Silver Palm Spa & Resort

We had a booking for 7 days, we just wanted to relax and we got that in this beautiful amazing place, its a place l will always treasure. we had such a great time, that after our stay we could just go back for drinks and ambience. l recommend to my friend and yes she made a booking and she had the same treat, kudos to the staff, the rooms are amazing l love our room 312 , the swimming pool was the main attraction. once again Asante sana. Definitely will come back.

Best hotel in Kilifi hands down. The rooms are clean, great amenities and the pool!!! The Poole might be the best thing about it. Food is great as well with very friendly staff and a great selection. I definitely would come back here with family and as a couple.

We really enjoyed our stay as the beach is private and the place was quite. The resort has amazing employees who treated us like a family. They did a suprise party as we were celebrating our anniversary. We felt at home and I recommend it for everyone who really want to have quite and peaceful time!!!

Silverpalm is such a beautiful beach resort,the hospitality and the service is exceptional not to mention the Luxurious accommodation they offer with beautiful spacious rooms offering stunning views of the Ocean. The Meals were indeed a delight. The staff at Silverpalm are very helpful and always available. I can't recommend Silverpalm highly enough. An ideal destination for anyone seeking relaxation, luxury and impeccable service.

This hotel is great! Very good customer service and the food is delicious. I would like to commend a Front Office staff by the name Amisi. Amisi is very professional and ensures that whenever guests come the hotel, they are comfortable. Very good resource! Well done Silver Palm!

Silver Palm was our chosen venue for our wedding in April 2024. Long story short - we couldn't have been happier with our choice. Every member of the Silver Palm team we worked with were so involved in ensuring our wedding, our stay and our guests' stay was as enjoyable as possible. The front office team (Hamida, Paul, Peter, Amisi, Lily, Salome, to name a few) was always extremely helpful. The Restaurant and beverage team (John, Benson and several others) were also very pleasant. We asked them to make some Nigerian snacks (puff puff, meat pie and gizdodo) and they worked with us to perfect the recipes and the snacks were DELICIOUS on the wedding day. The resort even gifted us with traditional Kenya dancers riding the wedding welcome party. The resort itself is really beautiful. Very spacious, clean and well maintained. The food was tasty and it felt like it kept getting better with each day. We noticed that they played Nigerian music/Afrobeats sitting meal times which was a nice touch as most of our guests were Nigerian. The custodians did a great job cleaning the rooms. Fred cleaned the rooms in our block and did a great job each time. Overall, we had a great time at Silver Palm and we know it definitely won't be our last trip to the resort.

The service was very good. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. We went for a wedding at the resort and stayed for 5 nights. The facilities are well maintained, the grounds beautiful. The rooms are very comfortable and cleaned everyday with turn down service at nights too. The only minus were the flies that hung around everywhere because of the location. I hope the resort management can look into this.

The entertainment team was amazing. Machapo, Didah and Diana did a great job at entertaining us all day and night with activities throughout the day. The staff are very kind, the food is very fresh and the rooms are top notch. I had a great experience overall.
