The villa is well built, but one thing I have to mention is that there are cockroaches in the room, and there are a lot of them. I won't say much about the rest, you can choose for yourself.

The room is practical and simple, and the small balcony at the door is quite pleasant, but the extra resort fee of $50 per night is too expensive and not worth it. I will choose near westpoint next time

The location is good, but the sound insulation on the first floor of the villa is poor. People on the upper floor get up at 6 in the morning and walk around in the room, and the sound below us is like an earthquake.

Beautiful property, clean , good food and drinks , liked that it was mostly adults - but can see it’s also family friendly .
Great room , we had a room facing the water way . Friendly staff . Nice location , was quiet but a short 10-15 minute car ride to Duval street .

Beautiful Property and great staff.
Only 8 min drive from Duval
Stayed in the 2br suite and the layout felt like I was at a beautiful townhome rather than a hotel. The property felt like a small community of townhomes and felt very safe.
Didn’t use the pools but there were 3-4 pools which was a plus if you want to be away from any crowded pools.
The sandy area in the back offered sunset views with hammocks and swings.
Start at front desk was friendly and helpful when I had questions.
Valet staff was polite and professional.
Would stay again!
