This is our second time to stay at the hotel. The beach directly opposite makes for a lovely morning swim and the hotel is a short walk from the Ekareach bus stop in Kep if you are coming from phnom penh. Staff are friendly and their pool is clean and has a nice view.

Very good, sea view room, right outside the door is the beach, there is a bar downstairs, it is on the same street as the seaside, there is breakfast, Western breakfast, cost-effective, not bad, I will come again next time, stayed for two nights, there are more Western guests ,fine

Very cozy and comfortable room. Clean swimming pool and nice architecture design around the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Many street food and small cafes around the hotel. Beautiful open view on the sea from the window. Definitely will stay here once again.

We stayed for 2 nights with family. It was a prefect location to walk to the beach and market. I only wish they'd update the bathrooms; it had a moldy smells. The room itself was clean. The staffs were so helpful and friendly!!

Tres belle hotel situé en face de la plage. La plage n’est pas la plus propre mais elle est nettoyé le matin.
La chambre est spacieuse et propre, par contre aurait besoin de quelques retouches, surtout au niveau des murs de toilettes.
Personnel tres courtois, bon petit déjeuner et tres belle piscine avec vue sur la plage.
