and lake. The kitchen has everything you needed. I couldn’t ask for more. The hotel is fantastic.
