L’hôtel est bien situé, à plus ou moins 2 km du centre ville animé et du bord de l’eau. Nous avons eu une chambre récemment rénovée, sans tapis, décorée de façon vintage. Spacieuse et tout de même confortable, elle offrait un réfrigérateur et un micro ondes. Parking gratuit sur place. L’accueil était agréable. Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Booked this place for April 22 in October of 2022, they phoned approximately a month before we were to go to tell us they no longer have a room for us, because they’ve decided to rent the entire motel to refugees, they told us they’d talked to the Econo lodge up the street and they could put us up. We phoned the econo lodge only to find out no one had talked to them, no problem, we booked a room at the Econo Lodge, only to find out it was filthy, and filled with **********. Not a real big deal but when we walked past Howard Johnsons that night it looked empty so I stopped in and they informed me the refugees weren’t coming for another week ??

Stayed for 2 nights. The first night our room sinks didn't drain, toilet didn't flush and the AC unit was freaking loud. Second night we reported our problems and got transferred to the room next to us with no hassle. BUT the room we been transferred to had a door that didn't lock properly. Great service but poor functionality in rooms

Value for the money, good for family with kid. Nicely located near to downtown and river area for 1000 island cruise. Service in front desk is very professional, helpful and very well trained for Kingston visitors.

We were told that there was gonna be breakfast included with our reservation and there was no breakfast offered except for coffee and juice. There is no heat in the bedroom they provided a heater that took three hours to bring her room up to a comfortable temperature. The inside lock on our door was broken and when we reported it it was just documented there was nothing done about it. I would go to any other hotel then to go back to this Howard Johnson again

Dirty rooms and washrooms, very bad smell in the rooms, lights are not working, beds has bugs. That is a worst place to be in. Please never stay there as it will make you sick for next one month. Bad staff
