Мы останавливаемся в этом апарт отеле во второй раз. Персонал очень приветливый, бизнес семейный и они хорошо заботятся об отеле. Вся территория ухоженная и цветущая, всё чисто. В стоимость входит завтрак. Предлагают разные закуски: оливки, сыр, колбасу, хлеб, овощи. Так же всегда свежая выпечка, горячее блюдо (омлет, баклажаны, картошка), кофе, чай. Арбуз, хлопья. Есть из чего выбрать. До моря 10 минут через центральную улицу, на которой много магазинов и кафе. Два супермаркета через дорогу. Сами апартаменты достаточно просторные. Есть балкон в каждой комнате. Теперь небольшие нюансы. Они не портят общее впечатление, но хочу про них рассказать, чтобы была полная картина. На кухне переносная плита с одной конфоркой, очень слабой. Готовить долго и по очереди. Толстые подушки. Было неудобно на них спать. Но возможно кому-то понравится. Ремонт и мебель не самые свежие. Всё приятное и чистое, просто не самое новое.

Aparatın konumu oldukça merkezi bir konumda sahil ve alışveriş için marketlere oldukça yakındı.Apartın önüne istediğiniz uygun bir yere aracınızı park edebiliyorsunuz.Bize verdikleri oda havuza bakan iki ayrı odasında mevcut kliması olan ayrıca buzdolabı,çaycı,elektrikli ocağı ve televizyonu olan temizliği yapılmış ferah bir odaydı.Konfor olarak yatakların yeni olmadığını söyleyebilirim.Ama yinede çok rahatsız olmadık bu durumdan.Sabah 8 akşam 8 havuzu kullanabiliyorsunuz.Yine bu saatler arasında çay ve kahve ikramları var.Apartın en güzel yanı ise sabah kahvaltılarının çok çeşitli seçenek sunması ve lezzetli doyurucu olması mükemmeldi bunları yanı sıra apart çalışanlarının sizi aile ortamında hissetmeniz için elinden geldiği kadar güler yüzlü ve ilgili olmaları oldukça bizde güzel bir etki bıraktı.

Therefore, I already know approximately what I need, and have something to compare with. I must say that the Melisa hotel immediately left the warmest memories. Everything corresponded to the description and photos, the rooms are clean, everything works properly. In general, the hotel staff is the basis of their success. It is obvious that people love their work, respect themselves and tourists, and this is reflected in every little thing. I should separately note the breakfasts. I am especially picky about them and usually do not go to them. But this is the first hotel where we had breakfast throughout our vacation. In addition to a fairly wide variety (for such hotels) on the buffet, they always fried eggs to order. The coffee is not bad. The juice is normal packaged, not diluted. In a word, I was satisfied. The owner always prompted on household trifles, ordered a transfer to the airport for us at a good price, told how to get to this or that place. I was also pleased with the opportunity to use the washing machine. I took a small packet of washing powder from home, and it came in handy, because when I asked about the machine, they asked me about my powder and allowed me to use it for free. The hotel is small, city, in the very center, so, of course, there are walls of neighboring buildings nearby, but, again, not as densely as they build, for example, in Alanya. The balcony offers a gorgeous view of the mountains, in general, contemplating the sunsets on the balcony became one of the most vivid memories of my vacation. In a word, I would definitely recommend them.

We stayed in this hotel 2 times, the first time everything was wonderful (October 2022), friendly hosts and staff, delicious breakfasts, cozy apartments with a balcony, the second time (July 2023) we came in the hope that it would be the same, but, unfortunately , we got a room where the refrigerator didn’t work, it was leaking and didn’t cool at all, the food was spoiled, when we asked them to fix it, they sent a technician who didn’t do anything; Next, the air conditioner in the bedroom was blowing warm, then it gave an error, I looked on the Internet, the error means that the freon had run out, which we reported to the reception, a technician came, rebooted the air conditioner in the panel and it again stupidly blew warm, we went to the reception, because it is impossible to sleep in such stuffiness, on the third day they changed the air conditioner for us, everything became fine; Well, the cherry on the cake, in the evenings there is no hot water at all, I washed my hair, suddenly the hot water ran out and I had to wash my long hair in ice water, it was not particularly pleasant. Please, manager, pay attention to my comments.

Overall, I liked the apartments. We lived here in June for 3 nights with 2 children. But there are nuances: in all the photos you see balconies overlooking the hotel grounds, onto the pool. I think you will like to relax in such apartments, it’s quiet. But we got an apartment on the other side, with access to the road, it was VERY noisy, we were in shock. Turks were screaming under the windows, cars were rushing by with loud music, there was a mosque right across the road, prayers several times a day and at 5 am🤦‍♀️ Then the garbage truck arrives at 6 am and makes noise. In general, it’s tough, don’t agree to such rooms. Other disadvantages: - the room stank of sewage, had to be constantly ventilated - a bit far from the beach, it took about 15 minutes to walk with a stroller, no beach towels, no transfer to the beach. City beach, 40 lire for 2 sun loungers - the air conditioners in both rooms are poorly located, it blows directly in the face, I had to move the bed so that the children would not get blown in, and it is unrealistic to sleep with the windows open, since the noise from the street is terrible Pros: - very friendly staff and owners! All requests, such as bringing extra blankets, were fulfilled very quickly and with a smile. - good breakfasts! - pleasant green area and excellent clean swimming pool - good wifi in the rooms - nearby there are plenty of cafes and restaurants, shops, ATMs. I liked the city of Kemer itself, but I won’t go here again, it’s very noisy and crowded. Food in cafes and restaurants is more expensive than in Moscow; all tourists complain about price increases this season. It is better to overpay a little and choose an all-inclusive hotel, especially if you are traveling with children. Turks in stores are constantly trying to deceive and inflate prices. There are no price tags. You have to constantly check and recalculate everything, it’s tiring

Прекрасный завтрак! Каждый день что-то новое. Сыр, ветчина, фрукты, свежая выпечка. Чистые и удобные номера. Отличный бассейн и зона отдыха. Расстояние до пляжа минут 10-15, но если что-то забыли в номере, то возвращаться не захочется. Огромное спасибо владельцу и всему персоналу! В первую очередь за то, что позволили забронировать без предоплаты. Организовали трансфер в аэропорт и позволили задержаться в день выезда. Очень милые и приятные люди. Рядом полно кафе, голодными не останется никто.

Замечательные апартаменты , все выше всех похвал ! жили 2 месяца ,все супер .Номер просторный , есть спальня кухня и гостиная .Все очень близко (апартаменты на центральной улице ) Хорошее отношение у руководства , хотелось бы поблагодарить управляющего Хокана , все просьбы решались быстро . Теперь будем всегда приезжать именно сюда . Спасибо ,за прекрасный отдых! с любовью , Надежда !
